Vi ledte efter et Hotel i Hamburg. Vi fandt dette hotel, og vi fortrød det ikke. Allerede da vi kom ind påhotellet, mødte vi en meget kundeserviced reception. Vores hotelværelse, var flot (gratis drikkevarer i køleskabet). Hotellets morgenmad, var super...der manglede slet slet ikke noget. Parkering var der også (måske lidt dyrt i døgnet 29 Euro), men det gjorde ikke, at vi var super super tilfreds med besøg på hotellet.

Schönes Hotel mit modernem Ambiente. Das Frühstück war super, die Bar war gemütlich und die Essensauswahl prima. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und auch ausreichend groß, die Matratzen bequem. Im 6. Stock ist ein schöner Fitnessraum mit tollem Ausblick auf Hamburg.

-Dejligt lyst og indbydende hotel. -Morgenmaden var rigtig god. -Personalet var rigtig søde & behjælpelige Det eneste minus Er at man skal altså lige tjekke op på restaurantens åbningstider, for i de to dage jeg var der, var den lukket, og baren ligeså… Det var lidt irriterende…

Das Hotel liegt nur ein paar Minuten vom Theater Harry Potter weg. Es ist modern und sauber und für einen Kurzaufenthalt gut geeignet. Was aller sehr negativ ausfällt, sind die Parkgebühren im Hotel. Für nicht mal einen kompletten Tag mussten wir 28€ bezahlen. Das empfinden wir als zu teuer.

Sehr gut gelegen. Zwei Minuten zum Bus. Schöne Terrasse am Wasser. Zimmer großzügig. Sockelleisten waren etwas ramponiert. Tolles Frühstück. Ließ nichts vermissen. Alles in allem eine runde Sache.

Mijn kamer was niet schoongemaakt en rommelig… ontving een keurige kamer en een voucher voor welkomst drankje.. Niet ontbeten en door drukte geen gebruik kunnen maken van veels te kleine sauna… parking maar liefst 25 € voor 1 nacht

Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und auch gemütlich. Die Matratze war auch genau richtig. Das Personal war superfreundlich und zuvorkommend sowie sehr kinderfreundlich.

Wir waren nur eine Nacht dort und das hat uns gereicht! Wir hatten das Zimmer 114, es hat total nach Zigarettenrauch gerochen! Entweder einer hat davor im Zimmer geraucht oder es lag an der Lüftung. Bei der Anreise fragten wir wie lange wir zum Hauptbahnhof zu Fuß brauchen würden uns wurde an der Rezeption 10 min gesagt und wir haben uns darauf verlassen. Als wir dann los sind haben wir dann festgestellt das wir zu Fuß 18 min brauchen. Kurz vor 8 wurde dann ständiger gehämmert, wir konnten nicht ausschlafen! Weil unter uns eine Baustelle war. Im Bad war auch noch Schimmel. Die Dame beim Check out war sehr freundlich sie hat uns als Entschuldigung zwei Getränke spendiert.

Ich habe das erste Mal diese Kette ausprobiert, sonst immer Hil. Jedoch war ich positiv überrascht. Check in lief schnell, wir hatten ein Zimmer in der 2. Etage. Dies wollte ich gegen ein Zimmer in den oberen Etagen getauscht haben. Nett nachgefragt und ohne Probleme in die 6. Etage gewechselt. Das Zimmer sehr praktisch und liebevoll eingerichtet, sogar mit echten Blunen. Im Bad kein Rost, keine Schimmelbildung in den Fugen, obligatorisch Duschbad und Schampoo, sowie Seife und Lotion. Die Minibar ist gratis, was schon mega ist. Kaffee und Tee ist auch auf dem Zimmer. Ich hatte ein Comfort Zimmer, mit Bademantel und Slipper. Schön leise, Klimaanlage auf 25 Grad möglich (Winter). Ich benötigte noch eine extra Decke, gegen Mitternacht wurde auch diese gebracht. Frühstück, naja, eigentlich alles was man möchte. Ich würde sagen, dies entspricht der gebuchten Kategorie. Mein bestelltes Omelett wurde gebracht, geschmacklich ein Traum.... ja es ist nur ein Omelett.... Wir hatten das Auto auch nach dem Check-out noch dort gelassen um in die Stadt zu gehen. Dies ging ohne Probleme. Alles in allem auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen, ich würde diese Kette auch in einer anderen Stadt probieren. Ach ja, das Personal ausnahmslos zuvorkommend und höflich.

Hotellet var som sådan meget fint. Men der var beskidt i hjørner og oven på skabe. Samt kunne det høres når andre skyldet ud i toillet på et andet værelse.

Unser Zimmer hatte ein offenes Badezimmer. Die Verkehrsanbindung ist sehr gut. Eine U-Bahn Station ist fußläufig erreichbar, die Bushaltestelle der Linie 3 ist direkt vor der Tür. Der Bus kommt alle 10 Minuten.

Das Zimmer an sich war hervorragend. Komfortables Bett, großzügige und moderne Dusche, angenehm ruhig. Nur der Check-In Prozess war leider äußerst langwierig. Uns wurde mitgeteilt, dass die Zimmer erst um 15:00 Uhr bezogen werden können. Was dann zur Folge hatte, dass rund um diese Uhrzeit 20-25 Personen gleichzeitig auf den Check-In gewartet haben und dieser trotz 3 Service-Desks fast 20 Minuten gedauert hat. Das bin ich im Jahr 2025 einfach nicht mehr gewohnt. Hier sollte man über eine Systemumstellung nachdenken, dass man gegebenenfalls, wenn das Zimmer schon bezugsbereit ist, auch schon vor 15:00 Uhr einchecken kann.

300€ ohne Frühstück! Zimmer mit herrlichem Ausblick auf eine Hauptdurchgangsstrasse und ggü. liegender Tankstelle. Was man bei Buchung nicht gleich sieht: Das Zimmer hat ein „offenes“ Bad. Toilette allerdings separat. Zuerst einmal eine charmante Idee, aber man putzt sich die Zähne, fönt etc. direkt neben dem Bett während der andere tv gucken oder telefonieren will. Ziemlich unpraktisch, zumal viele im Bad einfach ihre Ruhe zum fertigmachen haben wollen. 2 Sterne gibt es für den Zustand des Hotels. Es war sauber, das Zimmer ruhig, wenn man das Fenster nicht öffnet. Die direkt am Hotel liegenden Grünstreifen aber vermüllt und dreckig. Insgesamt für 150€ ok, aber nicht für 300….. Von uns keine Empfehlung

Auch Hauptbahnhof ca. 30Minuten. Frühstück mit € 25,-- pro Person finde ich viel zu teuer. Gegenüber ist eine ARAL Tankstelle, da gibt es auch Kaffee und Gebäck.

Aircon didn’t get below 21c. Did chat with reception about this but they weren’t really interested. They bar needs more staff in the evenings. The girls were working hard but service was slow. Free soft drinks in mini bar is good, but a kettle would be a great addition.

Die Zimmer waren schön und sauber. Leider hat die Dusche, die mitten im Zimmer ist, die ganze Nacht gegluckert. Außerdem war der check in schreckliche. Es war nichts vorbereitet und hat ewig gedauert. Leider hat der Mitarbeiter nicht gesprochen und keine Infos gegeben…..

Staff extremely nice and welcoming. Rooms comfortable and good amenities. Close to bus. Traveling from the US and everyone spoke English which was a plus for us. Breakfast was wonderful. Would highly recommend.

Das Zimmer an sich war hervorragend. Komfortables Bett, großzügige und moderne Dusche, angenehm ruhig. Nur der Check-In Prozess war leider äußerst langwierig. Uns wurde mitgeteilt, dass die Zimmer erst um 15:00 Uhr bezogen werden können. Was dann zur Folge hatte, dass rund um diese Uhrzeit 20-25 Personen gleichzeitig auf den Check-In gewartet haben und dieser trotz 3 Service-Desks fast 20 Minuten gedauert hat. Das bin ich im Jahr 2025 einfach nicht mehr gewohnt. Hier sollte man über eine Systemumstellung nachdenken, dass man gegebenenfalls, wenn das Zimmer schon bezugsbereit ist, auch schon vor 15:00 Uhr einchecken kann.

Ich habe das erste Mal diese Kette ausprobiert, sonst immer Hil. Jedoch war ich positiv überrascht. Check in lief schnell, wir hatten ein Zimmer in der 2. Etage. Dies wollte ich gegen ein Zimmer in den oberen Etagen getauscht haben. Nett nachgefragt und ohne Probleme in die 6. Etage gewechselt. Das Zimmer sehr praktisch und liebevoll eingerichtet, sogar mit echten Blunen. Im Bad kein Rost, keine Schimmelbildung in den Fugen, obligatorisch Duschbad und Schampoo, sowie Seife und Lotion. Die Minibar ist gratis, was schon mega ist. Kaffee und Tee ist auch auf dem Zimmer. Ich hatte ein Comfort Zimmer, mit Bademantel und Slipper. Schön leise, Klimaanlage auf 25 Grad möglich (Winter). Ich benötigte noch eine extra Decke, gegen Mitternacht wurde auch diese gebracht. Frühstück, naja, eigentlich alles was man möchte. Ich würde sagen, dies entspricht der gebuchten Kategorie. Mein bestelltes Omelett wurde gebracht, geschmacklich ein Traum.... ja es ist nur ein Omelett.... Wir hatten das Auto auch nach dem Check-out noch dort gelassen um in die Stadt zu gehen. Dies ging ohne Probleme. Alles in allem auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen, ich würde diese Kette auch in einer anderen Stadt probieren. Ach ja, das Personal ausnahmslos zuvorkommend und höflich.

We got there for 130pm on the 3/3/25 had trouble parking as the hotel was getting a delivery truck blocked the entrance, fair enough buy the young guy on the desk with deciding hair was just plain rude, I ask him as we were going to have to wait in reception could we order a drink, with out even lifting his head he pointed to the bar, yes that’s where you get a drink but there was know one serving after waiting 10mns a lady turned up and served me two small beers took my €10 no receipt and disappeared again. As the rude guy on the desk said our room would not be ready until just after 3pm (fair enough check in is 3) my partner and I walked across the street to the mercure for some food and drinks the staff were very friendly and polite. On arriving back at reception the que was out of the door it took us until 340pm to get our room key, if you were thinking of booking this hotel don’t just book the mercure where the staff don’t see you as a nuisance but a paying customer

Unser Zimmer hatte ein offenes Badezimmer. Die Verkehrsanbindung ist sehr gut. Eine U-Bahn Station ist fußläufig erreichbar, die Bushaltestelle der Linie 3 ist direkt vor der Tür. Der Bus kommt alle 10 Minuten.

Pænt, rent, ordenligt og moderne hotel i den næsten centrale del af Hamborg. Rigtig god morgenmad - kom dog ikke for sent, da der kan være ting de ikke fylder op med igen. Centrum og Speicherstadt er i gåafstand. Kvarteret er dog ikke det hyggeligste. Har du værelse ud mod vejen, og har vinduet åbent, er der en del trafikstøj. Men fint med vinduet lukket.

Das Hotel liegt nur ein paar Minuten vom Theater Harry Potter weg. Es ist modern und sauber und für einen Kurzaufenthalt gut geeignet. Was aller sehr negativ ausfällt, sind die Parkgebühren im Hotel. Für nicht mal einen kompletten Tag mussten wir 28€ bezahlen. Das empfinden wir als zu teuer.

Contra: Der einzige Kritikpunkt das Frühstück. Preis-Leistung stimmt hier für mich nicht. ( 25 Euro pro Person) und es ist wirklich nichts Aussergewöhnliches dabei. Für eine kostengünstige Alternative, muss man leider ca. 15 min Fussweg in Kauf nehmen. Aber es hat sich gelohnt .

Das Hotel hat eine tolle Lage, wenn man z.B. das Mehr!-Theater besuchen möchte, ist von der Zimmerausstattung her modern, ansprechend und auch komfortabel ausgestattet und bietet ein wirklich tolles Frühstücksbuffet an, das man am WoE sogar bis 12.00 Uhr nutzen kann. Dies war u.a. der Grund für unsere Buchung. Leider wurde uns weder bei Buchung noch beim Einchecken mitgeteilt, dass das Frühstück am Tag unserer Buchungbereits um 11.30 Uhr aufgrund eines vorgebuchten Mittagsessens beendet sein muss. Aus diesem Grund hatten wir ab 11.15 Uhr leider ein sehr ungemütliches Frühstück zwischen putzenden und neu eindeckenden Hotelangestellten (denen wir selbstverständlich keinen Vorwurf machen!). Hier mangelte es einfach an offener Kommunikation im Vorfeld, zumal wir beim Einchecken extra nachfragend betont hatten, dass wir gerne die komfortable Frühstückszeit nutzen würden. Sehr ärgerlich.

A lovely hotel with friendly personal service. Rooms are clean ande comfortable, though there was a lot of noise from traffic. We spent time on the terrace facing the canal, as the weather was lovely. The breakfast was exceptional. There was everything we needed. We had a lovely stay.

The room itself was dirty. Lots of dust in the floor and the skirting boards, as well as the coffee mugs inside the room. Made me question whether they clean the mugs or just wipe them. Also lots of long hairs across the bathroom and the curtain had big stains on it. Mentioned it at reception but didn’t get much feedback on it. Have stayed before about a year ago and it wasn’t like this but the property has gone down hill.

The hotel was nice, bus stop outside and train station a few stops away although walkable. Breakfast was okay, hot and cold food although hot food is limited and not replenished enough during breakfast hours. From my observation, the dining area can be a bit messy with food on the floor that is not cleaned up efficiently but the limited staff on the floor do work hard to clear tables. My room was “cleaned” but I noticed they didn’t change the sheets because there was a mark on my pillow before I left the room and came back to it. The shower area is open plan so be cautious if you want a bit of privacy but the toilet is separate. The mini bar was stocked with apple juice, a lemon and a berry drink, sparkling and still water as well as a kettle and some teas which is restocked daily so that was nice. If you want to food from outside the hotel, you would either have to walk or take public transport/taxi as there is not really any restaurants local, I walked to Edeka supermarket which was well equipped for things you may need. There’s a fuel station across the road from the hotel as well. Checkout is 11am but I paid €15 to extend until 12. Overall, it was decent and in a quiet area.
