Very good facilities. Good location. Great swimming pool area. Very good breakfast. Only issue is the room felt very humid and damp even with A/C working. Great views from the bar on the 24th floor.

All staff were fantastic, friendly, very helpful, and remembered you from one day to the next, the pool could be very noisy and even intimidating at times in the afternoon with groups of people making it hard for those wanting to relax. Every guestI encountered mentioned their difficulty in navigating the steep ramp to enter the Royal wing from the lobby, if a travelator was put in here it might cost a lot but would pay off in return guests, the ramp is so steep as to be dangerous.

E’ una struttura con scarsa manutenzione soprattutto nei bagni e nelle aree comuni come la hall e lo Sky bar all’ultimo piano della torre . Piscina piccola e con pochi lettini . Room was spacious and clean. Spa was dated and not well connected to property. Road to hotel was uneven and dangerous. Elevator has a constant annoying promotional video but above all a pleasant place to stay on a budget.

Had a great stay with about 10 people in our group ! Renovations were happening on most floors of the paradise towers but it was still fine ! Pool bar and all staff are very friendly and accomodating.

The property is old walls paint need to be re-done, doors squeeking, water leaks, there were bugs inside the room, no service after 10pm. The location was nice a lot of things around the hotel. This hotel should be more of a 3 star hotel.

Fantastiskt och centralt boende. Väldigt trevlig och service inriktad personal. Vi fick ett jätte fint rum där vi hade otrolig utsikt över Patong Beach, speciellt havet. Stort och rymligt rum som städades enormt bra var dag. Poolerna var vi också väldigt nöjda med och kul med en barpool. Frukosten fanns det väldigt mycket att välja mellan. Gillade speciellt att få Omelett varje dag efter ens egna preferenser. Rekommenderar starkt detta hotell och vi kommer gärna tillbaka.

The room wasn’t clean even each day they provide room cleaning, the floor is always dusty and dirty, I wonder what they clean, I guess just tidy up the beds and change the towels only. The breakfast is a waste of time. Don’t bother to purchase the breakfast if you’re thinking of it.

We had stayed in this hotel for a couple of days and it was not worth it due to following reasons: 1. We were told on checkin to come back at 3pm and the room would be ready for us. Coming back after 3pm we were told they just started cleaning the room and we had a 2 year old that was tired and needed rest after an 9 hour flight. 2. We had taken partial deluxe sea view but the windows weren't clean 3. The bathroom was moldy and dirty. 4. Staff is not that polite they have no value for guest no hotel staff present to help at morning for luggage. 5. On checkout staff accused us of taking the laundry bag. Who the hell would want to take a laundry bag from the room. After telling them off they told us to not to worry.

One word describes this hotel, DATED. First, the positives. The location is in the heart of everything. If you're in Phuket to party this is a great place to stay. The views from the tower are amazing, so try to get one of those rooms if you can instead of the low rise ones. The staff understands how to be in the hospitality industry. Now let's get to the negatives. The décor in the hallway and the rooms needs a overhaul. Also the bed was harder than steel. There is a ramp to the low rise unites and it is STEEP! Very hard to navigate with luggage. The shower was very tiny. The rooftop bar was smaller than the rooms and should not even exist. I don't know why they wouldn't have updated it but it looks like something from the 70's.

The front desk staff is very rude, I have never been treated with such a terrible attitude in my 20 years of travel experiences, which damaged my vacation in Phuket. This is the worst hotel ever. the room is dirty and noisy, and the wifi consistently disconnected.

Very well located to everything you need for fun and relaxation. The hotel is large and our Junior Suite was an excellent size - sure ok starting to look a little old and tired but very comfortable and clean . High floor with ocean view worth it . The breakfast included was great and plenty of variety. Overall enjoyed the stay . Thank you to the professional friendly staff.

We stayed in a suite that was large and spacious, ideally sized for a family of four. However, the room was really worn and old, and it showed. There was a general sour/stale smell throughout the room, noticeable from the moment you walked in. The furniture desperately needs replacing as it is worn and old, contributing to the room's sour odor. The showers in one of the bathrooms leaked, and the air conditioning in one room did not work; it couldn't be adjusted. However, the cleaning was impeccable. The noise in the evening and nighttime was dreadful. Despite staying on the 22nd floor, the music from the surrounding streets was so loud it felt like being in the nightclubs themselves. Our children did not sleep before 2 AM every night, which was a nightmare. We also met other guests at the hotel who had tried to change rooms for the same reason. This should be clearly stated on the hotel's website, as the noise level is significant. The pool area seemed newer than the rest of the hotel and was quite pleasant. Particularly, the service we received at the pool bar from one of the male staff members was outstanding. We also used the fitness room, which was well-equipped and nice. The food at the hotel is generally very bland and touristy, mostly consisting of junk food. Therefore, we ate out every day. The smell in the room and its condition, combined with the street noise, unfortunately, make it a place we would not consider visiting again.

I have to say, I was—and still am—truly amazed by this hotel. It’s hands down one of the best I’ve ever stayed in. Everything was impeccably clean, the bed was extremely comfortable, and there wasn’t even a hint of that typical musty smell you sometimes get in hotel rooms. The breakfast spread was delicious, and every staff member I encountered was genuinely friendly and welcoming. I decided to treat myself to a suite on the 19th floor. Even though I’m generally quite afraid of heights, the breathtaking view quickly made me forget any worries. It was absolutely worth it! After checking out, I realized I had left behind my expensive earphones and my toothbrush. A quick message to the hotel was all it took—they located my items right away and kindly handed them over to a friend of mine who will bring them back to me. I’m incredibly grateful for that honest and thoughtful service. To top it all off, you can truly feel the renowned Thai hospitality in every interaction here. Thank you so much for making my stay so memorable. I hope to be back very soon. Stay safe, everyone!

We had a very odd experience staying at this hotel. Our second day there, the staff came into our room unannounced and told us we had to run the water for some reason, so we did. However, later that night the shower would not work. Additionally, there was virtually no privacy given to us. There were multiple instances where the staff entered our room unannounced and without knocking or asking if they could enter. I felt very uncomfortable for the remainder of our stay because I felt as if someone could walk in at any moment. Overall, very strange experience and probably would not stay here again.

No check in fui muito mal atendido, a atendente ja tem um texto pronto para pegar o calção de 3.000 bath e informar o preço do cafe da manha. Ao questionar que a minha reserva era com cafe da manha e ela que nao e chamou o próximo da fila, ou seja, fiquei sem café da manhã e irei buscar o ressarcimento do valor pago jumto a Hoteis.com. O funcionario que controla a entrega as toalhas na piscina tambem não foi simpatico durante toda a estadia. O unico atendimento digno de reconhecimento foi das camareiras e dos porteiros.

Disappointing check in. Took a long time and they could not seem to understand I had already paid. Refused to give me my keycard until I paid! Finally sorted after 20 mins but no apology! The pool area was nice and bar and pool staff helpful and friendly

Overall, the property and our room was clean. The customer service however was lacking. Staff at the front desk and at the breakfast station was not friendly or helpful. When checking out, the person at the front desk was very rude. I personally would not be staying there again.

Rare that I review so highly but the stay was great. Great free buffet. Pool was awesome. Upgraded room was bigger than some apartments I have had. Great views from room. The make massage guys are set up in a few side streets and directly in front of hotel. They don’t hassle you except saying massage. Freaky at first but to each their own! The main drag is the next road and short walk to the beach.

The Royal Paradise is convenient to Bangla Walking Street and Patong Beach, but the area is old and run down. The room they provided on the 17th floor was remodeled and had a good view, but they were re-doing other rooms on this floor, so the hallway was torn up with construction work the entire week we were there. The lobby and pool area were ok, as was the breakfast area, but the breakfast was low quality, and the staff need better customer service training. We dropped this hotel one additional star because they wanted to charge an additional 200 Bhat for a one-hour late check-out. Not a great request for off-season guests who just spent a week in a construction zone.

The stay in the hotel was overall good. The location of the hotel is near the main street with all the restaurants and bars; sometimes it was noisy but overall was nice as everything was near by. The hotel rooms might need some renovation to make them more appealing but considering the price and area, the hotel was nice.

Good location for shopping, nightlife and Activities in Patong. Can be noisy at night. Nice reception, pool area, and lounge. BEACH IS 10 MINUTE WALK. Breakfast is on 2nd floor with no elevator access. Breakfast variety could be better. Staff is very friendly and attentive. Lots of amenities. Good package.

The Hotel is well situated. Walking distance to everything, beach, restaurants,shopping etc. Staff was very kind and friendly. Everyone expects a Hotel to be 5 stars. Everyone has different opinions and you can't complain about simple things. The Lobby, Pool, Breakfast restaurant was always clean and well maintained. Thank you for having us! Very nice location, and close to all the happening areas. I u get a room facing the street with clubs it can be noisy at night….tey get the rooms not in the tower building but the other one, there it’s much more cozy

We loved our stay. We booked the Paradise Suite and it was great, overlooking the pool and the city. The restaurant options at the hotel are awesome. The breakfast was amazing, credit to the chefs and staff. We loved the pool and the pool bar, spending a lot of time here! Beautiful decor throughout the hotel.

Put the pastry chef was the highlight of the stay very kindly making gluten free pancakes for the 3 celiacs in our group each morning. The hotel in the new section was modern and clean we were in the other wing where the rooms with more beds are and three rooms were very basic and a bit unclean. The area is ok but not great at night for children. Pool area was nice tho.
