Hotel was ok. Room was decent but coulduse some fixing up. The pictures make it appear as if they have an indoor pool but that is false. Elevator was extremely slow. Like i could walk up the stairs faster slow.

Extremely below standards. Food service could not accommodate a group of people Pool was in bad shape, water quality was not good. Room cleaning has to be requested but they did not tell you nor were their signs in rooms to alert you. Elevator was so slow. Overall pool location. Oh the mini shop in the lobby had few items and no ice cream! But it did have Tylenol thanks God!

Felt unsafe the minute I pulled into parking lot. Check In: gave us a room, went up to the room and the door didn’t close all the way and I just felt unsafe. Went down to let them know, gave us another room. Went up to 2nd room, AC was broken. Back down again for 3rd room, everything eventually was okay. Elevators were SUPER SLOW and the next day we woke up to broken elevators. Just an overall horrible experience at this hotel.

Older Holiday Inn updated reasonably well; friendly front desk; very comfortable bed. One big minus: Nice pool marred by significant algae growth. This should be obvious to hotel management and maintenance staff.

The staff was friendly, courteous, and accommodating. The room was clean, roomy, and comfortable and the parking area had adequate lighting. I am usually awakened all night long by loud noises outside my room when I have stayed at other hotels but thankfully this hotel was very quiet. That was a big plus!

Well, I cant get passed how nasty this hotel room was...I did not have the time nor the energy to complaint and wait to be moved to another room. But I do not recoment this hotel. Dirty and it also took a while to give us a room because the key machine was not working. So far none of the hotels in Louisina are clean, and I've stayed and very expensive ones... My husband and I got some kind of rash from this hotel. Nasty!

Bed/pillows were comfortable and clean. Room temperature stayed cool. The area is quiet. Carpet and bathroom was dirty. Shower wasn’t draining and it’s disgusting to bath in water that’s filling up from the previous guests. Perhaps the whole plumbing needs addressing.

The outside and lobby area appeared to be renovated and nice. Employees were wonderful. The rooms need an update & more functional Renovation. Doors hard to open, bathtub very slippery and shower heads barely gave you water. No hair dryer in room. Elevator needs work or replacement.

Internet went out , couldn’t watch tv. Called the front desk and Miracle wasn’t very helpful nor was she polite. She was slow too. Kids running and playing down the hallways. It wasn’t that clean; the floors need a deep cleaning & the bathroom need to be sanitized as there were finger prints on the toilet handle and in the mirrors. Overall I’d give the stay a 2/5.

It was terrible first the website said the pool was open then when we check in and get ready to go it’s closed and has been all year. We take a shower and the tub leaks into the room area where the beds are the cable and WiFi was never working in our room and they refused to move us to a different room I had to leave and lose all the money I paid for it. This is the second event we have attended there and third time going there. Each time we have gone there’s always been lil issues. The primary is the elevator geez you would think that a chain like this could take the time to fix the elevators they are both absolutely ridiculously slow. The room door drags when trying to open it, bad, in the room we just stayed in. The Ac was ridiculously non functional the room never got below 76 degrees it was set on 72 the whole night. They will offer to switch rooms but this is the third time we stay there and it’s the second room with ac issues.

Overall it was not a bad place to stay for one night, but there were two issues. The elevator is extremely slow. I read this in a review before booking and didn't think anything of it, but it is a little frustrating. Also, our AC did not keep the room cool at all. I was still warm under just the sheet. I also opted not to call downstairs since we were just staying for one night.

Everything was wonderful! The room was like being at home; I had a chair with an autoben and a side table so I could put my feet up and drink my coffee, the bathroom was very clean and had shampoo and conditioner and body wash. It was a big room with a fridge, microwave and coffee maker. Best of all, Wanda at the front desk is my hero!!! I was in town for a funeral and she gave me so much good advice and happiness ❤️ she sent me to the best seafood place to get some lunch before the funeral and gave me a little more time to relax before the funeral. She truly has great customer service skills!!! I loved everything about my stay except that I couldn’t stay another day…I slept so good in that room!!!!!!

What an awful manager this place has. I accidently booked the room for the wrong dates. I IMMEDIATELY sent a message the second it was booked. Within 5 minutes of the booking. Asking for it to be canceled. I needed the room for later in the month. No response. I call the hotel in the next 30 minutes after not hearing back anything at all. They cant do anything about it because its through a 3rd party booking website. I call hotels.com, they cant reach the property manager. So they say they will email me with an update. I get an email later on saying the property manager said no refunds even though i contacted them immediately after booking and never checking in to the room. What asinine behavior and poor customer service. I will not be ever staying at this hotel nor any other through hotels.com. learned my lesson. Maybe treat your customer base better? Maybe be a better human being and not suck the life out of people even when they make mistakes?

The daytime front desk woman was a nightmare to deal with, she was very rude not willing to help solve any problem. Actually I believe this was the same woman who was the server for the "breakfast that was extra". The coffee creamer was so old it seperated in coffee and smelled horrible. The food was good but service was horrible. It has been over 3 weeks and my card and still not been credited back the 50$ hold for incedintles. Slowest elevator i have ever witnessed in my life! The late night desk woman was awesome however!

This was one of the worst stays I’ve ever had. First off, they gave us a room with bad keys. So they changed the room. We got into the second room only for the tv to not come on at all. But because it was so late we decided to just go to bed. The next day when we got back to our room, the keys wouldn’t work again. So we had to take the super slow elevator back and fourth. But the guy at the desk said they would send someone in to fix the tv. Well, the maintenance man came in and he was really nice and helpful but was unable to fix it. By that time, we decided to not worry about it since we were leaving in the morning. Started realizing we didn’t have enough towels so went to the front desk to get some and was told “can’t y’all use the same towels from last night? We have a full house” I’m sorry..? What? Use towels from last night? The maintenance guy thankfully noticed me and grabbed me some fresh towels. The stay overall just wasn’t worth it to me and I’m highly dissatisfied. I love holiday inn but I will never be returning to this location.

Check in was good. We came back from supper and couldn’t find a parking spot in a safe place. The hotel was hosting a party of some sort and parking lot was full. We seen inappropriate things in the parking lot while riding waiting to find an empty parking spot. Once we parked we went inside our room for the night. We were in bed and heard a car alarm go off but went off quickly so I didn’t pay any mind to go look out the window. We wake up to start our day, leave the room to find out both elevators are out of service. We find the service elevator and walk to our vehicle. I notice 3 cars down from ours a vehicle was broken into. The back window was broken, I’m guessing this was the car alarm we heard. After seeing this we cut our trip short and checked out a day early.

Was woken up at some point with sounds of cars racing down the street. There was trash at the entrance (a wagon and i dont know what else). I never felt unsafe in the area though. Was strict about the check in time of 3pm when we arrived at 1pm. Came back at 2:45 and thankfully he let us check in. Was super friendly and gave us a 2pm check out time. Loved the Dove brand products in the bathroom to use complimentary.

The first floor is superb! big restaurant and bar/clean/spacious etc. the rooms are fine but just a little dated. I felt a little unsafe arriving at night, not the hotels fault just the area it is in. But all was well and security in the car park was reassuring

Hotel and room was good. Bathroom kinda small. Elevator SLOW AF. Also wanted 15 bucks for breakfast when other holiday inns are FREE. No thanks. No hotel breakfast is worth 15 dollars...not sure why it isn't included since we just stayed at another holiday inn near NOLA and that breakfast was included?

The pool was disgusting. It had items floating in it to include food. There was also a soiled, dirty diaper sitting by the edge of the pool. There were no towels at the pool. Only one elevator worked so the average wait time was five minutes for a five story building. The wait staff at the bar was extremely slow. Had to wait over 10 minutes for service.
