We had a Nespresso machine in our room, but we didn't use it because the water vessel looked molded. I think the layout of the room could have been better. There was no end table for one side of the bed. the bathroom counter was not much of a counter. The highlight of the stay was the staff, specifically Adrian at the front desk. She gave us specific instructions about parking and when to scan our pass. She was so sweet and made us feel extremely welcome and called us her babies. We love Adrian soooo much.

Room was fairly clean. There were some small snips of paper or a wrapper on the floor inside the closet but nothing too big of a deal. The room we reserved (coworker and myself) stated two twin beds. I was thinking these are probably full but say twin. We got checked in and up to our room which the hallway was small; the hotel was very old but in good shape. The room literally had TWIN beds. It was fine we just needed a place to lay our heads as we were gone to a conference for work both days we stayed. Bed was soft and comfortable. No fridge in room but again not a deal breaker. Shower took a while to heat up but again we were on the 8th floor and the building is old. Again not a problem. Stay was good value for the week considering we were in the loop of Chicago. Would stay again!!

The staff were great. The room was in OK shape, but not great. Needed paint, the toilet wasn't perfect, and the room was very very small. Having said that, it was about half the price of the name brand hotels in the same area, so I think it gave v good value for money.
