Rooms were neat and tidy. Friendly staff. Many amenities at the hotel, breakfast spread was good.

The staff’s English proficiency was unsatisfactory, which made communication inconvenient at times. Although the hotel was clean on the surface, the facilities were old, so it did not feel truly clean overall. The water pressure was weak, which made showering uncomfortable. The food was just average and nothing particularly memorable. During my stay, the hotel was filled with a large number of Russian-speaking guests, which significantly affected the overall atmosphere of the hotel. They said that only two bottles of drinking water per day were provided. However, there was a free shuttle to the airport, and since only my family was on it, they arranged a private shuttle for us at 7 a.m. It felt like this hotel was constantly in a state of check-in and check-out throughout the entire day. The front desk was always crowded with Russian guests who did not seem to line up, creating a chaotic environment. The hotel staff seemed very concerned about my exact checkout time, probably because they had very tight schedules to clean and prepare the rooms for the next guests.

The villa was excellent - spacious and comfortable. Staff were all friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.

If you're travelling with kids this hotel is fantastic for the services and activities on offer. It's not, however, a 5 star hotel - at least not by Eurpoean standards. Rooms are worn, staff aren't particularly friendly and speak poor English, and service is slooooow across the board. There's zero luxury - although the building looks impressive. What really got to us was the noise level across all areas of the resort. First of all the rooms are not soundproof at all - and there are some very loud daily activities in the pool area that are really disrupting. You can also hear the cleaning staff yelling outside the door, or even just someone having a conversation in the hallway. The beach is equally hectic, crammed full of sunbeds, loud music, screaming and very little peace. The resort has two casinos which attract a certain clientele - so if you're looking to gamble, drink vodka, and listen to very loud music then you'll probably enjoy your time here. The italian restaurant had excellent food though, even if you had to wait a long time for it to arrive.
