We are a retired couple that stayed here in October 2022. At that time they processed a security deposit on our credit card. We left the apartment in great condition. We have yet to see the refund to our credit card. I have contacted them four times and they said they were sorry and they would let me know when the refund is processed. I am still waiting.

La atención continúa, han despejado todas nuestras dudas en el momento. Con respecto a la comodidad del piso fue excelente, buen mobiliario, camas cómodas, sabanas limpias, baño impecable, cocina con todos los utencillos, calefacción, lavadora todo funcionando correctamente.El edificio muy moderno y silencioso.Sin duda lo recomiendo.

Not overly clean. Horrible beds. Minimal kitchen items. Broken hair dryer and no one answered at either number provided. I’d only recommend the location not the apartment

The apartment is NOT the same as the one in the listing photos. The furniture is different and the view is different. We came from the airport exhausted to check in but the apartment wasn't ready and so we had to wait an extra hour. MySpaceBarcelona charged 400 euros to our credit card for a damage deposit, but even after emailing them several times, we still haven't received the credit back. (We left the apartment immaculate!) Very disappointing!!
