Wonderful property. The only disappoitment was their restaurant which had a few menue items unavailable.

Great location at the base of the slope, easy to walk up to the first lift. Ski valet included makes life so much easier - pick up skis then walk up the slope in the morning. Easy access to the town and all it has to offer. Staff were professional, courteous, and always helpful. The onsen (spa) is not huge but it is sufficient. The breakfast buffet, though not luxurious, offers a variety of tasty options. Decent value for money. Overall a very good stay.

Great ski in / ski out location, nice spacious and well appointed rooms, staff were extremely friendly and helpful, spa was great. Worth noting - beds were very firm.

Rooms are big and amenities are really great, free parking at hotel if you drive. Staff are helpful and friendly. Overall a great stay.
