The location is great, close to the big mosque and restaurants. Everything could be done by foot. However, the elevator is not that big ( 2 people max) the waiting time to get the elevator is overwhelming, expect at least 5 minutes. The brunch is decent, automatic coffee machine work sporadically. The room is very decent not really as advertised. The tv is present but not functioning. The employees used to help the client ask for tips all the time which is annoying since they work in the hotel and I belive they are paid for the job. Overall is ok but definitely not aligned with the number stars. As a recommendation ask the taxi driver to put the meter to pay the right amount instead of just asking if the ride price.

Very nice... Big room only 2 minutes.walk from the big mosque Hassan. Everything was perfect brrakfast was really nice. Unfortunately spa wasnt working.... They told us they had a day off....

A wonderful hotel, with a super location right by the mosque. The hotel was immaculately clean and our room was perfect. All the staff, especially the reception, were really nice, very helpful and pleasant. Lastly, car parking was wonderful, right under the hotel with direct access.

We checked in during a very busy time unfortunately as a large tour group had just arrived. We had two rooms and only one was ready but they said they would call when the other one was but never did. Breakfast was included but same thing, because of the large tour group, there was limited seating and they couldn't keep up with the food selection/provision for the amount of guests there were. Staff were not the friendliness or in any hurry to provide service. Otherwise, the hotel is in an amazing location to the mosque and parking is included which is nice if you have a car.

Pro: Hotel con excelente ubicación y bonita estructura, si no fuera por lo mencionado, no vale la pena quedarse. Contra: La administración del hotel debería ser más atenta y eficiente; durante mi estancia, solo un ascensor funcionando y a la llegada no tenían la habitación lista, la entregaron 1 hora tarde. Hay mejores opciones dentro de la ciudad.

We booked Silver suite. The staff was very helpful and hospitality is worth mentioning. The room was clean with all the basic necessities including fridge, microwave, hob for cooking and a little sink in the kitchen with some drawers and cutlery inside. The view was mesmerising facing the Biggest mosque in Africa Hassan 2. Hammam and spa facilities were available, hands down THE BEST hammam!! The breakfast was included and first class service, very impressed and spoilt for choice with soo many options to choose from yum yum!! Train station was only 15 mins away and bus stop 2 mins. We travelled to marrakesh and Rabat using that train station, we walked to the train station which only took us 15 mins. Overall great experience and higly highly recommend!

Personal ist freundlich und aufmerksam, das Frühstück ist solide, man wird auf jeden Fall satt. Wir hatten ein Zimmer 5. Stock, wovon man einen guten Blick auf die Moschee hatte. Man sollte sich bewusst sein, dass der Gebetsaufruf zum Sonnenaufgang stattfindet und man diesen im Zimmer sehr laut hört, man wacht auf jeden Fall auf. Das Zimmer war in Ordnung, da Bad etwas in die Jahre gekommen und hätte etwas sauberer sein können. Die Kissen im Bett waren leider klumpig und sehr unbequem. Für mich ein No Go. Lage ist top, man ist innerhalb von 2 an der Hauptsehenswürdigkeit, nicht zu schlagen.

It was honestly terrible, i booked a silver superior but i didn't get what I booked, the studio was tiny, poor equipment. The kitchen was just a decoration. There was nothing in it. When I asked for a pan, they brought me a scratched one. I asked them to change it, they ended up telling me that they were sorry to have nothing. I complained but they didn't seem to care. I came back to this Hotel for the mosque but i would never come again cause of the lack of professionalism. In the bathroom, they didn't have enough Shampoo. It was Sad to pay for such a bad service!

L'hotel est plutot correcte cependant j'ai gardé une mauvaise experience à cause des bruits nocturnes. Il n'y a aucune insonorisation et pas de moquettes ni des les chambres ni des les couloir. Les portes ne sont pas equipées de freins et claquent jusquà 2 ou 3h du matin. Ceci apart le fait que je suis restée une demi journée sans wifi.

Client service were great. They are very friendly and always available to help you. My ropm eas vey clean, and well decorated. I only have to complain about the water pressure in the shower. I read reviews about, and I thought it was not that bad… but it is bad, specially if you want to take a hot shower you will get only some drops of water.

The hotel was really good. I really enjoyed the breakfast. I wish the blackout curtains were better. It was bright in the morning. The region is good too. I was able to everywhere walking. Just prepare that sound coming from the mosque in the morning is very loud.

Big hotel close to the Mosque II. Rooms were spacious, breakfast buffet available, bathroom needed maintenance as did the curtains but generally very comfortable with good housekeeping staff. The kitchenette was deficit in equipment which made the utilisation void. Make sure to go to the mosque early as 'bus-loads' of tourist turn up soon after 9:30am - first tour begins at 9. The tour is well worth taking.

My stay at Melliber was amazing! Mister Ramdam was always available when needed and helped me book a beautiful tour to Chefchaouen also known as the blue city before my stay there so when I arrived everything was set and ready to roll! The staff there everyone is nice ans helpful and I had access to a morning buffet everyday that has both local and occidental breakfast. There is also a restaurant there that serves everything including Tajine and other local food. Room service is available until 11:00pm. My room was clean and everything worked! when I came at 2:00am for my check-in I had asked if it would be possible to have a view on the Mosque and they made it possible! Honestly as a solo black female traveler, I always felt safe! It’s close by a lot of places! I highly recommend!

The hotel is conveniently situated and the rooms are spacious. The kitchenette is a great help. However, the service is poor. We didn’t have towels on the days we were there and had to request for them a few times. The geyser didn’t heat up and toilet didn’t flush in one of our rooms and the staff did not have an approachable manner when dealing with the situation. There’s always a shortage of dishes and cutlery in the breakfast room.

First and foremost, for a 4-star hotel, this is the first time I heard of a hotel not having towel upon check-in. Second, they are very poor with responding to emails; we’ve had to send multiple emails in order to receive a simple yes or no answer (e.g. airport pick and drop-off). Ramadan at front desk was extremely helpful and accommodating as he was able to give us an early check-in which we’re thankful for. He was also very resourceful and gave us some names of local restaurants upon asking. However, we were disappointed with the response we received from a woman at the reception desk (didn’t get her name) when we called and asked for towels. Initially she stated she would have someone bring us some towels and then 30mins passed so we called again at 2:54pm. Her rude response was “well check-in time is at 3pm so you’re early, you just have to wait.” If this was indeed the case, why didn’t she inform us of this when we called initially?! Wish I would’ve received her name; very unprofessional and this is coming from someone who travels quite a bit!

Very close to the mosque, mall and marina. Had a nice view of the mosque from the balcony. The hotel accepts US dollars and can exchange for duhrams if the currency exchange office is closed. Hotel may not be responsive to expedia messages but staff members are nice. Room was pretty spacious and relatively clean.

The staff were wonderful! Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The restaurant was a limited menu but tasty, as well as the breakfast and prices were good. The mosque is very close so call to prayer is heard in the hotel, which didnt bother us but may bother some people. The building itself and the room were so-so.
