The room was big and comfortable. The program card for the air-conditioner didn’t match the unit so couldn’t be operated, however that wasn’t a problem…come summer it may well be. Expect a laidback approach to service in the restaurant and you won’t be disappointed, otherwise great.

Location is perfect, 2 mins walk to the Hassan II Mosque. Rooms were huge with a large set of sofas. Very nice firm beds. Slept really well. Our rooms each had a large private balcony, felt like a small backyard. Breakfast was good. Lots of varieties. Although it’s the same set of choices every day. Had omelets, cooked on the spot. Very friendly staff. Receptionist Yassine was particularly helpful. When we had trouble contacting our day tour guide (prebooked elsewhere), Yassine called them several times on his own phone, and talked to the tour company to resolve it for us. super nice guy. Really appreciate it. Highly recommend the hotel.

I had a 2nd floor, Silver level room. The toilet and shower were very cramped and the bathroom is old. The shower door did not close properly. The room was neat and clean. I had a partial view of the Mosque out my window, otherwise the view was onto old apartments. Food was okay. Noise level is average to poor. Staff were good. Restaurant service (dinner) is "African time" (not rushed). Location is great for mosque and walking distance to Old City area, Ricks Cafe and Sqala Restaurant/Cafe.

excellent location and helpful staff. The reception staff Yassine helped us in printing the boarding pass; and the staff when we check out help us indicate a reasonable taxi price to train station, this successfully helped us to avoid a scam.
