Great stay with good facilities and friendly staff. Public areas and rooms seemed to be clean and well maintained but the corridors were oddly institutional (not a big problem really) Plenty of parking available for our hire car, so we could come and go without worrying too much about getting a space (Sep visit). As we were exploring Malta we didn't spend too much time in the pool areas, but it was nice that there was an adults only section where things were quieter.

Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist wirklich gut. Aber das Hotel ist schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Die Zimmer sind gerade noch akzeptabel, aber der Fön ist eigentlich kein Fön. Für heutige Zeiten nicht akzeptabel. Der Service ist wirklich gut. Der Spa Bereich und Gym sind auch sehr gut. das Essen war ganz ok bis gut. Das Hotel ist schon familienfreundlich, aber es könnte etwas mehr für Kinder geboten werden.

Kids: The hotel is not suitable for toddlers, the child pool is closed indefinitely, there’s no life guard at the pool and there’s 3 pools too share 2 for everyone’s use and 1 pool only for adults. There’s many sections where children are not allowed. Service: the workers are not child friendly, we meet a hand full of nice people during our weeks stay. The workers role their eyes when you ask questions or snap at you for asking for minor things such as alcohol free beer. The checking takes ages there’s many forms to fill out and extra payments. Bar and restaurant: the mail restaurant has great food! I don’t recommend the other restaurants. Alcohol is served during breakfast and though out the day through machines, underage minors take advantage of this. Not many variety of non alcoholic drinks. Expedia: we booked our accommodation through Expedia. They charged us full price for our son who’s ones years old as an adult although the hotel informed that that’s a mistake. No responsibility or explanation was given. OBS if you do want too book this hotel I’d recommend booking directly though the hotel. All and all we did not receive the hotel to be family friendly.

I really enjoyed our stay. We were a group of 10 ranging from 7 to 80 and we all had a great time. The hotel was clean and staff were great. Food options were good and pretty much what you would expect from a all inclusive hotel. The food wasnt amazing but it was good enough for what you needed and paid for. I requested a walk in shower as my mother has reduced mobility and they dealt with this perfectly. The only slight draw backs were as follows; I reported via the app that our safe didnt work and they never came to repair it. I requested the use of a hair dryer as the built in ones were not good for my wife but they couldnt supply anything. There are no lifeguards which for a family hotel, I thought was strange. Other than the main restaurant, there were no other lunch options. From going to similar hotels in the past, ive always had access to a pool side quick bite type of thing to save having to dry off and get dressed. The air con was sufficient but im glad it was October as it didnt seem too cool. Other than those minor things, i would definitely return. Oh the evening entertainment team were so good. I didnt expect much from an in house team but the shows were great.

Pool was good and the service was good. The hotel food was very good with a good choice of food for adults and children and the drinks were decent quality as well. The hallways and rooms did have quite a few ants around and there were quite a few wasps around the pool area especially if drinks were left out or spilled. The mini golf was pretty poor and I didn’t see anyone use it.

Wir waren zwei Wochen als Familie mit zwei kleinen Kindern im Hotel. Die Zimmer und die Anlage waren sehr sauber und gepflegt, dass Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Fast direkt vor dem Hotel ist eine Haltestelle für den ÖPNV.

In der Wellnessarea war es nicht wirklich ruhig, auch nicht bei den Spa Anwendungen. Man konnte dort keine Entspannung finden. Der Rest im Hotel war super! Also nur ein *kleiner*Makel.

We were not told about building works. Hammer drills all day long even at weekends. This rather spoiled things for us. Hotel and grounds were very clean. We were all inclusive plus and guest relations were excellent ensuring that we were happy with everything.

Nous sommes très déçus de l'hôtel qui aurait besoin d'un bon rajeunissement. Notre chambre n'était pas top avec 2 lits séparés, une salle de bain ridicule et dangereuse a cause de la douche dans une baignoire très glissante. Ouvrir le robinet pendant 2mn pour avoir de l'eau uniquement tiède. Dès le premier jours, des cafards dans la chambre mais surtout dans la salle de restaurant sortant d'un pilier. Le restaurant principal est très mal conçu, bruyant et sous dimensionné. Je n'ose pas imaginer en pleine saison ! La nourriture est mauvaise !!! pour ne pas dire dégueulasse ! Au restaurant comme à tous les bars, on doit faire la queue. Dans cet hôtel, rempli en majorité par des Anglais, on s'aperçois très vite que tout est fait pour eux. Ils sont en plus d'une incorrection insupportable ! Cet hôtel n'est vraiment pas digne d'un 4 étoiles !!!

Service restaurant impeccable chaque jour un theme de nourriture sauf les 3 derniers jours nourriture répétitif... espace piscine tres bien pour les enfants...all inclusive on avais droit a tout et c'était top pour les enfants. Merci a toute l'équipe du staff

Overall it is an ‘okay’ hotel. The best bit being the food selection. The hotel was busy (to be expected in July) and the pools were overcrowded. We got around this by swimming at the end of the day when it was quieter. We tended to go out during the day. If you plan to stay there all day everyday, the noise and crowds may get tiresome. We met a mixture of staff. A few were very helpful. The English lady manager at reception was lovely. However most of the staff seemed very stressed and not particularly helpful. Parking was easy and free, loads of spaces under the hotel. The biggest downside to the hotel (and the one that would stop me staying her again) is how much noise you can hear from the rooms. We have all come home exhausted after getting very little sleep. You could hear when a guest walked past in flipflops, that’s how thin the walls were! The cleaners worked tirelessly and kept our room very clean. So overall, the hotel is okay. Calling it a 4* may be pushing it slightly, but it wasn’t terrible.

Wow, was eine TOLLE Hotelanlage. Sehr sauber und schön. Zimmer sind geräumig. Nebengeräusche aus dem Flur ider anderen Zimmern gibt es keine. Alles ruhig.

This is not a 4 star property. Rooms are basic, hotel needs a full revamp and there is a smell of sewage in most corridors. Food is a strong ‘meh’ at best of times. Staff are good though they just haven’t been given the tools to deliver.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The food was excellent, all staff members were extremely friendly and helpful. Everywhere was spotlessly clean. Plenty of space around the pool areas and a beautiful view of the sea. We would definitely come again.

The staff were great, room was a little disappointing as our balcony was just above the roof and view was blocked by the domed roof of the entertainment area. Also the air con didnt work very well, it just seemed to move the hot air around but the temp in October was bareable. The hotel in general was a little worn out. Just small things like the grouting, light switches, socket outlets. Definitely 1st world issues though!

We stayed here for seven days for our honeymoon. The area is lovely and close to the water but it is NOT beachfront. We received an upgraded room and bottle of Prosecco for booking with Expedia. The room was spacious and the air conditioning worked well enough, although it runs on motion sensors and seemed to turn off in the middle of the night. The fan stopped working while we were there and despite a maintenance request, nobody ever came to fix our mini fridge which was not keeping anything cold. The staff was terrific and kind and everyone spoke English. The buffet was good but not great. Not a ton of variety and the meats left something to be desired. The vegetables were not fresh, you could tell by the crinkle cut carrots that they were frozen. The desserts were uninspiring but the ice cream was great. If you have been to an All Inclusive in Mexico or Aruba or Jamaica, you will be disappointed. Also, this is a family resort, so expect dozens of screaming children and all bars to be closed by midnight. Zero nightlife. Tons of British tourists who all smoke for some reason. The Levant restaurant was the best of the a la cartes, while Salia and the Brazilian BBQ were also very good. The Asian restaurant was very disappointing. Lots of pools and we never had an issue finding a sun lounger. Do not pay for the All Inclusive Plus unless you REALLY want name brand liquors. The AI lounge never had a single person in it and it closes at 10pm.

tl;dr nice hotel, staffed by friendly, inviting and interesting people. food is good, drinks passable, and is located minutes walk from family friendly beach and only minutes drive/walk away from ferry to Gozo and Camino. Positives: We enjoyed our stay - especially the location, the food, and service (room and restaurant staff). There are a variety of restaurants - which means meals are always distinct. The Brazilian and Middle Eastern were really quite good. The food in the main restaurant rotates every day - so there is always something different. Sunday service is truly a feast, as is the day that the donut machine comes out. Special shout out to staff that we met during our stay, as we learned about their story, culture, and family. It was lovely to meet people like China, Sonu, Prativa, Santoshi, and Jonathan - who always served with a smile, and seemed genuinely interested in us and our young children. Things to improve: 1. Late arrival - bags weren't offered to be dropped to the room. Would have been nice given spare trollies and staff. 2. No lifeguard at the pool - this is unforgivable (May 13th-24th stay). 3. Air-conditioning room isn't that powerful. 4. Restaurant always ran out of tea spoons - i don't think they realise how many kids needs them. 5. Cheap yoghurts, cheese, and ice-cream in restaurants.

The hotel is tired in places with many of the rooms requiring maintenance eg leaking toilet flushes or smelling of damp and heating not working etc. the hotel offers a lot of amenities however check in staff are so rushed given numbers attending each day that they are unable to explain all the features, so you will have to find this out for yourself. The upgrade didn’t happen as they were fully booked and the arrival wine had been missed but was rectified a few days later. The spa services were good and on the whole the food was pleasant

Overall we had a great time at this hotel. The rooms are a great size and the hotel is very clean. The pools are great and always found there to b plenty of sunbeds despite it being very busy. The food was fine. the buffet was o but got a bit boring towards the end of our stay so I would recommend booking the restaurants. The food in the bookable restaurants was better but still not amazing. The food was typical of an all inclusive hotel.

This property was great for the family however the air conditioning in the rooms is really terrible for summer weather. The reception are obviously aware because they immediately offer fans. Reception and the restaurants are freezing so the lack of air in the rooms seems definitely to be a cost saving exercise, which is disappointing for guests.

Overall it is an ‘okay’ hotel. The best bit being the food selection. The hotel was busy (to be expected in July) and the pools were overcrowded. We got around this by swimming at the end of the day when it was quieter. We tended to go out during the day. If you plan to stay there all day everyday, the noise and crowds may get tiresome. We met a mixture of staff. A few were very helpful. The English lady manager at reception was lovely. However most of the staff seemed very stressed and not particularly helpful. Parking was easy and free, loads of spaces under the hotel. The biggest downside to the hotel (and the one that would stop me staying her again) is how much noise you can hear from the rooms. We have all come home exhausted after getting very little sleep. You could hear when a guest walked past in flipflops, that’s how thin the walls were! The cleaners worked tirelessly and kept our room very clean. So overall, the hotel is okay. Calling it a 4* may be pushing it slightly, but it wasn’t terrible.

Das Hotel an sich war schön. Die Klimaanlage und die Ventilatoren waren sehr laut das man sie Nachts kaum anmachen konnte. Allerdings haben wir uns nicht beschwert. Trotzdem wir die 8€ Pauschale über Expedia bezahlt haben mussten wir sie vor Ort nochmals bezahlen. Wusste nicht ob das nötig war, hab aber auch hier nicht nachgefragt. Das Essen war an den Buffets sehr gut, den Aufwand in den zusätzlichen Restaurants extra was zu buchen sparen wir uns falls wir mal wiederkommen. Wir sind immer anschließend ins Coral gegangen da uns das essen in den anderen Restaurants nicht geschmeckt hat. Pool ist sehr gut und der Strand sind auch super. Busverbindungen sind auch gut. Mietwagen in der Lobby war etwas caotisch. Die Dame war bemüht aber an dem Tag überbucht und somit etwas überfordert. Habe automatik gebucht und bezahlt aber nur einen Schalter erhalten. Den Stress im linksverkehr wollte ich mir mit Schalter eigentlich sparen. Da gab es auch kein Geld zurück. Kann aber auch das Hotel nichts für.

As a family of four we had a lovely holiday at dB Seabank. The facilities were great, the pool ideal for the number of guests and we didn't ever struggle to get sunbeds. The Animation team were great, offering loads of activities throughout the day without being too overbearing. The food and drinks offered were nice and varied enough that we didn't get bored over the week. The themed restaurants were good too although it's a shame they don't offer juice for the kids, this is only on offer in the main buffet restaurant. The only downside of the whole week was the air conditioning not working in our room. I reported it on the third day and reported it still hadn't been fixed every day for the rest of the week. On checkout I mentioned it again and the manager on duty said I should have brought it to his attention. It's a shame that none of the reception staff had done this earlier.

This hotel has some fantastic staff, nice pool area, the Salia restaurant, Coral buffet and Oriental restaurants surpassed expectations. The jungle was dirty and the music was so loud, and the food no where near the quality of the others. The Brazilian was ok,and the Middle Eastern wasn’t our taste but overall the food and drink was excellent in 3/6, 1 not our taste and 2 could have been better. The bar staff were brilliant, and we didn’t have much to do with animation team but they were fun. I felt for the older customers as there was an enormous pool area but nowhere to escape the music pumping by the animation team. The hotel was clean, lots of suggestions of trips and food and drink wonderful for a week, may have been a push for 2 weeks but overall we had a brilliant time. The worst part was all the British holiday makers!!

I really enjoyed our stay. We were a group of 10 ranging from 7 to 80 and we all had a great time. The hotel was clean and staff were great. Food options were good and pretty much what you would expect from a all inclusive hotel. The food wasnt amazing but it was good enough for what you needed and paid for. I requested a walk in shower as my mother has reduced mobility and they dealt with this perfectly. The only slight draw backs were as follows; I reported via the app that our safe didnt work and they never came to repair it. I requested the use of a hair dryer as the built in ones were not good for my wife but they couldnt supply anything. There are no lifeguards which for a family hotel, I thought was strange. Other than the main restaurant, there were no other lunch options. From going to similar hotels in the past, ive always had access to a pool side quick bite type of thing to save having to dry off and get dressed. The air con was sufficient but im glad it was October as it didnt seem too cool. Other than those minor things, i would definitely return. Oh the evening entertainment team were so good. I didnt expect much from an in house team but the shows were great.

We were not told about building works. Hammer drills all day long even at weekends. This rather spoiled things for us. Hotel and grounds were very clean. We were all inclusive plus and guest relations were excellent ensuring that we were happy with everything.

la permanenza in questo hotel é stata praticamente terribile. Inizio col dire che l'esperienza in reception é stata davvero negativa. Dopo aver prenotato a partire dal giorno prima per aver pronta la camera la mattina all'arrivo, avendo l aereo molto presto, (giorno successivo dalla data di prenotazione) arriviamo alla reception e il ragazzo in questione, ragazzo robusto scuro di capelli, ci dice che nonostante la nostra prenotazione partisse dal giorno prima non potevamo avere la camera perché il check in partiva alle 15, anche in maniera non tanto gentile. Siamo stati costretti a stare come dei barboni per varie ore. Per fortuna ad una seconda richiesta ad un'altra receptionist, molto più gentile e carina, alle 13 siamo riusciti ad andare in camera. In camera si gela di freddo e il riscaldamento non funziona minimamente, questa é la mia prima notte e so già che la passerò insonne con i brividi di freddo, per la prima volta in un hotel sono costretta a dormire con il giubbotto ma nonostante questo fa comunque freddissimo. Bagno male andato e perde acqua lo scarico. Pranzo molto scarso, pochissima scelta. Di solito soggiornavamo al db san Antonio, stessa catena, e abbiamo rimpianto parecchio.

Excellent hôtel que ce db Seabank Malte ou les chambres sont propres, spacieuses et pratiques, la nourriture excellente et variée. Le personnel est très sympathique et serviable. La piscine est grande et il y a beaucoup de transat (même en haute saison). Enfin l'hôtel donne sur une plage très belle et peu profonde pour les enfants.

L’hôtel est très bien situé, des départs pour Comino et Gozo en bateau juste à côté à pieds. Les services de bus fonctionnent très bien pour visiter le pays. Si besoin de taxis, l’application Bolt est l’idéal (c’est la moins chère). En plein mois d’août il y a beaucoup de monde sur la plage mais les services de l’hôtel sont fluides et la foule se fait moins sentir que ce que nous imaginions. Attention à votre arrivée de bien avoir la chambre que vous avez payé, ils ont tenté de nous sous-classer (une seule chambre avec 4 lits et vue rue plutôt que 2 chambres avec vue piscine), pour obtenir notre chambre il aura fallu simuler un départ immédiat avec demande de remboursement complet de la semaine. Les commentaires concernant le silence côté piscine sont vrais ! La vue mer donne clairement sur une route très passante et bruyante. En s’y prenant au bon moment la réservation des restaurants est simple (nous étions un groupe de 12 et les avons tous faits sur une semaine). Ils sont très bons avec une mention « excellent » pour le libanais. Les 2 restaurants principaux sont vraiment de qualité. Concernant les bars, vous pouvez très bien sympathiser avec les serveurs et obtenir des cocktails qui ne sont pas à la carte… Tout le personnel est adorable. Si la visite de Malte était à refaire, nous reprendrions cet hôtel.

We stayed here for seven days for our honeymoon. The area is lovely and close to the water but it is NOT beachfront. We received an upgraded room and bottle of Prosecco for booking with Expedia. The room was spacious and the air conditioning worked well enough, although it runs on motion sensors and seemed to turn off in the middle of the night. The fan stopped working while we were there and despite a maintenance request, nobody ever came to fix our mini fridge which was not keeping anything cold. The staff was terrific and kind and everyone spoke English. The buffet was good but not great. Not a ton of variety and the meats left something to be desired. The vegetables were not fresh, you could tell by the crinkle cut carrots that they were frozen. The desserts were uninspiring but the ice cream was great. If you have been to an All Inclusive in Mexico or Aruba or Jamaica, you will be disappointed. Also, this is a family resort, so expect dozens of screaming children and all bars to be closed by midnight. Zero nightlife. Tons of British tourists who all smoke for some reason. The Levant restaurant was the best of the a la cartes, while Salia and the Brazilian BBQ were also very good. The Asian restaurant was very disappointing. Lots of pools and we never had an issue finding a sun lounger. Do not pay for the All Inclusive Plus unless you REALLY want name brand liquors. The AI lounge never had a single person in it and it closes at 10pm.

We were impressed from the moment we arrived at the hotel. It's a large complex, and yet everything was clean, tidy and the staff were polite and helpful. The food at all the restaurants that we tried was also varied and very nice; although for the 'themed' restaurants you have to book through the hotel's webpage which is a bit clunky. This was our first time at an all-inclusive hotel and we weren't entirely sure what to expect from the drinks on offer. Whilst there was plenty to choose from, including cocktails, nothing seemed to really pack a punch.

Excellent hôtel que ce db Seabank Malte ou les chambres sont propres, spacieuses et pratiques, la nourriture excellente et variée. Le personnel est très sympathique et serviable. La piscine est grande et il y a beaucoup de transat (même en haute saison). Enfin l'hôtel donne sur une plage très belle et peu profonde pour les enfants.

The hotel is reasonable if tired in places. Bar queuing system was a little trusting and choice of drinks limited. Wine was pretty much undrinkable and even purchase options were limited. Food was ok, good to have non buffet restaurant options too. Breakfast was decent though the coffee wasn’t great. Towel collection and deposit system annoying for an all inclusive - plus the towels are tiny and not beach size, better to take your own. The spa facilities were excellent and I enjoyed two treatments during my visit. The entertainment was pretty good - dancers worked hard and were talented - the dome venue seems mostly for families, adult entertainment of Disney show was a bit weird.

tl;dr nice hotel, staffed by friendly, inviting and interesting people. food is good, drinks passable, and is located minutes walk from family friendly beach and only minutes drive/walk away from ferry to Gozo and Camino. Positives: We enjoyed our stay - especially the location, the food, and service (room and restaurant staff). There are a variety of restaurants - which means meals are always distinct. The Brazilian and Middle Eastern were really quite good. The food in the main restaurant rotates every day - so there is always something different. Sunday service is truly a feast, as is the day that the donut machine comes out. Special shout out to staff that we met during our stay, as we learned about their story, culture, and family. It was lovely to meet people like China, Sonu, Prativa, Santoshi, and Jonathan - who always served with a smile, and seemed genuinely interested in us and our young children. Things to improve: 1. Late arrival - bags weren't offered to be dropped to the room. Would have been nice given spare trollies and staff. 2. No lifeguard at the pool - this is unforgivable (May 13th-24th stay). 3. Air-conditioning room isn't that powerful. 4. Restaurant always ran out of tea spoons - i don't think they realise how many kids needs them. 5. Cheap yoghurts, cheese, and ice-cream in restaurants.

Die Unterkunft liegt direkt an einem Sandstrand, welcher über eine Straße erreichbar ist. Da wir im Januar dort waren, war das Wasser zu kalt zum Baden, die Füße konnte man jedoch gut reinhalten. Leider ist die Essensauswahl sowie die Themen - Restaurants nicht der Rede wert. Uns hat es nicht begeistert. Das Fleisch war leider bei jeder Mahlzeit ein Desaster. Die Beilagen können über diesen Umstand leider auch nicht hinwegtäuschen. Das Personal ist stets bemüht, was uns jedoch schockiert hat, war das Anstehen und Warten. Da wir in der Nebensaison gefahren sind, war uns bewusst, dass man nicht draußen essen kann, und auch die Pools außen nicht nutzen würde. Aber gleichzeitig sind wir davon ausgegangen, dass das Hotel nicht so besucht ist, wie zur Hauptsaison. Deshalb können wir nicht nachvollziehen, wie Gäste teilweise über eine halbe Stunde vor dem Hauptrestaurant stehen und warten müssen, ehe sie zum Essen gehen dürfen, da es einfach zu voll war und keine Plätze übrig waren. Auch beim Essen selber entstanden lange Schlangen. Hier muss unbedingt nachgebessert werden, da ich nicht verstehe, wie dies in der Hauptsaison aushaltbar sein soll - erstrecht mit kleinen Kindern.

This hotel has some fantastic staff, nice pool area, the Salia restaurant, Coral buffet and Oriental restaurants surpassed expectations. The jungle was dirty and the music was so loud, and the food no where near the quality of the others. The Brazilian was ok,and the Middle Eastern wasn’t our taste but overall the food and drink was excellent in 3/6, 1 not our taste and 2 could have been better. The bar staff were brilliant, and we didn’t have much to do with animation team but they were fun. I felt for the older customers as there was an enormous pool area but nowhere to escape the music pumping by the animation team. The hotel was clean, lots of suggestions of trips and food and drink wonderful for a week, may have been a push for 2 weeks but overall we had a brilliant time. The worst part was all the British holiday makers!!

Excellent pool view room to watch the sun set.excellent salia italian, excellent reception bar,excelent laguna restruant excellent location, unfortunately no outdoor heated pool and indoor one was far too busy. Rodizio was extremley poor which was a shame because that was the one I was most looking forward to. Coral restruant also extremley poor too big, busy and chaotic.Thankfully only needed to go in twice due to the other ones. Jungle,oriental and middle eastern were good.Im glad I perservered to book them as it was tricky. I really liked the laguna restruant for breakfast and lunch,shame it wasnt open more often. Overall had a good stay but would need a few changes to be excellent. The weather was great for March, everyone sunbathing and in the pools all week which was an excellent surprise for us.

Things to note before travel: €5 tax on check-in €2 (deposit) per refillable glass €10 (deposit) per towel Luggage is not taken to the room for you. The hotel do offer a buffet for people checking in/arriving late evening. We were travelling with 2 young children, the kids loved the pools and happily spent most of their time there. The kids disco was bit too late in the evening for them. The kids food was literally chicken nuggets and chips but we always found something for them to eat in the buffet. If you can - book the restaurants before you arrive. We waited until they were released for booking in the hotel and bookings were gone within an hour. Staff were mostly friendly with 1 manager being a bit rude. I was waiting in line for a lady to help me, when it came to my turn he came over and told her to go elsewhere. I asked him about booking salia and he told me it was all booked while walking away, it wasn't, I got a lunchtime booking. Our air conditioning was not working properly. I complained saturday morning, someone came to fix it on sunday, my husband complained on Monday and was told that it was a know issue and maintenance were looking into it. I did report this on check out. The lady at checkout did apologise for the inconvenience. Overall good location and kids had a lovely half term break.
