I had a very relaxing holiday. 7 night stay. Hotel is on the sea front, close to the shops and train station for the steam train. I had no issues with parking but you can get blocked in on the back carpark. The hotel and room was clean and comfortable. Slept well. The hosts were very friendly and helpful. Good value. I would visit here again.

This hotel is in a great location, right next to the beach. The rooms were clean and comfortable for our weekend stay. There isnt much parking at the hotel, only 2 cars could park at the front. Thankfully we found street parking at the back of the hotel, but it was very busy. Overall it was a lovely stay.

Arrived ok , disappointed with the room , it was clean , but room was limited. Most of the time in the day the lounge was locked, no access. The lady of the hotel was helpful, but male propieter, was not helpful at all , we had to ask for water , toiletries , as wasn’t replaced as we used them. We came home a day early , just glad to get home .looked so good on web site , disappointing.

Our room was so comfortable and homely, absolutely spotlessly clean. The welcome from the hosts was so friendly and accommodating, nothing was too much trouble throughout our stay and the communication was good from booking to leaving. We would certainly be sure to book again when visiting the area.Our choice for booking this hotel was made on previous good reviews and we would certainly recommend.

Nothing really to dislike, my room was exceptionally clean and my bed was very comfortable, only issue I had was with the shower, had to run it for quite along time before the water would heat up, but everything else was fine.

Very friendly couple running the Hotel. I arrived at 13.30 by train. I didn't want to haul my luggage around until the 15.00 check-in time so I went straight to the hotel to ask if I could leave it there and call back to check-in. My room was ready so I didn't have to wait at all. I thoroughly enjoyed my long weekend break

The staff were very friendly and helpful. For example, when I asked if there was a communal fridge I could use, the landlady carried a spare fridge and put it in my room! Overall I was very impressed by the place, considering the very reasonable price. A pleasant stay.

This is a really good hotel to stay in, the host is lovely and will do anything for you, the room is clean and lovely, it’s right near the sea and there are loads of places to eat.. This hotel really cares about its guest.. highly recommended

Cars and motorbiker racing there vehicles up and down the seafront. At inappropriate hour of evenings and early hours of the morning. From 10 pm to 1.30 am every night. Roaring/revving there vehicles outside the hotels. When guess are trying to have a relazing evening and a goodnight sleep. We have come home absolutely shattered. It puts people off staying in a beautiful area/place. I would like to say its not the owners of the hotels fault. Just persons being disrespectful. It would be very nice for something to be done about it. Hopefully the council and authority will do something about it. The hospitality was excellent, food was great and a lovely bedroom with a great view.

The owners are very friendly and make you feel at home. The room was very clean as was the rest of the hotel we also had a lovely sea view. We used the bar area sitting outside on the patio area with a great view of the sea. The bar was very well priced. I would use again.

Nice clean bedding and comfy bed. We didn’t t have breakfast as not breakfast people. Ground floor room, bit noisy next to the bar.
