朝食に果沢山あるのに、野菜が一つもなかったのが残念。シャワーの圧が弱いのはポルトガル全部のホテルに言えるのかもしれない。サウナは有料なのに、水風呂とウォータ―サ―バ―がなくて脳梗塞になるかも…水は自分で持って行くことは必須事項。近いうちに改装するらしいです。スタッフはフロント、ハウスキ―パ―ともにパ―フェクトで、自分たちがすべきことは何かをしっかり把握している…それでいてチップを取らない。ゲストのリクエストには全て対応してくれた。今回の滞在で大変満足です。ありがとう、バネッサ！

Hotel maravilhoso, funcionários super atenciosos e educados. Café da manhã perfeito, com muita variedade tudo impecável. A estrutura do hotel é bela, ficamos encantodos. Jantei no restaurante do hotel e amei, tudo delicioso. Minha mãe estava tesfriada a funcionária me ajudou com uma bandeja repleta de chá e comida e já era tarde, simplesmente muito atenciosos todos is funcionários. Front desk staff are friendly and great with communication. The hotel private parking was free and located underground. It was very easy to drive to as well as. The breakfast was good. What I loved about most: the hotel offers a free Fatima tour with a guide. (Other hotels we stayed did not).

The personal are just Wow. Always smilling and they want you to be amazed. Only at the bar, the service is so so... Parking is free, and the room clean. The hotel is really religion oriented, where you have many status, etc. But we are in Fatima, it's just normal and fit with the city.

This lovely hotel far exceeded my expectations! The rooms were beautiful and large, the staff was so accommodating and provided assistance with every detail. There is a chapel on the lower floor where our group had daily mass with the priest that led our family pilgrimage. The area is easily walkable and close to Fatima. Don’t miss the hologram museum, which is so close by!

Very glad we stayed here. We were taking a bus out early the next morning. So I booked this hotel for our last night in Fatima. I'm really glad I did. The staff was excellent and we really enjoyed our private hour in the Spa.

This hotel was perfect for our stay in Fatima,Portugal. It was close to the Fatima Church and train station, I would highly recommend you stay here. The rooms were clean and the hotel service was great. A must stay in Fatima!

Wonderful stay! The staff were always friendly, courteous and helpful. The breakfast buffet was delicious with a variety of options for everyone. Our suite was spacious and comfortable, also had a beautiful balcony and view of the entrance to the Fatima Sanctuary which is about a 7 minute walk. The bus depot is right next door. We will definitely stay here again! Thank you Vanessa, Pedro, Jessica, Clara and all the dining room staff.

This was such a comfortable room to take a break after walking to Fatima from Lisbon. It's close to everything, lots of restaurant options, the room is clean and very comfortable, great bed, small balcony, nice bathroom. Loved it!

I did not happy because they charged double time for the same day!!!! First , Hotels charged €166 por 2 rooms and after that Aura charged 2 rooms separately €88 for the same day and a extra day that we requested. Please help me to return the € 166

This is a €70 room and worth that. However, I booked in advance, not knowing it was a busy weekend and paid €120 and €160 a night! Way overpriced! At those prices, I expected much more. The breakfast is great.
