Suite Pommeraye

Strongly suggest informing guests to park at commerce parking station since there is no street parking. Disappointed to have a homeless man camping on the street three doors from the entrance. Great place though.

La Suite Pommeraye This listing was the perfect base of operations for my 2.5 week throughout France. It's perfectly located next to the Passage de Pommeray, a gorgeous walkway full of shops that leads you to the heart of the City Centre. There were tons of shops restaurants, lots of history, and wonderful people. I definitely recommend if you're traveling to Nantes!

La Suite Pommeraye "Nantes Visit We stayed at this location while visiting friends for 3 days. The property looks exactly like the pictures and is an apartment located up old spiral stairs. There was a small elevator to help take luggage up and down. The property was clean and the view incredible. We really enjoyed how close it was to the city center. The main frustrations were checkin. Per the listing on VRBO the contact spoke Spanish, English, and French. However the owner/host only spoke French while a separate company from VRBO managed it. This made getting the address, asking questions, and being shown the property complicated. The host won't respond to messages I'm VRBO so you have to email this company only for them to tell you to email the host. There were issues with heating not working as well as loose floor tile and some items in the wall that were not installed correctly and would easily come out. There was a QR code that gave information like wifi or how to fix things (water, heat, etc) that we found beneficial but it didn't resolve our heating issue while there. Overall I would stay there again, but communication is difficult if there are questions or issues."
