The hotel is very clean, the staff are very friendly and Breakfast is very tasty with plenty of options. The hotel is centrally located which makes it easy to get around. There is parking at the front of the hotel but WATCH OUT!!! There are no signs saying that you have to pay and I got a parking ticket. There is only one payment machine hiding in the corner. It’s not the hotels fault, the car park is run by the city, but perhaps they could have a notice in reception saying ‘please ensue that you pay for parking’.

Litet rum med fönster som knappt kunde öppnas. Ingen fläkt fanns att tillgå och det var super varmt på nätterna, gick knappt att sova. Ingen kyl på rummet för att kyla medhavd dryck. Dock god hotellfrukost. Men kommer ej att bokas igen.

We knew when we booked it that it would be a new experience and not a common hotel so we were open to an adventure. The staff are very kind, the facility is clean and there are a lot of extras like tea, coffee water and cookies available throughout the day. The breakfast was excellent with a variety of choices displayed well and kept clean and replenished. It was not air conditioned so we got a fan from the front desk which made the night comfortable. It is very quiet and the area is being built up so plan on walking around blocks of construction but stores and restaurants are within an easy walk.

Restaurant gibt es nicht. Die Zimmer sind sehr spartanisch eingerichtet, auch einen Wäscheservice gibt es nicht. Die Lage ist gut und es sind genügend Parkplätze vorhanden, jedoch mit hohen Gebühren. Es gibt nur wenige kostengünstige Parkplätze vom Hotel, die vorreserviert werden müssen.

Nice Hotel by the water. I hade a very nice view from my room. The internet connection was weak.

Vi var tre, en dobbelseng og en køyeseng over denne. Lite rom, for lite for tre. Kaldt på badet, ingen varme der. Ingen wife, fikk byttet rom nærmere resepsjonen. Ble litt bedre. Hyggelig betjening.Veldig mange norske bor der men ingen norsk TV-kanal.

Nice hotel on an old boat. The rooms are very small and there is no storage for bigger bags. For 1-2 nights ok and pice value fits. Parking in front of the hotel is expensive. Breakfast was also nice

We chose this hotel as it was something different and a fair price for 6 people/ 3 rooms. Though the triple rooms were very cramped, that is to be expected on a boat. The rooms themselves were fairly clean but definitely could do with some touch ups which is the case with the hotel in general I would say. Things like dusty skirting boards, marked walls and cobwebs were noticeable. The beds were a little on the soft side and could do with an extra pillow but not too bad. Quiet rooms with not a lot of noise from outside which is always a bonus. The breakfast is good. If you're not a fussy person, you will find something you like. We also liked that the tea, coffee, water and biscuits were accessible all day and night so after a day of exploring you could help yourself to a hot drink and a little snack which was a nice touch. We liked that the deck areas were accessible and had tables and chairs on them. It was a nice space to take in the nice weather we had and watch the world go by, or a place to relax in the evening after a day of exploring. The location of the hotel worried me slightly as it seemed quite far out from the centre. However, the big shopping centre is quite close and there are several very nice restaurants nearby. You can also hire scooters and bikes to get around and they are very accessible outside of the hotel. Overall, I'd recommend this hotel to first time visitors to Gothenburg as something fun and different to the usual traditional hotels.

Jag fick ett rum med obäddad säng och använda lakan

Väldigt bra frukost, mycket att välja på, även för vegetarianer. Dåligt städat på rummet. Duschen läckte ut på golvet. Toadörren var står att stänga. Dörren till rummet var skev o svår att stänga. Fjärrkontrollen till tvn funkade inte. Sängarna var sköna o det var tyst o lugnt. Stor parkeringen i anslutning till hotellet.

Fåtal parkeringsplatser för rimlig peng, dock så såldes fler biljetter än va det fanns platser. Saknade städpersonalen. 4dagar utan städ trots att skylten hängde på dörren. Fick iallafall handdukar och toapapper från nattpersonalen i receptionen.

Trevligt hotell med fint läge vid hamnen. Välstädat badrum, men ändå en konstant avloppsstank. Kladdiga väggar o skåp. Annars väldigt prisvärt.

Städningen kan vara bättre

Great stay with early check-in. Breakfast was very good. Heating in the room could be better. It's quite a walk from the city centre. Would recommend to anybody.

Rummet var extremt litet. En liten pall som sittplats var det som fick plats, rekommenderasinte för mer än en natt. Jättesvårt att få plats på frukosten.

A fun idea to stay on a boat, but the room was too small for 2 people. If one person stretched out, the other person got an elbow to the eye! Staff were friendly but the room barely had space for the bed. One other quirk is the boat and it's entry point creak and rattle like a kid practising the kettle drum. It would be ok for a single night but if you are going to unpack for a few days, then maybe consider getting a proper room somewhere

Mkt bra frukost. Rummen ganska trånga och fick ligga ”uppochner” i sängen pga att den lutade nedåt vid huvudändan. Eftersom inte värmen gick att reglera på rummet, så hade ett helt öppningsbart fönster varit att föredra.

Rent och bra frukost, men en gardin saknades i rummet så man inte kunde täcka fönstret. Tyvärr vaknade man tidigt pga dagsljuset som man inte kunde stänga ute.

Allt var bra, förutom att den stackars personalen som var helt ensam skulle sköta in och utcheckning, laga och servera mat, sköta baren, passa upp gäster mm. Helt horribelt dåligt av hotellet att låta en person sköta allt detta själv! Hon gjorde sitt bästa men räckte helt enkelt inte till, till både hennes och gästernas förtvivlan.

The room was small, but fine for me as a solo traveller. They had a good complimentary breakfast spread every morning, including some very fresh bread and good options for lighter and heavier breakfasts. The location was convenient enough - about 10 - 15 minutes' walk from the main city area and train / bus station. Also, being a ship, it had a unique and distinctive character. Unfortunately, the whole stay for me was let down by what happened on the last night. Incredulously, for my entire stay there (granted, across Christmas), the hotel seemed content with having one person run front-of-house (check-ins, check-outs, etc.), the restaurant bar (which was connected to check-in) AND the kitchen. On my last night, I ordered food from the bar (where I had to wait 15 minutes for service) and I was amazed when the lady told me she might struggle to MAKE the food, because she had to process 40+ check-ins that night. She charged me anyway, but was then immediately swamped by those check-ins and maybe 90 minutes later, I got up from my table, had to go to the check-in desk, wait in line behind check-ins for another 15 minutes, to ask for a refund, which she gave me. It's not her fault of course - she was overwhelmed and rightly stressed. But why the hotel management felt this was an acceptable thing to do, I'll never know. Probably wanted to cut costs. Either way, I would encourage people to think twice if hotel service is something you value.

El hotel está lindo, las instalaciones son agradables y en general la estancia fue buena. Sin embargo, tuve una experiencia muy molesta con el tema del check-out. Al momento de hacer la reservación se me informó claramente que el check-out era a las 12:00 del día. Con base en esa información planeé todo mi itinerario. Para mi sorpresa, al llegar a recepción me dijeron que el check-out era a las 11:00 porque habían cambiado las políticas. Considero que ese cambio no me correspondía a mí, ya que a mí se me había confirmado un horario distinto. Al final me vi obligado(a) a salir a las 11:00, perdiendo una hora de mi tiempo y afectando mis planes. Es una lástima, porque el hotel es bonito, pero este tipo de falta de claridad y respeto por la información previamente dada deja una mala impresión.

Bad om sen utcheckning och de löste det utan kostnad. Dagen efter missade vi frukosten då Göteborg levererade väldigt bra fest, frågade om vi kunde köpa en smörgås, de fixade smörgåsar och erbjöd även yoghurt och dryck. Mycket trevlig personal och vi kommer återkomma till detta hotell när Göteborg kallar nästa gång.

Känns som de periodvis var underbemannade i receptionen så det blev en del väntetid när ingen var där. Personalen var dock mycket trevliga och hjälpsamma. Vi fick ställa in vårt bagage då vi kom långt innan incheckning och även ställa in det efter utcheckning. När man bokar rum på en båt förväntar man sig vissa begränsningar som rumsstorlek, frukost, ljud från grannar, osv. Den enda som infriades var storleken på rummet. Det var rätt litet. Men det var kliniskt rent och sängkläderna fräscha. Hade nog önskat en kudde till. Frukosten var mycket bra (och då har jag rest en hel del i jobbet). Lagom gångavstånd till järnvägsstationen, ca 5-10min, så att det inte finns buss i direkt närhet gör inget. Jag kommer definitivt boka har igen nästa gång det blir Göteborg.

Överraskande bra hotell !! Rent o fint. Sköna sängar. Parkering precis utanför. Endast 10 minuter promenad till centralstationen o köpcentret Nordstan. Bra frukost. Mysigt att vara på en båt, även om det innebär att rummen är något mindre än på 600 kronor dyrare hotell.

Trevligt, prisvärt och centralt placerat. Kul att det är en båt då närheten till vattnet är ett stort plus.

Really good place bar the location which was a bit of a walk in the cold. Wonderful place with comfy bed and very friendly accommodating staff who went above and beyond. Also very reasonable price for Scandinavia. Would defo return

Está un poco alejado y ahora mismo hay grandes obras en toda la zona, incómodo para.

Great value considering size of room, cleanliness, and included breakfast with countless options available. Location was good, requiring a few extra minutes walk to the town centre in return for a very quiet/peaceful area.

Kort promenad till centrum, perfekt för oss!

Hotellet har ingen restaurang fast det står det, det ligger väldigt avsides och i närheten finns endast kontorsbyggnader. Finns en buss som åker från morgon till ca 20.00, efter det måste man promenera ca en kilometer till och från centrum för något att äta. Rummet va väldigt varmt (värmebölja just då så förståeligt). Duschkrämen va slut och vi fick ingen påfyllning fast jag bad om det. Personalen trevlig men verkar inte ha koll på nånting. Frukosten va bra. Sköna sängar.

Torr ost, torra gurkskivor, kalla köttbullar, kall äggröra. Bara pannkakor en dag. Allt som behövs är att någon bara orkar bry sig lite. Allt går på rutin här.

We were really happy with the hotel, location wise it is brilliant with lots of access to the transport system a short 10 minute walk away. Breakfast options were plentiful ( with a few choices for vegans including milks, yoghurts, fruit, cheese etc) and we loved having free tea/coffee/water and cookies always available. Rooms are a little small but beds are very comfortable and the shower is great. Cleaned regularly and towels replaced. This was our base for the Gothia Cup which our son was playing in and would definitely recommend it to others for this purpose.

Lugnt och trevligt belägen vid vattnet en kort promenad från Göteborgs centralstation. Rummet var rent och hade en skön säng och en fungerande dusch. Kaffe och te finns tillgängligt 24/7 att nyttjas av gästerna utan extra kostnad. Mycket trevlig personal dessutom. Har bott här tidigare och kommer bo här igen i framtiden. Kan varmt rekommenderas.
