This is a quiet and beautiful location. The pools were very nice and it's a great place to take a walk around. Close enough to the beach to walk to as well. Our particular Villa was somewhat disappointing. The couch was terribly uncomfortable and worn out. There was only one kitchen barstool. There was only one exterior tall chair and.ime regular chair. Making it difficult for a couple to sit and enjoy the outside veranda. Air conditioning was awesome. The living room slider leaked when it rained. The screen doors has locks but would not lock so we could not leave the doors open at anytime. The bedroom smelled musty from what appeared to be dampness in the carpet. The dresser was worse as it smelled of mildew so we could only hang out clothes. The unit could be updated.

We had a wonderful time at Kapalua Villas! We stayed in the golf villas, and the whole property was just beautiful, with multiple pools to choose from, stunning views, and proximity to Lahaina (20 minute drive). The unit was spacious and comfortable, and the kitchen was pretty much fully stocked with everything needed to cook meals. There was a bit of deferred maintenance in the unit (dryer broken, coffee maker needed replacement, low water pressure, water that didn't get very hot, etc.), but the staff were very responsive when we called, and overall everything was really lovely.

Great property, great scenic views, clean, and comfortable. Amenities were good; tennis, pickleball, close to the beach, several restaurants, fantastic General Store, golfers Heaven. Lots of parking for each unit. Five Stars! Highly recommended.

The property is along the first tee of the Kapalua golf course with spectacular views of the mountains and the sea. It is quiet, comfortable and well maintained. Arrived about 2 hrs before check in and was accommodated w early check in.

Spacious and the most impressive views we have ever seen, we loved the condo, BUT we must report that the kitchen has a big cockroach problem and instead of placing 5 "roach motels" on kitchen floor, should be professionally sprayed! We know moisture attracts them but this was a bit much, all 3 AC units leak, the blinds look great but don't work well, lastly the remote controls are very challenging! But again, best views ever!!

The condo 25G2 needs some serious work. Peeling paint in every room. Mold on ceilings in bathroom. Broken items like every plunger and the ironing board was literally in pieces. The only saving grace to this place was the pool and view. Very disappointed in paying that price per night to one get a place that needs complete renovations. Tears in furniture. The list goes on.

View from condo of the Kapalua bay was excellent! Parking and beach access were good, area serene and peaceful. Walking and hiking trails nearby but not walkable to stores/dining. Not clean, musty odor, dead bugs on carpet, toilet flush not working, maintenance/ customer service v poor response- no communication! Overall good condition but not updated since the 70s! That soured the experience. TVs don’t work either.

This property was absolutely gorgeous! The bay villa we stayed in had amazing views. It was clean and well maintained. The A/C worked great, plenty of hot water for our family of four, and plenty of room for my family to spread out. It was quiet and pleasant the entire time. We had a wonderful stay - I highly recommend the Kapalua Villas!

The property is very clean, and the instructions are very detailed on how to get to your lodging. It was seamless and keyless check in and out. It was within 15 min walk to the beach, and surrounding restaurants. Great area to relax in West Maui.

the overall condition of the unit is in need of a deep cleaning. black mold all around the sides and rim of the small bath shower door and it leaks. several broken tiles throughout the rooms. main bath shower handle fell off in my hand when trying to turn shower head on from tub faucet. main bath sink's cold water handle just about the come off it pipe. ac programed to stay at 70 degrees which is ok if the humidity is not too bad outside but needed it cooler at times. kitchen could use a toaster for toasting bread.

The AC unit downstairs is so corroded and moldy on the outside its scary. The toilets run intermittently and the bathroom sinks' faucets leak. Dead bugs are in the light fixtures inside kitchen and the outside patio.

Roach infested. Called to complain was offered another room but was told can't promise wasn't roach infested too. Horrible. View was beautiful. Maintenance people were nice. Especially Ken. When they came to spray to kill. That place needs to have bug bomb.

It was not the villa l paid for. A lot of things did not work. One of the toilet was not flushing. Rooms fans were very noisy. Kitchen exhaust was not working. I would think again before booking here again in future.

Dated is ok - broken is unacceptable at this price point. The stove needs to be replaced, very slow to heat. The cookie sheets are too big and do no fit in the oven. Fridge crisper drawer has a broken clip. Bathroom tub drained back through shower and flooded the bathroom (we were able to contain by using every provided towel). Then no towels. No power in 2 bedrooms, and no wifi due to broken circuit. Maintenance came and we were told "don't touch this switch in lower bedroom". Dishwasher needs to be run twice to clean each load. Utility cookware drawer in kitchen off runners. Wood ant infestation mug cupboard. Lanai sliding door needs lubricant and repair. Only 5 worn out placemats. Marble coffee table blocks room and too heavy to move for socializing.

Roach infested. Called to complain was offered another room but was told can't promise wasn't roach infested too. Horrible. View was beautiful. Maintenance people were nice. Especially Ken. When they came to spray to kill. That place needs to have bug bomb.

Very friendly staff and the property was stunning. We had a wonderful time. It smelled when we arrived and since it was dark, we had trouble finding the unit because there were building numbers, unit numbers, and an address. Located away from the hustle and bustle of the resort areas in Kaanapali.

Very beautiful view from living room but no view from bedroom which is what is shown in the pictures when you rent a unit. It was a great location so that was great, but I still consider it false advertisement because the bedroom view was to the parking lot. Also no outside b lounge chairs like advertised because this unit is on the second floor and not the ground level. Again these are minor issues, but issues nonetheless if you’re going by the pictures. But that living room view is BREATHTAKING!!

It was fantastic sitting on our balcony, watching the Whales breach and a short walk to one of the most magnificent beaches in the world. Golf courses in the area, small town shopping feel, wonderful restaurants, phenomenal stay!

The property is very clean, and the instructions are very detailed on how to get to your lodging. It was seamless and keyless check in and out. It was within 15 min walk to the beach, and surrounding restaurants. Great area to relax in West Maui.

We are very upset at the location that was chosen for us. We order ocean front and the villa was NOT ocean front. We were very far from the ocean. Also, the place was very old looking and run down. Nothing looked liked the pictures at all. Ken Carter 770-871-0143

We had a wonderful time at Kapalua Villas! We stayed in the golf villas, and the whole property was just beautiful, with multiple pools to choose from, stunning views, and proximity to Lahaina (20 minute drive). The unit was spacious and comfortable, and the kitchen was pretty much fully stocked with everything needed to cook meals. There was a bit of deferred maintenance in the unit (dryer broken, coffee maker needed replacement, low water pressure, water that didn't get very hot, etc.), but the staff were very responsive when we called, and overall everything was really lovely.

Great property, great scenic views, clean, and comfortable. Amenities were good; tennis, pickleball, close to the beach, several restaurants, fantastic General Store, golfers Heaven. Lots of parking for each unit. Five Stars! Highly recommended.

This was an amazing property! I highly recommend this place to anyone considering coming to Maui. The area was amazing, lots of restaurants near by, beach access and pool access. Just all around perfectly located, perfectly kept, quiet and lovely.

The staff was excellent. We had 2 issues with the unit, 1 was a leaking toilet, not a fun experience at 4am, they had maintenance there later in the morning for repairs. 2 issue was the front door lock was not working. Again the staff sent maintenance over to replace battery for the door lock.

No real interaction with staff after checkin. The condo was clean but very outdated. The TVs were difficult to control. Used the pool once - no bathrooms at the pool made it very inconvenient. Overall - not worth the money spent
