Hotel Topissimo!!! Bonito, boa localização, quarto agradável, staff gentil. Recomendo com certeza.

I usually always stay in 5 star hotels, and although the views of this place are spectacular, I was incredibly disappointed with the lack of cleaning (they never filled up my water even once and I stayed for 4 nights). There was dust and dirt in the bathroom (I noticed when I dropped things on the floor to pick it up), but worst was in the restaurant - the staff didn’t clean the tables properly, I saw multiple staff just throwing the crumbs on the floor and when putting back the tablett and my napkins was even dirty (likely used by someone else) atleast once. Not good enough for the rates we pay.

I like the design of the room, it felt cosy. I appreciated the big bathroom and the separate shower and toilet. The views are amazing. What disappointed me was the quality of the mattress, you could feel the springs and it was for me, uncomfortable. I was also surprised by the amount of bright, led lights from the TV, the light switches, the telephone had 3 very red lights - they were lightning up the room during the night. We had to unplug the tv and the phone, cover up some of the switches so we can sleep better.
