Der Pool war schrecklich, ansonsten war alles top. Die Lage und die Umgebung sind super. Wer nur wegen des Pools in dieses Hotel fährt, dem würde ich abraten, da er extrem schmutzig war (wir konnten nicht hineingehen). Ansonsten sind Lage und Umgebung wirklich toll, und auch das Hotel ist sehr schön.

Hotel moderno y bien decorado pero con algunos defectos. Pedí una cama doble y me dieron 2 individuales aunque había hecho la reserva con tiempo. La insonorización de las habitaciones no es muy buena y el horario de los servicios como el gimnasio y la sauna es bastante limitado, por lo que si te alojas por poco tiempo no es lo mas recomendable.

Pros: Exceptionnel rooftop view! Wow! Very clean and the cleaning staff were very kind, thorough and efficient. Surrounding area was perfect. The Mall was a walk away and hotel was located to several main attractions. Walkable to other attractions. Cabs were very easy to catch. They were parked directly in front of the hotel. I also loved that the bus stop to catch public transit and the city tour buses were all just a very walk away. Cons: The front desk staff could have been more warm and welcoming to guests. A few other staff seemed a bit unpleasant as well. Having to access the gym/sauna from outdoors, meaning no direct access to enter by staying inside the hotel was a poor design/construction on the hotels part. There should also be a more efficient way to access the gym/sauna as a guest. Very inconvenient having to get a separate key from reception and booked time slot to enter. All guests should be able to enter the facilities with just their room key. People go on vacation to relax, and enjoy the amenities with ease. Breakfast was overpriced for what was offered according to the portion sizes. Lastly, the shower/bathroom needs more than just a thin class door separating the beds from the bathroom. No privacy at all which can make sharing a room quite uncomfortable. Overall I enjoyed my stay but would never book a room to share solely because of the poorly designed bathroom. All bathrooms should be sound proof at least.

Fantastic staff, room was excellent. Amazing view from 9th Floor. Great location -next to metro (L1 Glories)for access to various tourist attractions and also Clot for the train direct to airport. Breakfast was well worth it and amazing range. Didnt try the pool,but looked great.

Ideal location for getting the metro to the central parts of the city, also walkable to explore local neighbourhoods, great views of the Sagrada Família, friendly staff and good service. Felt safe and like we were in touch with the locals without feeling so isolated from the city and attractions. I will say that the shower in the bathroom had a bit of mould in the ceiling, shower floor was not clean and it seems the shower floor is in need of a good scrub because the dirt seemed semi permanent, we noticed bugs crawling in the ceiling by the window and the mirrored storage cabinets were dirty. The cleaners did a great job of cleaning the rooms so I reckon for these issues are to do with the facilities needing replacing.

La habitación estaba muy buena, con una vista espectacular a la Torre Gloriès, el primer día se sentía un mal olor a desague, pero tras hacer funcionar la ducha, se solucionó. Y el último día que hicieron la habitación dejaron solamente una toalla de baño, y tuvimos que solicitar otra en la mañana. El resto, todo muy bien.

Överlag ett bra hotell. Sängen var skön, vattentrycket i duschen var utmärkt och städningen gick inte att klaga på. AC:n var det inte heller nåt fel på. Meeen, jag hade ett rum precis vid hissen och hörde precis allt som pågick utanför. Badrummet var, ja, ovanligt utformat. Överlag så ger interiören ett lite slitet intryck. Helt okej för en natt men inte för mycket längre än så.

There was mould allll over the ceiling and the room smelt damp the air con was leaking water and the room was so dirty, for the price you pay just for 4 nights it was extremely uncomfortable and unacceptable.

The design of the hotel and rooms were beautiful but functionally it wasn’t great. The shower door didn’t close, so the water sprayed out in the bathroom… but there’s no bathroom door, so it was actually just spraying water into our room. The room was great for my brother who was a single, but for people sharing a room for 2… it was TINY. Also - the pool upstairs was kind of disgusting, plastic floating in the pool… cups from drinks, etc. However the staff were incredible! They helped me when I was sick, they helped us get our airport taxi, they gave us extra towels, brought us tea… they made the hotel a lot better!

Although the property boast about their fast internet (250M ), it was nearly nonexistent. When I did a speedtest of their wifi it was 9mbps for both download and upload. I booked this hotel for their faster internet availability as I needed to join long business video calls, but it did not work. So I needed to check out straight away (in about one hour after checking the internet speed) and moved to another hotel in about 30 minutes on foot. It was really shocking. To give credit to the hotel, they refunded for the two nights' of fees out of the original three nights. I paid for one-hight, although I only stayed there for 1 hour.

This hotel grows on you. First impressions are that the rooms are pretty basic, no luxuries ( altho there were some nice complementary smellies) but we slept well, a/c was good, blackout blinds, helped, as did loads of alcohol. I guess there are three things you should know about: 1, the corridor can be noisy when people close the bedroom doors 2, the bathroom is not properly separated from the bedroom so you can hear people in the toilet 3, the tea / coffee making in room is basic BUT Amazing rooftop pool area, good bar, inexpensive, amazing views. Great breakfast, and very friendly staff. Overall: Great for a fun weekend, amazing pool, breakfast but not luxurious

Our room didn’t get cleaned, there are construction sites everywhere and swimming is not allowed until 11, as stated. You can listen to your partner peeing, because there is just a glass door between room and toilet - what an adventure

Our stay at SB Glow was wonderful. We were there for 3 nights. The staff was very friendly, helpful, and gave great recommendations for local food and shopping. The hotel is located very close to a metro station, a hop on hop off bus and public bus. It was also within a quarter mile of a beautiful mall with a supermarket and lots of quick food choices. We would absolutely choose this hotel

I recently stayed at SB Glow Hotel, and unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. Upon arrival, Sara and the other women at reception were really rude to British guests. They didn’t provide any information on what to do in the area, how transport works, or what’s included in breakfast. They seemed frustrated with our questions and were quite passive-aggressive. The toilet door was broken and needed to be fixed, and there were stains on the ceiling, which was really unappealing. I asked if there were any upgrade options for our room, but nothing was offered. We didn’t even get a nice view, even though the hotel wasn’t that busy. They could have easily given us a better view of the street. They also didn’t ask if we wanted a wake-up call for our flight or how we were enjoying the hotel. There was no explanation about the rooftop or other amenities, and not a single smile from the staff. It’s really confusing for a highly rated and expensive hotel to have such poor service. For the amount of money we paid, we expected much better treatment. Overall, I was not happy with how we were treated!

Beautiful hotel - wrecked by the staff. We stayed at the hotel for one night, immediately upon check in the lady on reception was very rude, she barely spoke to us. The room was perfectly clean and designed nicely. The pool area on the roof is very nice however there was no bar open, the pool was not heated and there was several leaves in the pool. We went up to the pool in the evening to look over the skyline of the city however after being up there for a few minutes a member of staff shouted ‘closed’ and followed us to the lift, after shouting she did not say anything. To summarise the hotel is brilliant but the staff are just shocking, we would not be back because of this.

I have to say the hotel is actually a hidden pearl in a very good location in Barcelona but unfortunately I was extremely disappointed right from the start. Before my stay, I tried to reach the hotel by phone for at least 3 days to get information about check-in and every time I was simply pushed away, more than 10 times. That doesn't work at all. I then tried emailing several times, no response. Only after a customer advisor from the booking platform Hotels.com asked, I got an unfriendly answer. Things weren't much better when I arrived, the 2 women at reception thought it would be better to have private conversations with each other than to serve me. It wasn't until a friendly young man came that I was served. When I asked about the early check-in, which had already been clarified by email, only one of the ladies unkindly and secretly told the young man who served me, check-in is at 3 p.m. and he doesn't get any special requests. Everything in Spanish is just stupid if you understand the language. Sad simple, hotel with very high potential is made bad by poor reception staff. The reception is the flagship of every hotel! If there are incompetent people at the reception, a great interior, good location and the rest are nothig worth!!

Nice quiet rooms. The hotel has a beautiful rooftop terrace with an amazing view. The bar there is very stylish and so is the second bar on the ground floor. The location is good and everything is easily accessible by public transport. It is about a 15min walk to Sagrada Familia which is also convenient and about a 25min walk to the beach, but there is also a bus running or you take the subway to Barceloneta.

Great hotel. Close to food, dinning, shopping but a little far from tourist attractions- although hop on bus stop was a few walks away so that worked out great! Loved how comfortable bed and linens were. Rooftop pool had incredible views and they even have a steam and sauna you can use after a long day of walking!

Hotel incrível! Muitas opções de transporte por perto que te levará para qualquer lugar de Barcelona, uma vez que o transporte público na cidade funciona muito bem. O café da manhã é divino! Sou muito exigente com alimentação e posso afirmar que é digno de um hotel 5 estrelas. O quarto ótimo e espaçoso e a área da piscina é um caso a parte, vista de tirar o fôlego!
