This hotel was just simply amazing! From the check-in service and lovely staff to the comfortable rooms and lobby decor. The breakfast variety was terrific as well and had some amazing customer service. Really handy gym and sauna facilities however the pool was not heated unfortunately so not useable in December. Outside the hotel the beach was walking distance and also a mall underneath the hotel which was very convenient and so was the train station opposite it. No negatives whatsoever!

Very nice area downtown, Breakfast and dinner restaurant on the 12th floor had a nice view of the harbor and beach. Nice area as the upscale mall, is part of the building. Beds were very comfortable and hotel was modern, had a decent size gym with all the essentials.

Absolutely loved the rooftop pool area, and the lounge and breakfast had fantastic options. Harfssa brought us traditional Moroccan breakfast dishes to try and was super attentive - one of the best waitresses we have ever had! The staff was accommodating of a late check out request, allowed us to still access the lounge after checkout while waiting for our taxi, and assisted with booking and adjusting multiple taxi rides. Everyone was lovely and treated us like royalty

Generally great hotel, would give it a 4 star rating. But I booked it specifically for the rooftop pool facility. However it was closed for time we were there due to repair work, which was hugely disappointing for my kids. The information that the pool will be closed wasn't disclosed at the time of booking the hotel. I asked for a partial refund which was denied. So not very helpful service in case there is an issue.

Fantastic location and great service. Staff were SO friendly and accomodating, from the doorman/security to the front desk and the bar staff at the Kas Bar. Tours were so easy to book through reception and drivers were fantastic (thanks so much Ashraf and Sefiani!). Views from the pool and bar were spectacular, my room was great and being able to walk to the train station was perfect. Would highly recommend the Hilton Tangier.

Great hotel. There is a sewage smell that pervades the bathrooms - our room was particularly bad. On the other hand, the staff were fabulous and moved us immediately to a room with less obvious smell. Something is amiss with the drainage systems and it should be looked at. The restaurant is great and the food choices are very good.

We had a great stay at Hilton City Center in Tangier. The hotel was nice, with clean and comfortable rooms. The breakfast was excellent, and the staff were incredibly friendly. They always greeted you with a smile and made you feel welcome, especially the team working at the breakfast buffet – they truly made our mornings better. The only downside was the bar staff at the pool area. They were very slow with orders, often seemed unfriendly, and even refused to give us water, despite us being willing to pay for it. This was quite disappointing compared to the otherwise excellent service throughout the hotel.

Cheguei ao hotel as 10:00, fiz o check-in e aguardei o quarto ser liberado as 15:00 horas, quando cheguei ao quarto estava com um cheiro horrível de cigarro, voltei a recepção e solicitei a troca. Tive que aguardar mais de uma hora a equipe de recepção foi extremamente despreparada e confusa, péssimo atendimento.

Wonderful stay. Staff are eager to help and friendly. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The views in the communal areas are unmatched. Breakfast has lots of variety. Many restaurants nearby. Connected to a mall. There is a Hop on Hop off bus stop right across the street. Some things to note: the bed is firm, but comfortable. The laundry facilities are a sent out service. There is no on site laundry, but there is a bathtub if you want to hand wash.

Difficult to fault this excellent hotel. Located very conveniently across the road from the main rail station in an open, spacious square that was not busy with traffic or people. The staff were helpful, welcoming, friendly. very professional. The room was perfect, being roomy, very quiet, with large airy windows, comfortable bed, very clean and in immaculate condition with contemporary, tasteful decor including nice artwork touches. I don't always sleep very well in hotel bedrooms, as I am a light sleeper and prefer absolute quiet. The design and noise insulation in the bedroom was such that we heard almost no noise from either outside, or adjacent rooms or the corridor. Wide, thickly carpeted corridors coupled with well designed quality bedroom doors, that closed very quietly and softly onto the latch, ensured hardly any noise from adjacent doors slamming or talking people in the hotel corridor. Breakfast was in a lovely rooftop restaurant with expansive views. The gym was well maintained and spotless. Excellent all round.

The hotel was amazing. We had booked a suite and were upgraded to the top tier suite. The size was huge. The cleanliness, ammenities, and layout were perfect. The maintenance was exceptional. We had free access to the concierge lounge that came with the room; they served free food, nice variety of snacks and deserrts. The also served free drinks, beer, wine, and liquor.

I had a very disappointing and upsetting experience at this hotel. I ordered the lamb dish recommended by the hotel, but it tasted extremely off, and I ended up feeling very sick and vomiting. What made the experience even worse was the hotel’s response — or lack of it. They offered no assistance or care, and simply told me they could call a doctor at my own expense. This shows a serious lack of responsibility for guest safety and well-being. I trusted the hotel’s recommendation and ended up with a ruined day and a terrible experience. I absolutely do not recommend eating anything they suggest.

Really liked this hotel. The staff and service really stood out. Convenient to everywhere we wanted to go and a huge bonus is that it's just across the road from Tanger Ville, which really worked for us. We had to leave super early so the staff ensured we had a breakfast box for two for our journey. They also organised a taxi for us at a great price. Great porters and security, too and a great girl on reception who gave great shopping advice (I wish I took her name). Very pleased. Will stay here again next time we're in Tanger.

We stayed as a group of 8 people across three rooms. Unfortunately, there were some misunderstandings at check-in, particularly regarding the half-board package and the distinction between adults and children. It wasn’t entirely clear what was included, and this created some confusion at the start of our holiday. It would have made a big difference if the staff had reviewed the booking more thoroughly upon arrival – especially when dealing with a larger group and multiple rooms. We were looking forward to a relaxing holiday, and those details should really be in order from the beginning. Amazing stay, modern, clean, good condition, very helpful and courteous staff, especially Fatima Zahra at breakfast who went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we wanted at breakfast every day. She made our stay very enjoyable. Salmane at breakfast was also very helpful. Ordered dinner from room service a couple of times, delicious authentic food. The hotel I feel caters more for business people, and has a strong European feel than Moroccan, but good for a quiet, short stay as we wanted. Would recommend.

Very nice hotel with extremely nice and friendly staff. The hotel is in the city center so it is noisy. The staff were all very friendly and helpful starting from the door bell to the restaurant waiters. When we checked out and got to the airport, we realized that we left our passports in the room. Called the hotel and they were super efficient in finding the passports and helping us get them to not miss our flight.

Its a short distance to the beach and restaurants. It's literally above the city centre mall. It's across the train station. Beautiful view of the sea and city. Staff are really friendly and helpful even though we had a language barrier.

This Hilton hotel is in a great location, opposite the train terminal, next door to the mall, close to great restaurants, near the beach. The hotel is clean, great service and amenities. Staff are very helpful and pleasant. Hotel restaurants offer lovely meals. I definitely will stay here again.
