A convenient, quick transit spot since it sits right near the airport and right at the entrance of the city. However, this did not cut my true 5-star. The staff was absolutely wonderful—the team was incredibly warm, attentive, and eager to help with any request. The breakfast was another major highlight, offering a great, expansive spread with plenty of options to choose from. Multi cuisine.. Unfortunately, the property falls short in a few key areas. The rooms, while great views, needed some extra dusting, and some TLC. Families should also note that there are absolutely no amenities for kids other than the pool, needs a play area or something similar to keep children entertained. while the rooftop restaurant offers cool views of the city and passing planes, the space itself is looking tired and definitely needs a facelift to bring it up to premium standards. It’s a decent place to crash if you need to be close to the airport entrance, but it needs a bit more attention to detail to truly earn its luxury rating.

Very rude staff. I want to highlight an incident. The sensors at the entrance gate is ideally supposed to be automated and sensor should be working. As my mother (aged 75+ yrs) were walking from the entrance towards the lobby, the sensor failed working and the entire glass door dashed against my mother's shoulder and she well on her back. When i reviewed this myself by standing close to the door (2 inch approx) to my surprise the door the sensors again did not work and the door closed on me while my finger actually held in the middle of the door. The sensors were actually not working. When we raised this incident to the hotel staff (on duty manager and security in charge), they initially blatantly denied any wrong doings. They were like this is how the sensors work. They were behaving as if we had not stayed in a star property before this. They were being very rude initially and started saying sorry only when some international guests came to the lobby to watch the incident. I then called one of their staff to stand next to door and actually showed to them. The sensors failed again and it was suppose to close on the staff's face. Only then they realized that something was wrong with the sensors at the automated gate. We asked them to connect us to the GM of the hotel (Swapna Nair), which they denied saying she is busy. He was later at around 10PM is when their Deputy GM called and acknowledged the incident. It is a serious threat for children and senior citizens.
