Alojamiento exquisito. El chico que nos daba las llaves fue muy amable en todo momento. El apartamento mucho mejor incluso que en las fotos, pequeñito pero muy acogedor. Increiblemente limpio y bien decorado. Por poner una pega diria que la ducha tiene poca presión ya que es alcachofa unicamente, pero tampoco me quejo. Cocina equipada con todo lo necesario de sobra, todos los electrodomésticos funcionan genial. La televisión del salon enorme y moderna, con smart tv, se escuchaba que daba gusto. La cama comoda y amplia, una pequeña pega que desde la ventana de la habitación entra muchisimo sol, mejor bajar la persiana antes de dormir. El ascensor era bastante toston porque es viejo e incomodo pero es normal en edificios antiguos del centro. Estuvimos muy comodos en todo momento. Para dejar las maletas tienen una consigna por la que tienes que pagar 2.50. El chico que nos dio las llaves a pesar de ser amable iba con mucha prisa y no nos explicó donde dejar las llaves al irnos ni que dejar las maletas valdria dinero, pero es un detalle sin importancia. Recomendamos los apartamentos y a sus trabajadores y volveremos, gracias.

Quarto limpo e confortável, com equipamentos de cozinha e lavanderia completos. Equipe sempre atenta à comunicação. Apenas nos "assustou" um pouco na chegada, pois é um prédio antigo, cuja porta grande de madeira tem um visual não agradável, bem como o "ascensor" (elevador) bastante antigo, ainda de grades. Acostumamo-nos logo; ficamos as 3 noites planejadas da viagem. Local de fácil acesso ao Metrô, ônibus, táxi com parada exclusiva na Gran Via, a uma quadra. Teatro Rialto, Supermercado e Magazine El Cortés muito próximos.

Not suitable if wheelchair plus lift very tight 3 at most with luggage. Room spacious & quiet even facing predestinised street, highly recommend would stay again

This apartment is all about the location. Super central and a max 20 minute walk to pretty much all the key sites. Loads of restaurants and shops right next to you including multiple supermarkets for supplies. Only issues with the apartment were noise levels from other residents slamming the old metal cage lift doors / their apartment doors at all hours of the night. Fully closing the external blinds and balcony doors did block out 90%+ of the external street noise. Owner very helpful with whatsapp messages and videos around entering

An ideal studio apartment in the heart of Madrid. Excellent for walking to all the main attractions such as The Prado, Royal Palace etc. Our apartment was spotlessly clean with a cleaner coming in twice during our 5 night stay and had all the amenities we needed for a city break.

This location was perfect; everthing within walking distance, and the apt. was also very nice. It was clean, and as described and appears in the pictures. Christian was very accessible and responded quickly. There was another person who was not and that was frustrating, but Christian stepped in to help resolve questions I had quickly. This isn’t a hotel as much as an apartment. If you’re okay not having a 24 hour desk, then you’ll have a great stay here. The communication and follow through was excellent! The apartment was clean, safe, and comfortable. It’s a bit noisy because it’s on a busy street, but if you close the outdoor window covering, that helps. I highly recommend this place!

I loved my room. It was well designed, clean, secure, efficient, lots of light, Juliet balcony -- and the location was central Madrid without a lot of noise. (I did not need to use the metro until I left Madrid). Communication with management was great (Thank you, Christian!)

The host was super friendly and offer us her personal contact as we do not have calling feature with our eSIM service. The checkin and check our process was very smooth. The area was very lively and the room offer quietness for resting. The unit was very spacious with washer dryer which was nice as we could to do laundry before heading to our next destination. Definitely will stay again and recommend this property! Clean string WiFi and air conditioned.

Posto centralissimo ma, proprio per questo, affollatissimo. Tuttavia la breve strada è pedonale e le finestre offrino un ottimo riparo acustico. Stanza spaziosa. Cucina ben attrezzata, anche con forno a microonde. Esperienza più che positiva.

Christian was great to work with, gave us a quick tour of the place and showed us how to work the washer/dryer and other stuff. The suite was clean. Great location, really convenient and close to everything you need. The room is also quiet so despite being located to a busy area, you’ll feel very secure and can really relax at the end of the day. Moreover, the check in and check out is very convenient and easy. Marià did an amazing job. She is very professional, polite, knowledgeable, and helpful. Good property in an excellent area. The check in was not good this apartment is owned by a company with multiple units in the area they do not plan for the arrival of the guest, they do not have a representative at the property and the communication is very poor even after informing the staff of the day and time I was arriving in Madrid I had to wait getting into the apartment. I have family in Spain so I travel to Madrid frequently but I will not be staying at Preciado Suites again.
