Tiny room. Nice shower and balcony. Quiet. Good curtain. BReakfast was good. Eggs may have been ecoli maker. It better have been included because i was told it was. Only one tiny elevator. One person staff. Had to tell them to enable ac. No supermarkets anywhere near there.

La habitación es muy práctica ya que tiene muchos lugares donde poner tus cosas, refrigerador, un baño bien equipado y limpio. Incluso hay un dispensador de agua fría para rellenar tus botellas de agua en el pasillo. El único inconveniente era el sistema para controlar el aire acondicionado, ya que en nuestro caso, no funcionaba, tenía que llamar a recepción para que lo encendieran o apagaran desde su software, fuera de eso la ubicación es buena, cerca de la estación central. En general es una buena opción para hospedarse y llevar las maletas desde la estación hasta el hotel, sin necesidad de usar un auto o metro.

Nice place near train station. Two towers so had to take two elevators to get to my room on the 7th floor. Hair in sink showed lack of attention to detail. I am not easily grossed out but others might be. WiFi quit working in the morning so I called front desk at 0600 but no answer. I tried again at 0630 with same results. Eventually came back around 0800.

The hotel is situated reasonably close to the central station. The staff were kind and helpful, and the common areas of the hotel were clean, and also spacious for a hotel located in the city centre. As a Japanese traveller, I especially appreciated the vending machine. The shower room overflowed, so I’m giving it minus one star. I’ll correct that if it turns out to be an expected feature.

Good location if you want to be close to the main train station, guy on reception was very friendly & really helpful when we asked him questions. We didn’t have breakfast instead opting for a coffee & pastry next door which was an experience Lift was very small

Station hotel is an easy walk to and from Milano Centrale and is also within easy walking distance of several tram lines. The front desk staff were very welcoming and helpful. My room was comfortable and had everything I needed for a short stay. Breakfast was good. It's a very good choice if you want to be near the station and provides quick and easy access options to the centre of Milan

We only stayed for one night. Staff was kind and the room was clean. There was a lot of construction happening in the area of the property. The bathroom smelled like sewage. We had to keep the bathroom door closed at all times to reduce the smell from entering the rest of the room.

I was a little skeptical of a hotel near the train station, but the hotel was very clean and really quiet. We had an inner courtyard room, which might be quieter. The rooms were roomy enough, bigger than what you would get in other comparable cities. Overall, I was impressed with the hotel. I'd stay there again. In fact, I will in a couple weeks.

The pictures on the website are misleading, the only thing that looks same is the reception, the rooms needs to be renovated, there are molds in the bathroom, the cleaners do well to keep the place intact, there are stains on the walls, on the mats, this place is good for just a night stay, there is poor ventilation, you can’t stay In the rooms during the day, bathroom has no doors, no vents, room is stuffy and depressing, the dinning is just common breakfast, the staff are okay, Valerio is kind. This is more of a hostel than a hotel.

Hotel was 5 minutes from Railway stations. Plenty of place to eat in station. Friends Restaurant on corner near hotel served wonderful and well priced food. Breakfast at hotel was basic but plenty of it. Our room was very shabby with moldy curtains and walls could use a paint. For the price I think some updating should be done on this place. The location and staff are the best things about this place. Not luxury and modern as stated.

O quarto é muito confortável e limpo, o ponto positivo é a distancia da estação, é realmente muito perto! Excelente! Porém, o secador de cabelo do nosso quarto não funcionou, não tinha jarra elétrica no quarto para esquentar água, e a internet não funcionava, ficamos no 7° andar e acho que a internet era pouco potente e não pegava no nosso quarto.

The AC was managed by reception. We asked the receptionist to lower the temperature but for some reason the room was not cooling making it a very uncomfortable stay. Hotel was walking distance from the train station which was convenient. Room was clean and OK.

Our stay was ok, but a few things kept it from being amazing. Served its purpose as a place to sleep but not much else. Rooms are very old. Air conditioner didn’t work the first night and the next day, after 4 attempts to call front desk, we found out the front desk controls the room AC We’ve never experienced this before. Breakfast was a bit expensive for the selection and quality. Shower had draining issues and looks like there were leakage problems from the ceiling in the room above. Staff responsiveness could be better. Was nice that our room was cleaned up while we were out

Walkable to shopping. Poor sound proofing. Knock on one door and 3 open thinking you knocked on theirs. Neighbors have conversations through their closed front door that you can hear through your closed door.

The room was ok, no water bottles provided and the WiFi didn’t reach the fifth floor however that was minor. The issue we faced was with the items in our room disappearing. The cleaner knocked on our door repeatedly until we woke up, so I answered the door thinking it was an emergency but she seemed to say she wanted us out so she could clean. Understandably, that is her job but I told her not to worry about cleaning it as we didn’t really want to be rushed out of our room. When we did leave that day, we came back to a bag of shopping we had bought the previous day, missing. This was clearly not a rubbish bag, a H&M bag full of items from Sephora, Lego and other bits. The staff did not seem to want to help when we asked them about this, but somehow the bag turned up and we were given it back when checking out. Granted, it was returned to us but with no explanation or apology, it was a bit of a weird experience. Our passports or money could have been in that bag for all they knew.

The staff at reception were very friendly and welcoming. Unfortunately, the same cannot be said about the restaurant staff, who were quite rude. I needed to catch an early train and came down at 6:55 a.m. Breakfast opened at 7:00, and I simply wanted to take a croissant to go. Despite having paid for breakfast, one staff member pointed at his watch repeatedly, said “good morning” several times in a dismissive manner, and continued gesturing toward the time instead of assisting me. The interaction felt unnecessarily rude and was disappointing.

I required check in during the night, and the staff were so helpful and understanding when I called ahead to explain my flight had been delayed. Check in was really smooth and easy so we could go straight to the room and go to bed. The hotel is in a great location for Centrale station and other transport such as the metro, bus routes and trams

Spotlessly clean and very convenient for both onward travel and the metro to places like the Duomo. Staff were friendly. Surrounding area a little downmarket as is sometimes the case near stations, however, we felt perfectly safe.

Location is nice, close to the train. Great breakfast for 10euro!! Staff was nice and helpful. However the bathroom needs some work. Firm beds. Sink was barely draining and the shower handle was falling off and leaking onto the floor. Otherwise good stay.

Good location. Next to Milan central train station. the room was good with great air conditioning. The bathroom was lightly older but functioned okay. Front desk was friendly but lacked knowledge of Milian and surrounding towns in generally. I would have given them 4 stars but the breakfast was terrible.
