Lovely helpful, friendly and efficient staff. The room was a very clever use of a compact space - super comfy bed and all the basics you need. I appreciated the secure luggage storage after checkout too.

Kleines Hotel welches in einer Seitenstraße ca. 200 m von der Metro liegt. Von dort kann wenn man möchte alles gut zu Fuß erreichen. Mein Zimmer lag nach hinten raus und es war sehr ruhig. Das einzige Manko wenn man das Hotel sucht es gibt kein Schild am Haus da sich der Eingang praktisch im Coffee Shop befindet. Für 4 Nächte optimal um die Stadt zu erkunden.

At first glance, this looks like a coffee shop - not a hotel. the rooms are very small, so don't expect to have room to put your suitcase anywhere apart from on the floor near the bed. The photos on the website are not exactly what you'll get. The toilet cubicle is so small, you can't sit on the toilet with the door shut - your knees prevent the door from closing. The shower recess had mold in it, and the shower head was so central that it's impossible to not get your hair wet - that must be why a shower cap is provided. They don't provide a kettle and complimentary tea and coffee, and there's no bar fridge and no safe. our room on the 4th floor had a window over a central atrium - that's fine until the people on the ground floor sit out there in the morning and chat - loudly. Overall - it's a low cost accommodation.

Location can’t be better! 10 -15 minutes walking to many major attractions. 20 minutes leisurely walk to Prado museum, hop on hop off bus stop within 8 minutes of walking. Bring your own Nescafé capsules -and you’d be able to make coffee at any time of the day, as the hotel coffee shop opens at 8 am. Being so much in the middle of everything, this is a smaller side street, and pretty quiet. I felt safe as a solo traveler. Room is basic, no fridge, no safe, but staff is accommodating and stored my documents in their office safe for me. They have bigger and better rooms for groups of 2 and up, but mine was sufficient for me as I just was showing up at night and leaving for tours early every morning. Staff is wonderful. Very quiet hotel - I had no idea how many people lived on the same floor with me - I couldn’t hear anyone. I highly recommend this place and wouldn’t look for anything different next time I’m in Madrid .

Very good hotel. Was very cheap for such a clean modern hotel. We were provided with a free upgrade which was very kind of them. Our stay was very good here. Location is the best in Madrid - very central to all main tourist attractions. Only downside was the lack of signposting outside the hotel, but it wasn’t a problem once found.

Great value for the location. Rooms are interesting and the staff friendly. I just wish the coffee shop in the lobby had extended hours so I could have gotten a cup of their coffee this trip. I walked up 10 min after 8, lady was still behind the counter but unwilling to sell me a copy of coffee.

The toilet stall door closed so close to where you sat that you realistically couldn’t keep it closed if you’re of an average height, or if you were able to get it shut you would either hit yourself trying to stand or just need to open it to get your pants back on.

Nice hotel which is in a great location, a few minutes walk from the Opera House and Metro Station. For the price I paid, overall it was very good. Floor in the bedroom was a little dirty with other people’s hair - but it wasn’t so much of a problem. Would certainly stay here again!

The Hotel was very good located. It is in the middle of the city and close to the metro. Unfortunately the rooms are not good isolated, so you here all the other guests in the hall and the rooms beside ours.

We booked a double size bed room for 3 nights. We like it overall on cleanness, location except the room is very small: no single chair, no night stand, no table, no body location, no hair conditioner, it is hard to use toilet if you don’t open the door, the bathroom is small too and hard to turn around and dry up.

Nice location and quiet if you get a room facing the minimal courtyard. Beds are comfortable with many pillows. But the arrangements with toilet and shower (with bad flow) as part of the bedroom is not nice if you are two persons sharing it.

This room was in a great location and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was also spacious and very cute. However, my only complaint would be the minimal natural light coming from two small windows and the shower. The shower is very tiny and has the spout directly above, which makes avoiding getting your hair wet (for girls) super difficult. I actually hit my head really hard on the shower door when I dropped a soap bottle plus the water spills out causing a puddle in the room. If the shower was larger/easier to use then the room would be perfect.

Nice hotel but the bathroom closet won’t fit someone over 6ft tall or with long legs, the door wouldn’t close all the way for my partner because of his height, which is 6’2. It was an inconvenience.

Oda temizdi ancak çok basık ve dardı. Üstelik birkaç binanın arasına bakan pencereleri vardı ve sadece duvar gördüm. Güneş bile gelmiyordu. Oda üst katlardan gelen 4-5 tuvaletin borusunun altındaydı sanırım, sürekli sifon ve kanalizasyon sesi kafamdaydı. 106 numaralı oda tam bir felaket…

I simply cannot recommend this hotel enough. The staff were absolutely fantastic. Great central location walking distance to so many fun activities and just a two minute walk from a metro stop. This hotel made my trip!

Terrible!! we were 5 people. Apparently everything was perfect. The heating never started. reported several times to the employee who also came to the room to look. They told us that the assistance would arrive the next day our departure. we were in the cold for 24 hours. Terrible Experience!!!

Paguei a mesma categoria de outros quartos que minha família reservou, mas peguei um quarto muito menor que a cama de casal era encostada na parede porque não cabia no meio do quarto. O quarto não possui nem uma cadeira porque não cabe. Quando já tínhamos feito o check out a van atrasou um pouco e o recepcionista nos mandou embora porque tínhamos que desocupar a recepção. Ficamos esperando a van na calçada.

Me encanta este hotel, es la segunda vez que me alojo allí y seguro que repetiré. La ubicación es increíble, el trato agradable, la decoración esta cuidada y las camas son muy cómodas. Si tuviese que poner un pero, sería la ducha, ya que al estar dentro de la habitación tienes que tener mucho cuidado si no quieres mojar el suelo al salir, aún así es algo que puedes pasar por alto. Además en la recepción tienen una cafetería con unos cafés buenísimos.

Property has the perfect location -- area of restaurants and plenty of shops. It is located in an area of narrow streets which is but usual in this area of Madrid. It is safe although not as quiet as it is located in a bustling part of the city. It is within walking distance to Sol (neighborhood) which is the touristy part of the city. It is within walking distance to Plaza Mayor and the Royal Palace. Our group consisted of three adults and three children under 10 years of age; and we stayed in a room of just the basics: 2 twin beds and 2 twin bunk beds. There is one chair in the room, 3 metal storage cabinets; 2 shower rooms and one separate room for the toilet. Our room was made each day and towels were changed every other day. Lobby is shared with a cafe. Check-in desk personnel were friendly. Would stay here again if traveling with a big group and would like to save money.

Fantastic walkable area: close to Teatro Real & Opera Metro. Close to Sol & Gran Via Metro stations. Great hotel with a youthful vibe and decor. Top notch helpful staff. Brilliant idea to provide a communal kitchenette; make tea/coffee, eat there, enjoy a small patio. Will definitely stay there again.

Location can’t be better! 10 -15 minutes walking to many major attractions. 20 minutes leisurely walk to Prado museum, hop on hop off bus stop within 8 minutes of walking. Bring your own Nescafé capsules -and you’d be able to make coffee at any time of the day, as the hotel coffee shop opens at 8 am. Being so much in the middle of everything, this is a smaller side street, and pretty quiet. I felt safe as a solo traveler. Room is basic, no fridge, no safe, but staff is accommodating and stored my documents in their office safe for me. They have bigger and better rooms for groups of 2 and up, but mine was sufficient for me as I just was showing up at night and leaving for tours early every morning. Staff is wonderful. Very quiet hotel - I had no idea how many people lived on the same floor with me - I couldn’t hear anyone. I highly recommend this place and wouldn’t look for anything different next time I’m in Madrid .

The location is good and walkable distance to any places. But it wasn't convenient without breakfast and all area dinning places are not open until 9am, which was not convenient for us. The hotel room is clean, but the facility was old. Staff are very friendly, I gave them an excellent rating on staff services!

Great value for the location. Rooms are interesting and the staff friendly. I just wish the coffee shop in the lobby had extended hours so I could have gotten a cup of their coffee this trip. I walked up 10 min after 8, lady was still behind the counter but unwilling to sell me a copy of coffee.

A convenient base to see the rest of central Madrid from. The accessible room was large enough and quieter being away from the rooms on the same floor. The view is just of the building. The bathroom is a large wet room, maybe could do with an extra handrail in the shower and tiles get a jet wash, but functional. Air conditioning was working and adjustable. There is a small step to get into the building, but whoever was on reception was quick to offer help and everyone was very hospitable throughout my stay. The area around Opera is flat with lots shops and bars/restaurants to easily access.
