Ficamos no Departamento, ou seja, apartamento de 2 quartos com cozinha e sem café da manhã. O apartamento estava limpo e é confortável. Somos uma família de 4 pessoas adultas e ficamos confortáveis no apartamento. A recepção da equipe do Tierra foi muito agradável. Sentimos falta de uma cozinha melhor equipada com utensílios, inclusive, sem taças para vinho. A localização é próxima ao centro de El Calafate e de fácil acesso a pé ou de carro. E uma boa opção custo X benefício.

Aunque está un poco retirado del centro del pueblo, la ubicación está bien y con una hermosa vista al lago Argentino. El departamento es amplio, limpio y cómodo y la relación precio-calidad está muy bien. Personal amable.

Mi marido y yo alquilamos un apartamento. Era grande y nos queríamos quedar más tiempo. La calefacción funcionaba muy bien y no pasamos frío. La cocina tenía todo lo necesario. Fue una lástima que no la aprovechamos casi nada, pero eso fue por contratar una excursión por la tarde a último momento. Nos tomaba más o menos 10-15 minutos caminar desde el alojamiento hasta el centro de Calafate, pero eso lo sabíamos cuando contratamos. Es subida de vuelta al hotel así que toma un poquito más cuando vas de vuelta. La presión del agua podría mejorarse un poquito, pero es lo fuerte suficiente. La chica que nos recibió explico todo muy bien, nos dibujo mapa, en incluso cuando me reservo la excursión que hicimos a último momento les dijo que era el cumpleaños de mi marido para que le dieran una sorpresita. Fue un toque muy personal y bonito, y lo agradezco mucho. Volveremos a quedarnos ahí cuando volvamos a Calafate.

Needs a few upgrades. The bed sheets are poor quality. Our living room area didn’t have a sofa it was more like a single mattress with pillows & made it hard to sit on, there is art work on that wall so you can’t really sit on the sofa, maybe the other rooms it was different. The kitchen tap was very loose, the drawers were not lining up so each time you open you had to adjust. It just felt like there was a lot of ware & tare on this apartment. Maybe the main building is better. The property has bright lighting on at night, too much lighting even with the curtain closed you could see light. The cleaning staff start at 8am, so you could hear them above moving furniture. Maybe they can start later. The view was lovely

El servicio muy bueno y las condiciones del hotel también. La habitación muy amplia, aunque se veía que limpiaban sólo por encima. El personal estuvo siempre muy atento a lo que necesitamos y muy amable. El desayuno rico aunque no muy variado. En general la experiencia fue buena, salvo porque el internet era extremadamente deficiente. Nos dijeron que era lento porque todos los huéspedes se conectaban a la misma hora (después de los tours) y se saturaba, pero en realidad esto sucedía a todas horas.

The staff was very helpful and responded quickly. You can chat via WhatsApp with the front desk. The time we were there it was unusually warm so the room was very hot and the room does not have fan or AC. The hot water took a while but otherwise the place was clean. The place is about 20 min walk to the downtown area, bit far away than the hotels on the Main Street but area was very quiet and safe. Uber access isn’t easy so I would consider if you don’t mind walking a little bit.

A equipe do hotel é um tanto ríspida. Os hóspedes são tratados com má vontade, como se fossem indesejados. O café da manhã não tem ovos, nem frutas frescas. A salada de frutas é feita com grande parte de frutas enlatadas. Temos intolerância à lactose , especificamos essa condição já na reserva . Mesmo assim não providenciaram produtosfrecos sem lactose. As instalações correspondem as fotos e são agradáveis .

Minha estadia foi boa, o hotel é bom, limpo e próximo do centro. O destaque, na minha opinião, é para a equipe, atenciosa, prestativa e educada. Destaco Andrea, da recepção, maravilhosa, muito prestativa, e também a senhora que dá suporte no café da manhã, o casal que atende ao restaurante à noite, e ao reecepcionista, não sei o nome dele, um rapaz calvo, muito educado.

Mi marido y yo alquilamos un apartamento. Era grande y nos queríamos quedar más tiempo. La calefacción funcionaba muy bien y no pasamos frío. La cocina tenía todo lo necesario. Fue una lástima que no la aprovechamos casi nada, pero eso fue por contratar una excursión por la tarde a último momento. Nos tomaba más o menos 10-15 minutos caminar desde el alojamiento hasta el centro de Calafate, pero eso lo sabíamos cuando contratamos. Es subida de vuelta al hotel así que toma un poquito más cuando vas de vuelta. La presión del agua podría mejorarse un poquito, pero es lo fuerte suficiente. La chica que nos recibió explico todo muy bien, nos dibujo mapa, en incluso cuando me reservo la excursión que hicimos a último momento les dijo que era el cumpleaños de mi marido para que le dieran una sorpresita. Fue un toque muy personal y bonito, y lo agradezco mucho. Volveremos a quedarnos ahí cuando volvamos a Calafate.

O Hotel tem um desing moderno com uma decoração TB moderna. O quarto é muito confortável, com uma cama também muito boa e com todas as amenidades a sua disposição como frigobar, microondas, cofre, chás e aquecedor de água. Os atendentes são cortezes e amáveis. A localização é boa. Apenas 15 minutos andando do centro da cidade. Única observação negativa que faço é que mantinham um lindo perrito amarrado do lado de fora das instalações do hotel. Me pareceu bem triste.

Ficamos no Departamento, ou seja, apartamento de 2 quartos com cozinha e sem café da manhã. O apartamento estava limpo e é confortável. Somos uma família de 4 pessoas adultas e ficamos confortáveis no apartamento. A recepção da equipe do Tierra foi muito agradável. Sentimos falta de uma cozinha melhor equipada com utensílios, inclusive, sem taças para vinho. A localização é próxima ao centro de El Calafate e de fácil acesso a pé ou de carro. E uma boa opção custo X benefício.

Aunque está un poco retirado del centro del pueblo, la ubicación está bien y con una hermosa vista al lago Argentino. El departamento es amplio, limpio y cómodo y la relación precio-calidad está muy bien. Personal amable.

The staff was very helpful and responded quickly. You can chat via WhatsApp with the front desk. The time we were there it was unusually warm so the room was very hot and the room does not have fan or AC. The hot water took a while but otherwise the place was clean. The place is about 20 min walk to the downtown area, bit far away than the hotels on the Main Street but area was very quiet and safe. Uber access isn’t easy so I would consider if you don’t mind walking a little bit.

A equipe do hotel é um tanto ríspida. Os hóspedes são tratados com má vontade, como se fossem indesejados. O café da manhã não tem ovos, nem frutas frescas. A salada de frutas é feita com grande parte de frutas enlatadas. Temos intolerância à lactose , especificamos essa condição já na reserva . Mesmo assim não providenciaram produtosfrecos sem lactose. As instalações correspondem as fotos e são agradáveis .

El servicio muy bueno y las condiciones del hotel también. La habitación muy amplia, aunque se veía que limpiaban sólo por encima. El personal estuvo siempre muy atento a lo que necesitamos y muy amable. El desayuno rico aunque no muy variado. En general la experiencia fue buena, salvo porque el internet era extremadamente deficiente. Nos dijeron que era lento porque todos los huéspedes se conectaban a la misma hora (después de los tours) y se saturaba, pero en realidad esto sucedía a todas horas.

I walked there from the bus station at night. Just followed my Google maps directions and got there just fine, but took 15 minutes. Staff was incredible, place was super cute and clean and even had a welcome drink. They arranged a glacier tour for me for the following morning, and that went great. The breakfast was a big spread with lots of buffet options and the views were great. Amazing place for the price. Highly recommended.
