The breakfast was hot and had several options like pancakes, biscuits & gravy, eggs/sausage and other items that were quicker like toast and bagels. The pool doesn't have a hottub, which was a little disappointing, but it was also freezing in the pool. The water was incredibly cold, even though it was indoors. The staff and service were excellent though! We were able to get into our room as soon as we checked in and the process was very easy.

Everything was great besides the amount of chlorine in the pool, we were only able to handle less than an hr swimming for this reason. We stayed here to be close to Bowlero and it worked out fine

We were very disappointed with the pool and Jacuzzi being broken. No bar. No restaurant. No problem with the room. They need to update their amenities. Saying no bar, restaurant and pool/jacuzzi are being repaired

This is a newer hotel. The staff was very nice and helpful. Check-in was a breeze. Parking area was ample and well-lighted. We were towing a trailer and had no problem finding spaces that made it is to pull in and out. Rooms were quiet which was a bonus considering we had a very nervous and loud dog. He didn't hear a thing so we could get some good sleep.

The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. Restaurants are nearby and breakfast was hot and above average. Cable selection was great. The fitness equipment was good but only had one elliptical and I believe one treadmill. The only complaint was a minor nuisance, the fitness center tv remote was missing but they did grant me an extra hour for check out.

The fleas from the previous animals they allow keep me up at night itching.. if you could keep animals on a certain floor and regular none pet goers in another, that might help… or use bug sprays and clean/spray floors and sheets everytime. Making the bed and vacuuming isnt gonna cut it when you allow pets to stay. Not saying to get rid of pets, but if you do allow pets, DEEP CLEAN EVERY TIME!!!

Your hotel is mainly people working and on business… instead of opening breakfast at 6 am when your customersare waking and going to work… you pushed it to 7am and left no time for us to enjoy the 1 thing your hotel had that made it worth it… NOW YOU HAVE FLEAS AND NO BREAKFAST FOR PEOPLE WHO HAVE TO WORK EARLY…. Terrible terrible terrible.

It was not a good experience. The room looked like it hadn’t been dusted or vacuumed. There was hair and urine on the toilet. The shower wouldn’t drain so you were standing in water in the shower. There was a drink left in the refrigerator. I went to the front desk the morning after we checked in to tell them about the issues. There was a man with green hair, a flannel shirt, tight jeans and combat boots on working behind the front desk. He didn’t have a name tag or uniform on and looked very unprofessional. The breakfast had gross, watery eggs and the pancake machine was broken. We left the hotel for the day and came back in the evening. Our room hadn’t been touched and the issues hadn’t been resolved. An employee gave us a different room. It hadn’t been dusted or vacuumed either. The extra door lock flap was coming off the wall and broken. I’ve never had such a terrible experience at a hotel. I never stay in this brand of hotel and only did because the baseball team was staying there. It was the first and last time.

We were placed in a dirty room, then we were told that room was closed for maintenance. We moved to a second room. The floors were dirty, the room smelled, toilet didn’t flush an refrigerator broken. Moved to a third room and had to have the TV fixed.

Room was ok. Bathroom was clean and beds were decent. Problem I had was I woke up with ants all over the tables. They were in our food, out clothes and other belongings. I took a video and showed the guy at the desk but he just said thanks for understanding and Im not sure he understood my frustration. I had 3 little girls with me who were quite ipset with the ants on their clothes. I had hoped for a better resolution. We only stayed one night.

Beautiful spacious room with a very big sized TV (our room had that). I loved the shower & it’s so quiet even with the TV up loud, you can’t hear it outside of the room. Very friendly staff and super clean, I can’t complain.

The hotel was pretty nice. Saw a touch of mold in the shower and slight scuffs on the walls. Pillows and bed was nice. The area is nice. Cookies were great at the reception area and offered a good breakfast. The only downside was the furnace, it was very loud/ noisy. About every 10-15min it would kick on for about 4 minutes and be really loud to where we didn’t get the best nights sleep. So if your ok with that or have earplugs, all was pretty good.

Water was COLD the whole time. Requested maintenance but they never fixed it. Awful during the freezing winter to take a cold shower. Beds were fine. Had to request cleaning a few times even after requesting for the day. They would do trash but not make beds and didn’t clean the toilet the entire time. Didn’t leave toilet paper.

Stayed for 9 nights. I honestly can't say anything bad about the place. Close to the interstate, walking distance to several bars and restaurants, price was fair, area seems completely safe, they do have breakfast every morning, and the staff were unbelievably nice and helpful. Probably the nicest, most polite hotel staff ive every had and i stay in hotels several times a month. Basically, if you can afford the fair price, stay here.

It started off okay and they immediately notified us they were short staffed and the room would not be cleaned daily. After three days we requested the room be cleaned and we were told it would be that day or the next. Late the next day we asked again and were told 'absolutely tomorrow'. Same result the next day and on day six I came out early and told person on duty It was going to be today. Late that day I again went to the front desk and was told no one was available to clean the room but they could give us some clean sheets and we could change the bed linens as they did not know how. This of course begs the question how did you get to twenty plus years old and not know how the make a bed. Whoever owns this hotel needs to get off his dead butt and hire some people. One of the people there told me I rented a room and that servicing the room is complimentary and they simply did not have enough people. What kind of BS place did I pay for?

Wonderful stay. Hotel was very clean, our room was modern and new looking, AC/heat worked very good, breakfast was great, area was quiet, and the employees were so nice! We arrived late (around 3am) but the front desk worker (Mark) waited patiently for our arrival and even surprised us by extending our stay until noon as a nice gesture to let us take our time in the morning. He was incredibly sweet.

I was a little bit frustrated that breakfast started at 630 and by 730am my two kids and I came down to find everything all gone. Sure we could have grabbed a yogurt but literally that was it. So we loaded up to continue on our road trip and got breakfast on the road.
