Unfortunately, I would not stay there again. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and tidy which was surprising because the hotel looked quite run down and not kept well. Right off the I70 so good location for traveling East/West. But there was no elevator and there was a washer and dryer right at the top of the stairs out in the open. Heavy rains had been in the area so the parking lot was flooded in many areas

Random people hanging out in the parking lot. Back door right by rooms not locked, anyone could walk in. Lady at front desk completely uninterested in customers.

The property itself is super outdated. The room we stayed in was clean for the most part. Needs new carpet. SMALL shower/toilet area. Breakfast was super limited. Pool was closed when we arrived so my kids were a bit disappointed. Just needs alot of updating. Its a place to sleep, thats about it.

My screen window was half busted out, I guess so people could smoke in the room. Whole property and room smells like weed 24/7. Outside door to come inside didn’t lock. Loud. Overall dirty and dingy.

Was dirty, run down, no maintenance (toilet paper holder missing, no toilet seat lid,) cord on hair dryer so dirty ou wouldn’t touch it, coffee mark so dirty we didn’t use it. We left before 5am and went to McDonalds for coffee. Smoke detectors in hallway was covered whit tape when we checked in and when we left. Big time safety violation. Will never stay here again.

It was one of the worst experiences. There was trash in my room, cockroaches, and i think people were living there. A guy across the hall harassed me twice, it was dark and kind of scary, i didnt feel safe with just me and my 2 yr old grandson, plus they charged my card $100 because my grandsons sippy cup leaked chocolate milk on the bed.

This hotel is very close to the highway. It is a convenient stay for our road trip. The staffs are friendly, check in are easy. The lobby area and corridors look worn out and old. So we were surprised by how nice the room is. It is clean. Spacious. The area is quiet at night so we got good sleep. There is no restaurants close by. You have to drive about 2 miles to get to shopping area. Breakfast is terrible though. Very basic.

Overall, for the money, it was a very nice stay. It was rather close to the highway so the rooms on the side of the hotel that was facing the highway were noisy. There was also construction going on on the room next to ours that had some bleed over, but they finished their work rather early in the evening. The staff was very friendly. I would stay there again, but try to get a room that was on the other side of the hotel from the highway.

I loved the pricing and was very willing to give up a pretty surrounding because I had no intention of spending any leisure time there. I especially loved the king sized bed which was very comfortable and the 4 half pillows were a little bit of heaven. It was very quiet at night which I appreciated. I will be staying there the next time I’m in town!

Delightfully surprised by spaciousness of single room with comfortable sofa for reading. Air-con, coffee maker, fridge, Wi-Fi, fluffy towels. Definitely good choice for overnight stay near St Louis.

Took about 20 minutes for someone at front desk to check me in. Seems like a family owned business with limited staff. They seemed nice. They are starting to renovate the place. I stayed in a newly painted room. Its spacious and clean. Bathroom floor tile loose. Had good night sleep. Morning coffee was not good.

Hair dryer was broken. Went to front desk and the guy told us it was broken for several days. They had no spares. Spoke with manager next day and he showed me the spare hair dryer. He had no good explanation for why the other guy could not find it. The body wash bottle was empty. We asked them to clean the room and they did not fill the body wash. I would think environmental services would automatically check the body wash. I asked the manager to knock off some of the room charge as a result and he said he couldn't because I booked on line with hotels.com and i would have to work it out with them. You all make getting a refund of any kind so difficult I just wound up giving up. You all seem to making a extension to our stay very easy. Ask for a refund and all we hear is crickets.

If you just need a place to stay, this was the most convenient location that was nice. I have driven from Minnesota to Florida and back 2 times and on the way to Florida I have experienced a good deal of stress related to locating a hotel in St. Louis; this last trip the hotel I stayed at did not feel safe, nor was it great by any means. O'Fallon is close to St. Louis without the congestion and right off the highway. I would definitely stay there again if I am driving to Florida in the future.

The staff was very nice. They are in the process of remodeling so the hallway rugs were not in good shape but my room had been redone recently and it was clean and very nice. The continental breakfast had minimal offerings and I opted to eat out. It is a Super 8 so I guess the breakfast offerings met my expectations and what I had paid for.
