We like Hiltons and Tru is no exception. Nice, clean, great condition facilities, room bathroom all are inviting. Breakfast is well appointed; coffee and tea are available 24/7. Pet friendly. Pleasant and professional staff.

Basic accommodations with friendly phrases everywhere to keep you smiling. If you've never stayed at a Tru by Hilton, think of what a hotel by Ikea might be like and you'll get a really good idea of a Tru. It's very basic, colorful, and full of witty sayings at every turn. The bed was comfortable and breakfast was good. The location is next to lots of other hotels and tins of fast food and low price restaurant options. Tru had several EV chargers and all were in working order except one. We didn't have any trouble charging our car. Easy place to park.

Tesla destination chargers were GREAT!!! The woman who checked us in at 10:30PM on 10/25/2023 was a sweetheart!!! She was delightful, professional, efficient, and outstanding!! Facility and rooms were clean and looked well kept. Great experience!

My room was not clean. The shower was dirty, the room had webs. Like it has been dusted in a while. The towels were dingy looking. The sheet had what looks like cigarette burn on it.

The night check in was great. However our room had a HUGE live roach in the bathroom. We left at 5:00 am looking forward to our coffee and the pots were empty. Another guest asked the staff for fresh coffee and she said 6 minutes. 15 minutes later we left without coffee. Very disappointed in the Tru. I’ve stayed in several other Tru and was never disappointed. On my return trip I’ll be staying elsewhere.

For this to be a new hotel you would think sheets would be clean and beds as well. I was sent to a room where the bed was not made and there were stains all on the bed. I was given another room but the towels and linen were not white they were were beige where it send they need to invest in new linens. The hotel was okay not what I expected and probably will not return to this location.

The facility is a typical TRU. Nice clean but no where to put your clothes other than a pipe attached to the wall. Literally had to live out of my suitcase on the floor. Will not use this type of facility for a stay more than 1 day. I would have hoped for as a minimum of a rack to put my suit case upon.

Nice hotel and great staff but the property is located ridiculously close to the highway and at night it’s impossible to sleep due to the road noise. Incredibly busy I-75 south of Atlanta - the road noise never stopped.

The hotel is very nice. Comfortable beds but small room. They do use the space and give you places to put your things. Only complaint no coffee makeup or ice bucket in room. Coffee tea and hot chocolate in lobby. Ice the ice is also in the lobby.is also in lobby. Toilet paper and Kleenex are one ply. Spend a little more on them and stop going cheap because we use more when it is that thin.

After driving all evening from Nashville, we arrived to the hotel around 10pm. Your overnight front desk agent may need some additional training on acknowledging guests that arrive. She was on the phone but didn’t once acknowledge us as we waited for her to get off the phone. I’ve been in customer service for over 30 years and that is priority #1.

Very pleased with stay! Commend Alexander, the night staff person, was very good. We got in fairly late just before midnight. He was very helpful, courteous, and go to his job. Even initiated handshake at the end of our room conformation!! Keep him!!!

It was fine. It would have been nice to know they sell beer and wine, didn’t notice until morning. Breakfast was fine. Coffee was decent. No microwave or fridge in the room. Nice TV and east to use cable.
