MOUNT SINA HOTEL By AURA

I recently stayed at this hotel with my family, booking two rooms for our visit. Unfortunately, we were disappointed by the lack of basic amenities—neither room had towels upon arrival. After requesting them, we received only one (yes, just one towel). The staff appeared untrained in hospitality, especially the front desk attendant, who was unfriendly and rarely looked up from what seemed to be his computer or device, giving us minimal attention. Additionally, the hotel’s location is extremely noisy and crowded. For those expecting to meet with local friends, it’s quite challenging due to the limited parking options nearby. We stayed there for three days but nobody came to service our rooms. Breakfast was good as they kept on changing the menue each day. The music was too loud in the breakfast restaurant. The lady over there wasn’t friendly either. They didn’t have enough bowls of sugar at each table. Guests would have to go from table to table to get it wherever it t was available. The positive side of the outside of the hotel is that there are several stores and some nice restaurants.

Very loud and dirty Breakfast was awful

L'etat général de la chambre est sale (draps tachés de marron), cafard dans la salle de bain. Nous avions réservé le petit déjeuner lors de la commande sur expedia mais nous n'avons pas consommé, vraiment pas en confiance dans les plats proposés vu l'hygiene de la cuisine... Nous sommes très decus de l'hôtel et de son emplacement (il accueille des prostitués).

Le personnel est très professionnel et très serviable. Très sécuritaire. Il est tout près des marchés. La propreté est excellente. Un grand carrefour des africains moyens et parfois même très aisés. Ce qui m'a déplu, c'est le climatiseur un peu bruyant, je leur recommanderais de les remplacer par des nouveaux plus ou moins silencieux. Pour dormir tranquillement, on était obligés de l'éteindre. Le déjeuner n'était pas bon, on mangeait quasiment la même chose chaque, mais c'est quand même normal, car la nuitée en ligne était très abordable.

This stay was disappointing. Here are the issues we had: -cockroaches (we killed 8 in two days) -lock and handle were very hard to use -front desk tried to overcharge us for the city tax. They wanted 20 AED per night, instead of the 7. -front desk reception not very pleasant -bathroom floor would flood

This is a relatively low cost establishment in a very high price city. The building is a bit old and jaded, however it is clean and comfortable and everything worked. The staff were friendly and helpful. It is in a great location, about 100 metres from the bus stop and about 400 metres from a Metro station. The river taxis are about a 10 minute walk away. There are plenty of food vendors close by and a supermarket about 10 minutes walk. I thought it was good value for money.

We never got a chance to check in, upon our arrival we did not like the place, neighborhood, room and lack of cleanness. So we left since we did not feel safe there....

sehr altes Gebäude,Einrichtung aus den 50er Jahren. sehr dreckig ,Dunkel, Licht im Gang geht nicht.kein gutes Frühstück wenn überhaupt.faules und unfreundliches Personal.Lüftung oder Klimaanlage funtioniert nicht. Anspruchslose Absteige für 39 CHF pro Nacht

Decent choice for a budget hotel in the old area of Dubai. Close to metro and water taxi. Hundreds of shops of all kinds in the vicinity. Many dining choices. The included breakfast is varied and plentiful. Rooms are a bit run down but good enough for travelers on a budget.

Room Cleaning is good but lot of maintenance is required. TV socket not working, electric socket not working to charge mobile, toiletries broken and leaking water, etc.,

The were renovating the rooms next to ours. The drilling sounds and banging sound made the stay uncomfortable.

İlk gün kahvaltı çok kötüydü. İkinci gün hiç yoktu. Yarım saat bekledik. Sonra yine kötü bir kahvaltı geldi.
