The hotel was great- the rooms are spacious, breakfast was pretty good, and the gym has a Peloton bike that was very appreciated since I take spin classes almost every day. It's obvious that the property is in a bit of a transitional phase- some of the furniture is outdated and a few walls could use a little attention with a magic eraser, but we will definitely make this our regular hotel whenever we come down to visit family.

Hotel was nice, spacious room for good prices. Only thing bad was only one elevator was working the entire weekend so it took awhile getting up and down. And they gotta do a better job of trying to keep the elevators clean. A lot of pool goers were causing very wet slippery floors in the elevators.

This hotel is so convenient to Pasadena restaurants. It only took me around 10 minutes to get to Hobby Airport. It’s 10-15 minutes to Bay Oaks mall and all of the great restaurants there. The room is huge and comfortable, perfect for a family. We didn’t use the pool or gym, but they looked nice.

I am very pleased with the cleanliness, staff, breakfast and amenities. I did not give a 10 because one of the elevators was broken my entire stay and the wait for the elevators was a little long. I also want to give a special mention to Drew at the front desk and I believe her name is Patricia works the night shift.

They gave my reservation to another person with the same last name. They should ask for ID when checking in. I kept hearing the elevator ringing. Did not sleep good at all. The pool was a bit small. There was a big family there playing rough, so my kids wanted to leave because they kept getting ran into.

Room was excellent, customer service was great the only complaint is that they were doing renovations and the noise interfered with my relaxing time otherwise I would give the stay 5 stars. I will definitely stay here again.

I really enjoyed this hotel. BUT what i didnt like is that when its SATURDAY they cloesed the pool to put chemicals. Lots of guest have children that wanted to go swimming but couldnt because they decided to put chemicals. Something like that should wait at until Monday very disappointed

Hotel was nice and clean, beds were comfortable, room was very spacious, bathroom was small and the water pressure sucked!! Very little water output from sink in kitchenette, sink in bathroom and very poor in shower. It took forever to rinse shampoo out of hair and soap off the body. Pool was clean but small.

I thought the hotel was clean until the first day of our stay the pool was closed due to painting I was told only to be later told human waste was in the pool only given two large towels it was located next to a busy freeway My friend was missing a couple items and we left to the garbage overflowing by front doors three star at the least

My wife and I enjoyed our first stay at the Home 2 Suites. Our room was comfortable and clean. The beds were better than other hotels we have stayed at. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the freshness and variety of the breakfast provided. I would like to recognize Eduardo, Danielle and Irvin for making sure our stay was pleasant. P.S. Our only recommended suggestion would be to update the furniture in the room. The couch and desk chair were torn and looked well used.

When we got there the first room they gave us smelled like dog!!! We went and asked for another room, front desk said they didn’t have any, so then I told her we would leave and so she spoke to her manager called us back and gave us another room, this one was not the best but way better. We had never had issues with this chain of hotels.

Check in was a nightmare. The room was still dirty after having to wait an hour to check in because the room needed a “deep clean”. There was urine all over the toliet seat. The AC didn’t work properly. The window shades over the bed to not go all the way down to block out the bright lights coming in from the parking lot. It looked like it was daylight in my room all night. I have stayed here before, but I won’t be back.

Room was very nice and clean. I requested for an hour earlier ck in due to family function and was told to call the morning of ck in which I did, the clerk was very helpful and remembered my call when we arrived. Check in was quick and easy which was a big help since we were pressed for time. We decided to skip breakfast and just have coffee since it was continental and didn’t look desirable.

We had an air conditioner go out on Sunday morning and Home 2 Suites let us check in early. Monday morning we checked out to meet the air conditioner repairman at 8 AM. The Repairman had to get parts and would return at noon to do the repairs. I called Home 2 Suites and asked if we could check back in until the check out time so we could stay cool and they graciously let us come back. We were very grateful for their taking care of us.

Overall experience was not great. Staff acted as if they didn’t want to help me as I walked in. No greeting whatsoever. One of the associates walked off as she saw me standing there. The other was trying to hold a conversation and help me at the same time. Will not be returning to this location.

Gabriela Caceres is the worst “manager”. Completely rude. Yells at the guests. Hangs up the phone in my face. Gave us a room that was unfit for staying and a hazard.

We stayed 3 nights. The room above us had a family with children who were up until 3 in the morning running back and forth. We complained and the receptionist said they were checking out that day. The next night, we heard them again. I went up to the floor and could hear them and the tv as I walked through the hallway by their door. I complained again that night and the family said they were going to bed anyway (1:30AM). In the morning, I attempted to bring this up with management and we were told there was nothing that could be done since we had booked with Expedia. I do not recommend staying here unless you plan on staying up most of the night. You cannot make special requests if you don't book through the hotel. WE WON'T STAY HERE AGAIN.

I always enjoy Home2 Suites. I love having the supplied kitchen and extra space. This one particular...the location is a little tricky but quiet. Our rooms were clean and comfortable. We stayed here before sailing out of Galveston. We had about another 30-40 minute drive cruise morning, but it was worth the savings in price compared to staying in Galveston. Breakfast was also good, no bacon this particular morning...but still good;)

We wanted to stay close to the airport (Hobby) so we went with this place. The only hard park was crossing the oncoming traffic to get to the hotel. Didn’t realize it was in a secluded area. The room was nice and clean.

The lady in the breakfast area refilling the food on Monday 22Tuesday 23 and Wednesday 24 of july was extremely kind and helpful is a shame on my part that I can’t remember her name she was missed on Thursday because the breakfast area was a mess but everyone was respectful helpful and with a huge smile always

This was the perfect stop for us, a party of 5. The place was clean and welcoming. The breakfast area was a bit small, and the bathroom could use an update; however, I would definitely stay there again and will look into Home2Suites for future stays.
