Wir waren 2 Nächte in München und rundum zufrieden. -Vom Parkhaus geht es direkt mit dem Aufzug ins Hotel. Auch wenn die Parkgebühren in Höhe von 20,00 € /Tag zunächst etwas hoch erscheinen, fanden wir das Preis/Leistungs-Verhältnis insgesamt top. Schönes, sauberes Zimmer und Bad, sehr gutes Frühstück im Preis inbegriffen (die Zeiteinteilung am Wochenende ist praktisch, da dadurch immer ausreichend Sitzplätze zur Verfügung stehen und auch am Buffet alles entspannt abläuft). Nettes Personal. Wir würden jederzeit wieder buchen.

Die Dame am Empfang war nicht sonderlich nett... Beim auschecken war es etwas besser... . In der Hotel Bar sollten vielleicht mehrere Personen eingeteilt werden, der junge Mann war sehr bemüht aber mit den vielen Kunden überfordert, wir warteten 30 min auf 2 Bier... . Ansonsten ein schönes Hotel

ホテルのスタッフはレセプショニストも朝食会場のスタッフもみな感じが良く、部屋も清潔でした。エントランスには24時間セルフで買える売店があり、飲み物やおつまみなどちょっとした物が欲しいときに便利でした。全体的にとても快適に滞在できました。また立地は、駅のホームから昇り降りするエレベーターが出る側と道路のホテルとが同じ側なので駅からのアクセスもよく、またミュンヘン中心街までも数駅で行けるし、ニンフェンブルク城も近く、思いのほか便利な立地で良かったです。

Ich war rundum positiv überrascht: schöne Zimmer, ein großzügiges Frühstücksbuffet und sogar ein Tiefgaragenplatz. Für diesen günstigen Preis hätte ich das nicht erwartet. Ein sehr schönes Hotel mit ausgesprochen freundlichem Personal.

Fint stort ret nyt hotel tæt på station, hvorved centrum hurtigt kan nås. Også tæt på indkøb og spisesteder, samt den nærliggende park, Hirschgarten. Savnede skabsplads og en ekstra stol, men ellers fine værelser. Selvbetjeningsminiindkøb latterligt dyrt. 2 nætters ophold.

Breakfast slight crowded but variety of good food . Room closed to reception on next floor so very convenient. Tube station nearby helped so used every day . 4 stops took us to main part of town where your buses start . Lots of good food places nearby . Reception staff exceptionally helpful . Gave us all information we needed about daily travel . Also booked taxis to station easily and quick arrival across road . . Excellent location of hotel .

Unser Zinmer war bei der Ankunft nicht richtig gereinigt, der Boden war noch nicht gesaugt. Das Wasser in der Dusche wurde nicht richtig heiß und das Stühlerücken beim Frühstücksbuffet war in unserem Zimmer im UG zu hören. Personal war sehr freundlich, bis auf den Zimmerservice der direkt nach dem anklopfen hereinkam. Insgesamt gut gelegen und für einen kurzen Aufenthalt sicherlich gut.

Unser Zinmer war bei der Ankunft nicht richtig gereinigt, der Boden war noch nicht gesaugt. Aber ansonsten war alles gut und für 1 Nacht wollt ich da auch kein Fass aufmachen. Check-in gewohnt schnell und freundlich, Frühstück reichlich und mit guter Auswahl. Die Lage ist gut und man kommt zu Fuss und mit dem ÖV schnell überall hin. Ich komm auf jeden Fall wieder.

Wir waren schon öfters in diesem Hotel. Alles ist in Ordnung, das Hotel ist sauber, die Betten sind bequem. Das Frühstück war ebenfalls sehr gut. Die Lage super - direkt neben der U-Bahn Station Hirschgarten. Ein Stern Abzug, weil die Zimmer keine Schränke haben und es nicht jedermanns Sache ist, komplett aus dem Koffer zu leben. Wir waren zu dritt im Zimmer und mussten ständig über die Koffer klettern, die geöffnet herumlagen. Wer mit wenig Gepäck reist wird das nicht als problemlos betrachten. Aber wir wollten gerne andere Gäste darauf hinweisen.

After a harrowing experience at another hotel, I was able to secure last minute reservations at this hotel. The hotel was easy to find, the parking lot was safe, the staff extremely kind to us, and the breakfast was excellent. The rooms are spacious enough. We were able to get around despite our luggage and wheelchair. I give the rating 4 stars because the pullout sofas are hard and lumpy, the pillows extremely lumpy, and staff had to improvise when we requested a shower chair for our son with limited mobility. I do give staff credit for their kind help in getting him a chair. These are easily fixable issues, so hopefully hotel management sees this and resolve them. All in all, we had a great stay. We liked this property so much, that upon our return to Munich after a one-day trip outside the city, we gladly made a new reservation and returned there.

The Hotel was good. Especially the closeness to the well frequented S-bahn station was good for getting around. The breakfast was good, but missing the bacon. You could hear the sound of the trains into the room, but it was not disturbing.

Great Location for catching train to airport. 3-5 min walk. Hotel was nice. We were only there for a few hrs to catch a 6am flight. My only complaint is that our room faced the street we were on the 4th floor but it felt like the people on the street were standing next to our bed how LOUD they were! Better sound proof windows would be a great improvement otherwise good hotel.

Great location near SBahn. Clean, superb breakfast, excellent staff who all speak English. Manager Marenke very understanding. Chris on front desk excellent. Flights cancelled but they accommodated us for extra night without needing to change rooms. This was our 5th visit and we will definitely be back when visiting The Munich Christmas Markets.

Very disappointed that we couldn’t get a room 2 hours before check in without paying 10E an hour before 3:00. Traveling from the USA and was tired so we ended up paying the fee. Won’t recommend this hotel for travelers.

Very good hotel and value for the money. Rooms were clean, quiet, spacious bathroom. Breakfast was just OK and very basic. Scrambled eggs, potatoes, sausage links, toast, pastries, coffee, and healthy options. All buffet style. Subway and bus stop literally within 100 meters makes commute very easy. Subway near the hotel has direct routes from and to the Munich airport. Expect 20-30 minutes commute from hotel to old town and most landmarks within the Munich urban area.

First, the location being next to the rail was great! Having traveled by train, it was very convenient to be able to walk to the hotel with our luggage. The hotel is clean and the free breakfast put it over the top. Even though you’re next to the rail and a busy street, you don’t hear any noise from the room. The money saved from using the SBaun and a free meal, we were able to splurge on dinner. There’s a few restaurants in walking distance and we found the Chinese restaurant basically 300m from the hotel to have a great menu and it’s very delicious! Would definitely stay here again!

Ein schönes Hotel, das Zimmer war sauber, das Personal am Empfang und in der Bar sehr sehr nett. Vom Frühstück hätte ich ein bisschen mehr erwartet, z.B. gab es kein Rührei, Weich- oder Frischkäse. Aber insgesamt war alles okay.

Alles in allem ein tolles Hotel. Am 2. Tag wurde nur das Bett gemacht. Keine Reinigung des Badezimmers. Auf dem Boden im Bad waren über alle dunkle Harre. Ich selber habe blondes Haar. Ein No-go. Freundliches Personal. Schade gibt es zum Frühstück kein Rührei oder Spiegeleier. Ich würde es weiterempfehlen.

Ich hatte einen wiederholten Aufenthalt im HIX Munich City West und war sehr zufrieden. Das Frühstücksbuffet war überlaufen aber das Personal hat sich sehr bemüht alles aufzufüllen und jedem einen Platz anbieten zu können.

Good location near S-bahn station (about 5min to Main railwaystation) and near grocery stores. Few restaurants nearby. Room was spacious, quiet and bed was comfortable. Little bit worn out, sink was a little clocked. Breakfast was decent.

The room was clean and the staff were helpful. The man at the bar was a lifesaver with his kindness. I really appreciated his help! I struggled to find the parking at first. And exiting the parking was rough. I paid online with an app, but I didn't have any service in the parking garage. I'd buzz for help from the front desk and one of the times I was greeted with an unfriendly man who told me I needed to pay more if I wanted to get out. Thankfully he did end up letting me out, but it was very stressful. Otherwise I enjoyed my stay. Very close to the train station that goes right to Marienplatz. And the room was air conditioned!
