Obviously undergoing renovation. Room was clean and clearly recently renovated. Comfortable. Hallway carpeting definitely showing wear. For a non-smoking facility, the hallways and elevator reeked of pot smoke.

My son and I stayed at this motel for a lacrosse tournament. I will say the staff at the front desk were very nice and polite. They answered every question I had with a smile on their faces and made sure we had everything we need. The place itself could use a deep clean and some updating. The bathroom was very outdated and small. The room was small but it was fine for 2 of us, I couldn't imagine 4 people in 1 room with 2 beds. The people around were really sketchy, and made me a little uncomfortable. But knowing that there were other families staying there as well made me feel more at ease. The pool was closed - which was disappointing because it was so hot, so I can't comment on that. Overall it was fine for the time we needed to be there, I am just not used to seeing so many homeless people / people struggling.

I use Cpap so plugs by the bed a must. There were plugs build almost impossble to plug anything in. At 74 I shouldn't have tocrawl on the floor

There was NO fridge or microwave, no shampoo, condisioner, or body wash/soap. The floor was tore up in one place and another had tuct tape on it. I like having a coffee maker in the rooom was none. There was i assume homeless everywhere.

The check-in was great and all the staff members were nice, helpful, and also hard-working, saw them cleaning the lobby often. The rooms were pretty clean aside from underneath the bed was not swept in maybe a month or two. No fridge microwave shampoos or tissues, or coffee maker. They need to insulate the walls better next time. You can tell that it was newly renovated but done at the absolute cheapest way possible. My shower drain wouldn't drian. I got woken up many times, and the people that were staying there, in general, seemed to be rude. One asked to buy weed off of me after I went to my car at 1 am after someone woke me up. the first night of my stay was new years eve so I was understanding of why I was woken up that night but the next night it was the same thing. Also if that doesn't wake you up. I-89 traffic probably will. I would stay again but deffs not my go-to, and if it's not extremely cold or storming I would probably be better off just sleeping in my car next time.

There was no Wi-Fi available despite the fact that it was advertised. Very basic amenities. No shampoo or other toiletries unless requested. No blow dryer provided. No tissues which one would think was a basic amenity.

The room was dirty not cleaned at all. Toe nails on floor with old chewed up straw and stuff all over the counters. I had to go ask staff for broom and dustpan. There were more people hanging out around outside. There was a fight between a couple where he threatened to bust the window out of car. Had to go to the staff.

I have stayed in more hotels than I can count and have never experienced one that smelled as bad as this one did. The only reason I didn't walk out immediately and ask for a refund is because I was so exhausted from traveling and had to be on the road again in a few hours. Even the clothes I was wearing in the hotel smelled after I left. I don't know how this place has anyone stay there.

This was the cheapest hotel we could find and it was till way overpriced for what we got. There were dogs barking in the adjacent rooms and hallways when we were trying to sleep, there was no breakfast (which we knew ahead of time for for $225+ you should get something, and there was just a general sense of dirty and unkept. The checking staff member was quite nice and the maid I spoke with to get additional towels was very friendly and quite helpful. Overall however, I wouldn't recommend staying here.

While the hotel room was clean, the ambiance around was absolutely horrific. Dogs running up and down the halls, men shouting. Small children shrieking for hours. It was a quick stay, and anyone can not sleep for a night- but I would never go back.

The ONLY good thing was comfortable beds and pillows. There was nothing in the room. Coffee was in the lobby with cheep dry creame packs. The batheoom sink took a long time to drain. Towels were actually fringed! No heat control in the room. I was cold all night, not able to sleep. Terrible!!

We booked a handicapped but when we arrived, our reservation left that out. The staff changed our room to a handicap accessible room with no problem. Rome was clean, quiet and close to attractions. Staff was excellent

I was here on business. There’s an uncomfortable “outdoor culture “ around the hotel. I’m wondering if it temporarily houses homeless folks. I didn’t feel in danger as an adult male, but I wouldn’t bring my family here. Ten or twenty people in lawn chairs always in the parking lot smoking, hanging out together, a lot of dogs barking as I pass from car to lobby. I can smell pot. They weren’t menacing, it was just unusual so uncomfortable. Room was clean - minimal amenities. Two tiny bars of soap. Bed was terrible. No support, springs poking my back. Roomy enough. The best part of it though was the staff - friendly and warm - from the custodian to the front desk - they were an unexpected surprise. A super ethnic restaurant nearby, close on off to highway.

The accommodations were exactly what I wanted, clean, but nothing fancy and not expensive. It is easy to get and is right off the interstate The cost was less than most of the hotels in the area but still way more than I would pay just a few years ago. It was not crowded so there was plenty of room for me to park my pickup truck and car trailer in the back. The only guests I really saw were weekly or longer people, but they were all friendly and nice. I wish they provided a breakfast but McDonald’s and Burger King are right there.

Super clean room, 2 fast food resteraunts in the same plaza making breakfasts convienent. Located right off of the highway yet didnt notice traffic noise. Only downside was a very small space to hang any clothing made almost useless by the fridge and microwave being there.

Pretty decent for the money. Had microwave and refrigerator. Large shower/tub with a seat. Continental breakfast would have been good. A lot of homeless/low income with dogs live in the units. Just not used to that.
