We were on the 3rd floor the hotel was quiet all day. Enjoyed the pool. Everything was clean. Breakfast is a little disorganized and all over the place as far as finding plates and getting what you want but it was good! Would definitely recommend and would stay again. Also very close to Gillette stadium.

Pool was closed and upon check front desk had no idea why. We were told we could use the conference room for a large gathering family dinner. 2 hours before everyone showed up we were told we could not use the conference room so had to have the large family dinner in the lobby. Reserved a wheelchair accessible room was put into a hearing/vision accessible room and then had to move rooms while having the family dinner. Usually we love this hotel but this experience was horrible and disappointing

Staff was overall very helpful. Rooms were clean. Really liked the indoor and outdoor communal space including grill, fire pit, and outdoor seating. Not a fan of the see-through glass shower door in a shared room.

This hotel is right on Rt 1 so it’s convenient to getting around. It is clean outside and immaculate inside. I was greeted my Shay and she was very sweet and welcoming. There is plenty of food items to buy and heat up in your suite if you get hungry and don’t want to leave or wait for delivery. The lobby offers coffees and tea until later in the day and fresh fruit gratuitously. A delicious assortment of foods in the morning is included with your stay! The hallway lighting is bright and it’s very clean. The room appointments made my stay great and we were sad to leave a room with so much potential for making us happy all week. One night was not enough. There is a very clean pool and surrounding room. There is a fitness room as well. I hope to come back to this great stay if I need to be out here for more than one day.

I had booked the hotel for the pool so my children could enjoy it. I was never notified that the pool was going to be closed so my children were unable to play in the pool which ruined our trip.

My bedding was not clean, had to call and complain 3 times only for them to bring me new sheets, 1 pillow case for 6 pillows and 2 ripped blankets. The staff that brought me those thibgs was rude and smelled of Marijuana. I was expected to strip these dirty beds myself and make them myself as well. There were hairs everywhere and scum in the tub. Worst cleanliness and service.

The lobby smelled like pot when we checked in. The previous people in our room left an open package of THC gummies that housekeeping didn't catch. Housekeeping brought a bag he had found in another room to the front desk staff. She opened it to find a syringe, dulcolax, and other items. All of this made me uneasy staying here with my children.

My room was dirty when I arrived. I asked for clean linen because it was obvious that someone had been sleeping in the bed and the linen hadn't been changed. There were also dirty towels in the bathroom. I called for housekeeping and they gave me too small bedding.

Room was very spacious, breakfast was amazing. My only disappointments were: 1) some of the staff were very friendly (front desk staff), some were quite distant, not necessarily rude but definitely not friendly (primarily cleaning staff); 2) the bed seemed to slope down on both sides, very uncomfortable for someone with back issues. However, the choice of pillow softness/firmness was great.

Nice suburban hotel, with large rooms with a kitchenette. Our stay was fine - except more than usual noise in the hallway and parking lot. Room crews started knocking on doors a few minutes before 11.

My apartment is being renovated and I’ve been bouncing around friends houses and hotel and this is by far my best and cheapest one I’ve been to. My check in date was spur of the moment and had to go to work for 3 check in wasn’t til 4 so I called and asked for an earlier check in and it given to me no hesitation with the best service followed behind. Thank you guys.

Our key cards would not work to enter the room and the hotel staff keys wouldn't work either. They said we had to wait until the maintenance guy came in at 8am. We let them know we had a funeral to go to and now would be late. There was no compassion shown, only attitude given. 15/20 min past 8 I went upstairs to check only to find out our room door was fixed. We were sitting across from the front desk the whole time. I don't know if he just chose not to let us know or the maintenance person didnt tell him. Either way I was not impressed. Next time I make a 9hr trip by car to Boston I will be staying in a different hotel where staff are more compassionate.

The property is well kept. It's convenient to Dean College since we were from out of town, attending a graduation. The microwave and full-size refrigerator are a plus, and the property is pet-friendly!

Nice hotel, very close to Gillette Stadium, about a 15 minutes walk. Saves you tons of time, it’s always Hell getting out of the stadium once it’s over. Lots of parking and rooms are very well equipped. A no brainer if you’re going to a game / show at Gillette’s.

Rooms were clean... Breakfast was horrible, no eggs, no meat, no bread... no place to sit... Didn't change the towls in the room. When we asked, they said the hotel was full that's why they didn't have any towels. We had to shower with dirty towels. We had to go ask for toilet paper... Pool water didn't look clean.

The people at the front desk were very nice and helpful. The room was clean and nice although the microwave didn't work. The breakfast was totally disorganized and chaotic. They ran out of a lot of food and plates and utensils. The way it was set up did not make sense. You had to get silverware and plates in front of people who were on line or trying to get food. It was a stressful way to get breakfast.
