Front desk staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean, modern, and had all the essentials. The pool area was smaller than expected, but very clean and well maintained. We enjoyed being able to access meals, groceries and forgotten items at nearby stores. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting the area.

Also, the room we had was facing the parking lot and light was shining in from under the curtain all night. Very good hotel for the price but difficult night sleep wise.

Highly recommend this hotel, staff was excellent. Very pleasant and accommodating. We stayed for a concert at Gillette. The hotel had a shuttle to and from the venue which was a big plus. Will stay here again next time.

I picked this hotel to stay at for a Coldplay concert specifically because they offered a shuttle service to and from Gillette Stadium. We were able to get early check in which was great, but had to get to the venue early because of the tickets we had. The shuttle didn’t start running until 3:30, so we got an uber around 2:45. Once the concert was over, we couldn’t figure out where to catch the shuttle. I called the hotel and they couldn’t tell me where to go, so they gave me the number of the guy who drove the shuttle. He was extremely unhelpful. He forwarded our calls and asked we text him. When we asked where to go, he replied “same place you were dropped off”. Well, we didn’t come on the shuttle and after I explained that to him, his next response was “Ok tough to find like flyer said near mobile”, and that was it. After walking a half mile in the opposite direction thinking we had to be picked up at Bass Pro where all the Ubers and car services pick up/drop off, we realized it was the wrong way. Now we were a mile away from where the shuttle was picking up. My friend has a bad leg so there was no way we could have walked back, and by that time they would have stopped running the shuttle. So we were stranded in the Bass Pro parking lot for THREE hours, with no Ubers available, until I got the number of All-Savants Transportation who came and picked us up. I suggest the hotel has a clearer plan on how this shuttle works, educate your staff, and post it somewhere visible.

I was horrified at how dirty this hotel, only a few years old, is. White socks turned black, bathroom floor with much dirt build up in the corners. Shower floor very over due for a goid scrub as it was grey with grunge.

Everything was good but did not receive housekeeping two days in a row.

When we checked in the girl was not friendly. It seemed as if we were bothering her. At this hotel you have to let the front desk know if you want your room cleaned. Otherwise they don’t touch it. No clean towels, they don’t even make the bed. When they did “service” our room I noticed they didn’t pick up anything from the floor in the bathroom. There was still something on the floor in front of the garbage can that had been there before they had been in the room. The breakfast in the morning was always good.

Found that the room was somewhat old and dirty. Bathroom was dirty all around corners of the floor. Hairs on doorframe.. Included breakfast was ok, limited and nothing special. Does the trick but doubt we would return.

Everything was clean, the staff friendly, the breakfast was actually pretty nice and the location provided plenty of dining options. I would stay there again.

Loved our stay here. Check in was uneventful and quick, room/bathroom were actually very nice. My only critique is the curtains don’t keep out all the sun in the morning.

Staff was very friendly. Room was spacious and clean. Bed was comfortable. Short drive to Gilette Stadium. Would definitely stay again and recommend.

The inside of the property needs renovation. The rooms were out dated.

The room was nice but the staff was very rude to me the day after I checked in and for the next few days. I wish they were more friendly and accommodating. I will not be returning and do t recommend this hotel.

Front desk staff were fantastic and I also met the GM Michelle extremely nice and helpful, great 4 day visit . O and the beds are super comfortable and shower pressure is brilliant. Thank you see you soon

Convenient for day trips to “travel highlights”. The rooms were clean and comfortable, as were the beds. The staff was very friendly and helpful with a special thank you to Ann, who went above and beyond to make our stay so pleasant

First time in the area coming from California to go to a patriots game and didn’t know what to expect. From check in the staff was all so friendly and accommodating! The hotel is clean and around a shopping areas (Applebees, Walmart, dunken donuts, Starbucks a pizza place etc. would definitely stay here again.

Short stay but was very comfortable and worth it. We were dodging crazy prices in Boston and found this place as a good alternative as we flew into Providence. And Clyde's, the restaurant less than 100 feet away, was an amazing bonus.

Clean, safe, quiet, and friendly staff. They could have more variety in the daily breakfast choices because they served pretty much the same thing almost everyday for 7 days. The food was good, just could have changed it up daily. Overall hotel was great! I would stay there again for sure.

I’ve stayed here before and love the location but would be wonderful if they once again had hot water for tea (or a coffee urn) after the breakfast service. I know they’ve had it before, and the answer was there’s a Keurig in the room. Not too helpful if you’re looking for a nice decaffeinated tea.
