We verbleven in het hotel van vrijdag 1/9 tot zondag 3/9/23. Heel vriendelijk onthaal. We kregen zonder enige toeslag een kamer die groter was dan diegene die we geboekt hadden. Dat was al een leuke verrassing. Heel ruime kamer met grote badkamer en aparte wc. Kingsize bed met degelijke matras. Uitgebreid ontbijt. Ruime honesty bar met mogelijkheid tot tafeltennis, darts,… en casino waar je ‘s avonds een gokje kan wagen of gewoon iets kunt drinken of eten. Hotel is rustig gelegen met in de onmiddellijke omgeving allerhande sportmogelijkheden. Op wandelafstand van de dijk van Middelkerke.

Hotellet har INTE pool. Det finns ett badhus en bit bort som man får gå till och betala (hotellet har inget med det att göra), så man känner sig lurad när det kommer upp att det ska ha pool. Annars väldigt fräscht och nytt! Trevligt med tillgång till kaffe och pingisbord.

Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption! Wunderschönes, sehr sauberes Zimmer, hervorragende Sanitäranlagen, Balkon mit Windschutz, Hotel ist absolut kinderfreundlich, bequeme Parkmöglichkeiten. Dart, Tischtennisplatte, Tischfußball zu jeder Zeit zugänglich und kostenlos. Kaffee und Tee immer kostenlos.

Nice welcome and well appointed rooms. But, I did specifically search for a hotel with a pool and this one popped-up in the search results, however there is no pool at this hotel. There is a public pool next door. As nice as the public pool is, it is full of people, it costs extra (I think we paid about €30 for a family) and you can't just chill and relax by the pool while your kids swim and play - which is what we were looking for. Same with the spa, I am pretty sure there is no spa here, it is in the public swimming pool next door. Another slight gripe is we were not offered a breakfast inclusive rate, on checking out of the hotel we were charged €35 each day for a family of 4, times two nights - it mounts up to a lot for a coffee and pain a'choc.

Modernt och fräscht hotell med mycket rymliga rum. Kunde ha varit juniorsviter. Sköna sängar. Promenadavstånd till havet. Lätt att parkera. Saknade balsam och body lotion på rummet. Alltför dyr frukost. 20 euro per vuxen och 14 euro för barn. Långt billigare att köpa med egen frukost då det finns kylskåp på rummen. Gratis kaffe finns i lobbyn. Poolen är en simhall, som ligger i en separat anläggning en kort promenad bort. Bokas och betalas helt separat från hotellet. Bilderna på hotellet är därför vilseledande. Trevligt område dock med många olika aktiviteter, inte minst gocart och äventyrsbana.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich, Check In und -Out unkompliziert, das dazu buchbare Frühstücksbuffet für 17,50€ pP haben wir einmal in Anspruch genommen und fanden es sehr lecker. Das Hotel ist sehr modern. Etwas irreführend sind die Angaben in der Beschreibung bezüglich Schwimmbad etc, da dies nicht im Hotel selbst ist, sondern in einem unabhängigen Schwimmbad , welches fußläufig erreichbar ist. Man zahlt dort die normalen Preise. Schön sind die vielen Sportaktivitäten, die es in der Nähe des Hotels gibt sowie der 10-15 Min zu Fuß entfernte Strand.

This hotel was excellent. Clean and modern with large comfortable bed and bathroom. Fridge and safe in the room. The hotel is easily reached by car and within 30 minutes of brugge and attractions. There is not many food options within walking distance, but there is a town 2km away. We did have an issue with the room which we mentioned in check out and Raymond was very understanding and helpful addressing the concern. I would happily stay again.

Superbe hôtel, grande chambre magnifique, juste l’évier de toilette qui n’était pas très propre et un essuie main au lieu du rouleau de papier toilette posé dessus n’aurait pas été de refus. Chambre qui mériterait d’être mieux insonorisée.

Heel goed verwelkomd. Prachtige kamer en badkamer. Hier en daar vlekje op de muur. De honesty bar en de game room sloegen zeker aan. Het enige wat me stoorde was dat de kamerdeueren nogal hard toeslaan.

Lovely hotel, clean and feels very new and modern. Our room was fantastic, we were upgraded to a two bedroom suite with a balcony facing the road and the fields beyond. Walkable to bars, shops and restaurants. We will be back!

Een beetje een dubbel gevoel, de ontvangst was ok, voor de rest weinig contact gehad met de mensen van het hotel. De kamer was onder het dak, ze was ruim maar op veel plaatsen moet je erg opletten om je heeft niet te stoten… Echt enkele kamers extra geforceerd in de zolder om het aantal kamers op te krikken… De kamer heeft zelfs geen waterkoker laat staan koffie en/of thee om op te warmen in de winter. De kamer was HEEL koud toen we toekwamen. De thermostatische kranen stonden allemaal toe. Zelfs als we die opendraaiden werd het nog niet warm. De thermostaat stond ook op 10 graden??? Niet echt welkom gevoel…. Het duurden dan ook 2-3u eer we warm kregen… Tot slot is de soundproofing 0 je kan alles horen op de gang. Naast het hotel is een indoor karting venue. Tot sluitingstijd hoorden we heel de tijd het geluid van die karingraces… Gasten die laat toekomen met hakken en trolley door de gang lopen vb. De rest was ok, goed bed, badkamer ok, etc Prijs / kwaliteit niet in lijn.

Hotel op loopafstand van het strand en de handige strandtram richting Oostende, het station en Knokke. Fijne hotelsuite met balkon, gloednieuwe inrichting, heerlijke badkamer met bad. Top bedden en een zee van ruimte. Een aanrader !!!

Sometimes you don't want to write a review to avoid places getting popular and you risk losing out being able to go back. This is one of these places. Our stay at this hotel was truly amazing. The rooms are fantastic. We received an upgrade to the Deluxe room which was bigger and more luxurious than our apartment. Great quality bed, gorgeous bathroom and a separate toilet. Parking is free and staff is friendly and helpful. No gym, but why stay inside if you can go on a coastal run! And if it's raining, there's a massive games room downstairs! Just be mindful how to get to the car park; we drove by many times until we found how to get there. The hotel is in the same building as a casino - that might cause a bit of noise if you're a really light sleeper and are in a room just upstairs from the casino, but it didn't really impact us. We will certainly be back!

Large and comfortable room, great bathroom, clean and wide . Separate WC room which very handy when you are sharing the room. Large bed was very confortable. Very good hotel - you do need a car, it is not close to any stores or restaurants.

This hotel was excellent. Clean and modern with large comfortable bed and bathroom. Fridge and safe in the room. The hotel is easily reached by car and within 30 minutes of brugge and attractions. There is not many food options within walking distance, but there is a town 2km away. We did have an issue with the room which we mentioned in check out and Raymond was very understanding and helpful addressing the concern. I would happily stay again.

We had to book this hotel as original hotel was horrendous. On arrival was met by a loveky gentleman who was extremely helpful hotel rooms was very big and comfortable. Will definitely be staying again

Bon hôtel, chambre spacieuse, petit déjeuner copieux, cependant à chaque fois il n’y avait pas d’eau chaude dans notre chambre, à chaque douche il fallait appeler la réception qui ne m’a jamais répondu au téléphone donc j’ai dû descendre à chaque fois pour leur dire qu’il n’y avait pas d’eau chaude vraiment très énervant dans un séjour. Par la suite j’ai vu la technique à réinitialiser la chaudière qui se trouve dans le couloir et je le faisait moi même. Également la taxe de séjour qui est annoncée a 5€ sur hôtel.com il m’on facturé 10€ hors tous les Hotel dans lesquels je séjourne me facturent bien le prix annoncé sur hôtel.com, je pense qu’il me diront que c’est 5€ par jour mais non ce n’est pas sa. Mais bon je ne suis pas à 5€ prêt tout ça pour prévenir les clients.

Mooi hotel, met ruime, comfortabele kamers, voorzien van alle comfort. Als je vooraan ligt, kan je wel wat geluidshinder hebben van de parking. Ontbijtbuffet zeer verzorgd! Binnen het kwartier kom je al wandelend op de dijk uit.

Large and comfortable room, great bathroom, clean and wide . Separate WC room which very handy when you are sharing the room. Large bed was very confortable. Very good hotel - you do need a car, it is not close to any stores or restaurants.

Clearly newer buildings, decent room sizes (we had family suite with balcony), and we had most of what we needed. With a few exceptions (see below), it was perfect I’m surprised there was no kitchenette for our room type, but since we only stayed one night, it’s ok. Unfortunately, the heat wave was upon us, and there is no AC. Yes, there is a breeze, but it doesn’t exactly help after temps hit 27c+. Easy fix would have been to include anti-slip in the shower area, and a handle bar. 24€ breakfast seems a little on the high end, but that seems to be the norm around these parts.

Very clean and well maintained. The room was spacious and comfortable. The property offers laundry facilities, though the dryers can take a bit longer than expected. Hi im gluten free last year when i stayed there was lot of food to eat with different choice this year was hardly nothing i could only eat rolls with salmon or cheese no greek yogurt or fresh fruit salad so i was dispointed room was up top very hot no air in the room toilet wasnt all that clean no bath towels were changed and empty bins didn't see no cleaning my last stay was lovely.
