The place was convenient for our needs but the room was dated and smelt.of mould and bleach. I became sick from breathing this in al night. The water is dependant on all other rooms so when the neighbours turned on the tap I got straight hot water in the shower and burnt my back. Not to mention that the next room were drunk and arguing till after midnight but this is not the facilities fault.. Sadly not a very nice stay.

Good value for the location. It is basic with painted brick walls and is a little dated. We couldn’t get the outside light to work so was very dark to get to the car down the slope. Inside the kettle was black so would suggest replacing. It was clean and bed was comfortable. providing cereal and milk was a nice touch.

We stayed in the large family room which catered for a family of 5 with a King bed, 3 singles, table and chairs and a lounge with a fireplace. The bathroom was huge and there was a well equipped kitchenette. Very comfortable stay and thanks for the chocolates - just a lovely gesture.

Tall trees is an excellent motel especially for the price. Check in was easy, the room was very clean and the beds very comfortable. Forest Cafe is a short walk down the road and has lovely breakfasts. Also lovely gardens to sit in and eat.

We felt the room could do with a thorough clean; the light fittings, skirting boards etc,... Check-in was by phone and we lost reception part-way through the call so fortunately had the code for the key safe. It was comfortable enough and there were some nice touches with breakfast items in the room and chocolates on the beds. Good location - we were able to walk to Gallery Walk and the Falls.

Typical motel style accommodation, nice and clean and staff were friendly and helpful. Room was warm inside despite it being very cold outside (it was winter).

The room was damp and smelt so bad we couldn't stay, we ended up leaving early and did not stay the night as it was making us feel ill. There was minimal contact with staff over the phone. A very disappointing visit. Cutting our stay at mt tamborine and missing out on things booked for the following day.

The views were gorgeous! The bathroom wasn't clean and for some reason the fly screen wouldn't close all the way and so plenty of insects were coming and going making the experience less desirable. However, it is a motel so it was what I was expecting/

For the price, its very average. It was very clean but there was a smell of damp which wasn't pleasant, especially when trying to sleep. Although it was very well stocked with a bar fridge, toaster kettle, cereals & milk, everything is just very tired. Sadly, would not stay here again.

Great location for the Mt Tamborine area. Walked across the road to the Curtis Falls bush walk and very closely located to a handful of shops for sweet treats. Was greeted by the hosts on arrival and received instructions for an easy check out. The room was dated but clean and well appointed (with tea & coffee making facilities as well as some breakfast cereal options). A very short drive to Gallery Walk where you are spoilt for choice of eateries. Wish we'd had more time to explore the local area as the Gallery walk looked like it had some cute little shops.

Arrive sur place, il fallait téléphoner à un numéro et nous n’avions pas de téléphone fonctionnel… heureusement d’autres clients sont arrivés en même temps et ont pu nous dépanner. Sinon l’endroit est agréable, la chambre un peu petite pour 4, mais un petit déjeuner gratuit nous attendait ce qui a été très appréciable!

We had asked for early check in and noted no reference to this so phoned to be told it would cost $20 extra, was not happy about this but agreed only to be told couldn’t guarantee and we would get text if they could do anything we had a wedding to go to so had to make alternative arrangements.on checkin lady at counter was friendly.

A clean, tidy, pleasant and convenient place to stay while on "the Mountain". Friendly and helpful owner. Each bed had personal toiletries with a chocolate. Breakfast cereals and milk was also supplied along with the usual tea and coffee.
