We had to check out after only one night due to a critical lack of handicap accessibility for a member of our party who uses a wheelchair. Unfortunately, the absence of an elevator and other necessary accommodations made it impossible for us to continue our stay as planned. We were therefore forced to find alternative lodging that could meet our family's needs. I was surprised and disappointed that my request for a refund for two nights that we did not use was denied without explanation. We were unable to use the services we paid for due to conditions that were not clearly advertised or communicated. The personal is very rude and hung up the phone every time I asked to speak with the manager. Definitely, I do not recommend this place and I suggest to Hotel.com remove it from its listed

We were looking for a cheaper place to stay on our way to quebec city. Didnt have to be fancy as we had driven all day and just needed to rest and sleep. We arrived and didnt realize we had to go to the restaurant attached to check in. Check in was fine, she spoke english gave me a regular key with my # room attached. I asked if there was a elevator and she told me which way to go, which was.through the restaurant past people eatting. there was no elevator, it was just stairs. The room has been updated and was clean. Itstill had holes where lights would be going on the wall above the bed. Bathroom was very small but clean. There was a patio door that opened to a balcony type area. ( very dirty) but it was a long balcony where other people had access. Just didnt seem safe. It did the trick for one night. You get what you pay for. Maybe they will revamp and have a proper checkin area and updated door/ keys. Tim hortons across the road for a quick coffee to go.

The bathroom was not as shown in pictures, it was small outdated, no hair dryer, no place to put anything but your toothbrush, couldn’t find where to check in, it was at the bar in restaurant, was awaken at 5 am to noise in hallway, garbage truck outside, then when the hubby took the car to get Tim’s, drove over broken glass in parking area…breakfast in the restaurant was good, but I didn’t get what I ordered due to language barrier…would not go back

Just stayed one night, it was a pit stop for my family . The only thing I would say would be the shower nozzle was different, hard to figure out and no hot water . Handprints on the mirror and coffee table wasn’t clean . But overall experience was great , would stay there again and I would recommend it .

It wasn't actively dirty, but it doesn't feel fresh either. The area around is basically highway interchange + gas station. You can't park by your room (which you would in a typical motel). The beds (mattresses) were extremely firm -- which is not necessarily bad, depends on your preferences.

We needed a quick overnight along our way with our dog. It certainly served the purpose, but our dog had to sleep in our car as it was quite noisy in the hallway. It was dated and has old carpet.

There was no stay. We arrived at the hotel at midnight and everything was closed. There was no place to check in. Was forced to drive until 4:00am because I couldn't find another hotel. This place is the worst experience I ever had with Hotels.com

Alors cest correct sans plus... 'cest un bon dépannage aux besoin... La réception, ont la chercher un peu, avant de réalisé que cétait à lintérieur du restaurant et meme la porte d'entrée officielle est entre deux tables dans le resto, donc pas très pratique lorsque tu as ben des bagages... Bref passez y mais ny rester pas !!

A nice place to stay. Looks a bit discouraging in the outside and bland in the hallways but a great room and restaurant. Clean. Bilingual. Easy spot off L’Autoroute. 2nd stay. Not afraid to stay again.
