This is NOT a Tudor house it’s a house on a very run down and messy estate. You have to share a bathroom and at no point does this listing state its such accommodation. Misleading and intimidating scam. Not suitable for solo female Travelers. I ended up spending 30 mins on the phone to hotels.com as I was not comfortable staying here in which time they contacted the “hotel” for a refund which he refused and luckily for me hotels.com refunded. However consumer rights were on my side as this was not as advertised. I also implored hotels.com to insist the property updates its listing. I have attached photos of the estate for reference.

For me this is not a hotel, it’s a b&b without the breakfast, it’s a house up a cul-de-sac in the middle of a hosing estate, shared bathroom shared TV no tea or coffee machine, parking where you can around the estate, food was allegedly available not pushed and looked very expensive, the Amenities there wasn’t any, having said all that it was very clean and the owner was very pleasant, just very disappointing

This place is no more than a room in a shared house NOT A HOTEL. . Firstly I got an email stating no shuttle . It stated the bus stop was 70 meters away . It was 0.4 miles away . I was left in the dark wandering around a housing estate . I was then stopped by a man telling me he was taking me to the hotel . He took me through some darl alley ways and stopped outside a residential terraced house . There was no signs it certainly did not look like a hotel and nothing like the pictures on its site . He expected me to go into a strange property with him . As a lone woman I was not prepared to do this . I was left petrified and had to find my way back to the main road to the Holuday Innn . It was a house with no swimming pool, no bar, no restaurant , no concierge services , nothing like description . No way is a single woman going into a strange house with no indication it’s a hotel . Expedia have been disgraceful over this . It is totally mud representing its self and ours vulnerable women in a dreadful Position . This should not even be allowed to be listed in this way in Expedia . Who do you think you are treating people and putting women in this frightening vulnerable state . Who is going to go into a private house with a complete stranger . DISGRACEFUL .

It was advertised differently basically it was a house with 3 bedrooms and a shared bath. The host made it work and was very accomodating. Coffee was great. Had to ask for a key to access door to come and go, which the host Taz kindly did. Parking was also adhoc in neighborhood. Local Transport was very good and easily accessible. Shops and restaurants nearby. Good for 1 night stays.

Scam. This place is a fraud. This is not a "boutique hotel". This are a couple of rooms in an old dirty fill or webs house on an awful, dirty and unsafe location. Has to park on the street. Few hours before arrival, owner claimed my card did not got through, adding he was "overbooked": If I wanted to keep booking "I needed to pay extra". He wanted more money, taking advantage of travelers. He took my other card info over e-mail.

The low cost was the main attraction. It is literally a room in someones house but we were made very welcome. Be prepared to take off your shoes on entry. I had been traveling for many hours so my feet were nit quits fresh. The bed is very comfortable. The pool and spa is 1.5 miles away in a leisure centre so we didn’t bother

i was shocked at this place. it is NOT a 4 star hotel. it is a bedroom in someones house. check google for reviews. the guy was nice enough but its on an estate and had to park a long way from accommodation and then found a small house. i had to take my clean trainers off and wear slippers to go upstairs (to protect floor apparently). room was tidied but its a bedroom with a bed wedged in. the bathroom next door had someone elses toiletries in - dont know whose! i ended up leaving in the middle of the night. i am sure the owners are nice but dont stay here expecting a hotel. its a bedroom in someones house in a large housing estate.

A wee bit tricky to find but once you do prepare to be met with warm hospitality. From brilliant coffee & snack, cosy room as described. Clean nice respite for travelers. Excellent curry take away, pubs & shops nearby and walkable. Friendly attentive host is always available to assist. Can recommend.

I just assumed by the name it was a hotel.. not a bedroom upstairs and shared tv room and shared bathroom. If was fine the guy/staff/owner/renter not sure who he was super friendly and helpful… just not what I expected.

You must realize, Bianca House is NOT a hotel in the traditional sense. It is someone’s house. Once you get past this fact, it is a lovely place to stay! Taz (the owner) is an absolute gentleman who bends over backward to serve his guests. Highly recommended.

This is NOT a Tudor house it’s a house on a very run down and messy estate. You have to share a bathroom and at no point does this listing state its such accommodation. Misleading and intimidating scam. Not suitable for solo female Travelers. I ended up spending 30 mins on the phone to hotels.com as I was not comfortable staying here in which time they contacted the “hotel” for a refund which he refused and luckily for me hotels.com refunded. However consumer rights were on my side as this was not as advertised. I also implored hotels.com to insist the property updates its listing. I have attached photos of the estate for reference.

It was advertised differently basically it was a house with 3 bedrooms and a shared bath. The host made it work and was very accomodating. Coffee was great. Had to ask for a key to access door to come and go, which the host Taz kindly did. Parking was also adhoc in neighborhood. Local Transport was very good and easily accessible. Shops and restaurants nearby. Good for 1 night stays.

Scam. This place is a fraud. This is not a "boutique hotel". This are a couple of rooms in an old dirty fill or webs house on an awful, dirty and unsafe location. Has to park on the street. Few hours before arrival, owner claimed my card did not got through, adding he was "overbooked": If I wanted to keep booking "I needed to pay extra". He wanted more money, taking advantage of travelers. He took my other card info over e-mail.

A wee bit tricky to find but once you do prepare to be met with warm hospitality. From brilliant coffee & snack, cosy room as described. Clean nice respite for travelers. Excellent curry take away, pubs & shops nearby and walkable. Friendly attentive host is always available to assist. Can recommend.

This place is no more than a room in a shared house NOT A HOTEL. . Firstly I got an email stating no shuttle . It stated the bus stop was 70 meters away . It was 0.4 miles away . I was left in the dark wandering around a housing estate . I was then stopped by a man telling me he was taking me to the hotel . He took me through some darl alley ways and stopped outside a residential terraced house . There was no signs it certainly did not look like a hotel and nothing like the pictures on its site . He expected me to go into a strange property with him . As a lone woman I was not prepared to do this . I was left petrified and had to find my way back to the main road to the Holuday Innn . It was a house with no swimming pool, no bar, no restaurant , no concierge services , nothing like description . No way is a single woman going into a strange house with no indication it’s a hotel . Expedia have been disgraceful over this . It is totally mud representing its self and ours vulnerable women in a dreadful Position . This should not even be allowed to be listed in this way in Expedia . Who do you think you are treating people and putting women in this frightening vulnerable state . Who is going to go into a private house with a complete stranger . DISGRACEFUL .

i was shocked at this place. it is NOT a 4 star hotel. it is a bedroom in someones house. check google for reviews. the guy was nice enough but its on an estate and had to park a long way from accommodation and then found a small house. i had to take my clean trainers off and wear slippers to go upstairs (to protect floor apparently). room was tidied but its a bedroom with a bed wedged in. the bathroom next door had someone elses toiletries in - dont know whose! i ended up leaving in the middle of the night. i am sure the owners are nice but dont stay here expecting a hotel. its a bedroom in someones house in a large housing estate.

I cancelled this reservation upon sight of it, This was very falsely represented on Expedia. It was simply an unmarked house in a crappy neighborhood allotment. It was very difficult to find, and there was no sign to identify it. I never stepped foot inside- This was not what I expected and not for me! I now understand why it is non- refundable booking. I’m sure I am not the first person to turn away.

For me this is not a hotel, it’s a b&b without the breakfast, it’s a house up a cul-de-sac in the middle of a hosing estate, shared bathroom shared TV no tea or coffee machine, parking where you can around the estate, food was allegedly available not pushed and looked very expensive, the Amenities there wasn’t any, having said all that it was very clean and the owner was very pleasant, just very disappointing

Be aware, this is not a hotel, but rather a house located in a residential area with only three rooms. There is no breakfast, no swimming pool, and it is definitely not the so-called four-star hotel they claimed it to be. The three rooms share a single bathroom, and there are rules against showering and blow-drying your hair past 11 PM and before 7 AM. The rooms are small and dimly lit. SCAMMED we felt totally scammed. If your thinking of Booking this place Please read all the poor reviews in relation to this property, they are all accurate. Its NOT A HOTEL, Its a house in what looks like council estate. Its a 4 bedroom house that this man let's out with a several Booking platforms with a listing that is totally inaccurate. Like many have said, pool and gym pictures do not exist at the property, they are in a leisure centre down the road. We booked a family room that was advertised as 1 king bed 1 double bed 1 single bed private bathroom for 4 nights in a Non smoking "hotel" ,booked over a month ago. Got message day before arrival saying we needed to pay extra to make it private bathroom with 3 rooms. Told we need to book 2 more rooms, we stayed 1 night. Smoke in 2 rooms unbearable if you have asthma, banging constantly through night from neighbours, it was an extremely hot few days so windows had to be left open. 1 fan available, was useless, curfew in rules not told about had to be back in house by 11pm , cant shower or make noise between 11 and 6am. If we had of know all this in the online booking we would not have booked at all. We had to go to 2 family events that would have both have been after 2am arrival back. Totally ridiculous, we left after 1 night , didn't feel safe or secure and walking on eggshells as a previous guest has said in reviews. So we booked elsewhere, this listing needs to be taken down by Hotels com. Totally misleading

This is the furthest thing from a boutique hotel - it's at best a shared-room, shared bathroom AirBNB with a live-in host!! This felt very disguised and buried in the posting details. The TV Lounge is the host's living room, the workspace is his computer desk next to dining room table. The parking is 'free' insofar as it's you finding a spot somewhere to park in the estate. We got lucky on arrival that Taz was in, otherwise there wouldn't have been much ability to get into the property. The room (which is the "executive suite") was pretty much just a bed with some cabinets that were falling apart, and everything was just a bit shabby. Anything alluding to having a pool, gym, sports facilities, a bar on property, 24h room service, coffee shop, restaurant, in-room kitchenette, valet parking or a BANQUET HALL is misleading at best (e.g. water park & gym within a 1km/1mi drive, with no association to the property!), if not a downright lie. As it is being lived in by the host, house rules included no showers after 11:00 PM or before 6:00 AM (which got in the way of the early start we had planned). There was also to be no loud talking in the rooms at any particular time, which made for a generaly uncomfortable, 'walking on eggshells' experience. On top of that, the house had a smell that seemed a mix of strong food odours & cigarette smoke! Do not get fooled into thinking this is a boutique hotel experience.
