Very friendly young man at check-in ! - even though we were tired and a little demanding about parking and charging our electric car. Nice rooms. Really good breakfast. Stayed overnight on the way to Italy - also stayed overnight last year. The restaurant closed, even though we had been told it was open :-( but found a super good Italian restaurant close to the hotel.

Check-in was rather slow, the garage does not have enough space when fully booked (which is not a problem as there is enough parking near by) the bathroom has only a glass ( non transparent) sliding door, which offers little privacy, otherwise a very modern and clean hotel. I appreciated the gym, which is difficult to find in most hotels.

The two young gentlemen running the bar were especially good, and kind too. They gave me some cold milk in a little jug so that I could take it to my room to have it with my English breakfast tea that I had brought with me from home. This kindness was very much appreciated. Both gentlemen were really obliging and helpful.

Hotel was fine. Rooms very small. Food at restaurant was very bad and overpriced. Sunday dining option was a buffet only. A plate of buns and a plate of awful burgers. A tray of over cooked salmon and a tray of rice. It was appalling. The burger was the worst thing I have ever eaten and had hard white lumps all through it. €25 per person plus €5.50 for a diet coke. Was the worst food I have ever eaten and the worlds most expensive hamburger. Avoid at all costs.

Nice hotel in Neuperlach, an easy 20 minute subway journey into the center. Modern decors, a solid 3 to 4 star. Gym is very small but I was the only one there so fine. Breakfast buffet looked nice, we didn’t try it. Italian Cantina close by is a very nice restaurant.

Ich bin häufig hier Gast. Das Personal ist immer sehr nett. In den Duschkabinen findet man aber mittlerweile Schimmel in den Ecken. Hier könnte mehr Augenmerk drauf gelegt werden. Ansonsten sind die Zimmer top! Die Gymnastikmatten im Fitnessraum sind leider unterirdisch schlecht. Ein Bodentraining ist hier nicht möglich ohne sich am Steißbein zu verletzen. Sehr sehr schade! Habe ich nun schon zweimal dem Personal mitgeteilt. Ich werde die nächsten Male meine eigene Matte mitnehmen.

Booked for the first 2 nights in Munich to get over jet lag. Beds were comfortable with good pillows. Room and hotel were very clean. The staff was excellent. All of my questions and requests (like for an extra towel) were answered nicely and quickly. I couldn't hear noise from other rooms nor from the hallway. It was so helpful to be able to make coffee/tea in the room, and to have a small refrigerator. There was also a hair dryer available. It was a short walk to the train (<5 min). Overall I couldn't find anything negative for our stay. I definitely recommend.

Zimmer sehr neu und einchecken reibungslos - Unsere Anmerkung wurde berücksichtigt und beide Zimmer sogar frühzeitig bereit! Aber: Zimmer Reinigung super unprofessionell! Meine Schlafanzüge auf dem Bett wurden nicht gefaltet und auf meinem Koffer geworfen!!! Meine Decke wurde am zweiten Tag mit der falschen Richtung (mit der Öffnung auf Kopfseite) gelegt. Eine Packung Feuchttücher von mir die ich an der Ecke des Waschbeckens gelegt habe wurde schräg woanders darauf gelegt. Sowas nie erlebt und soll gar nicht in so einem kettenhotel passieren!!!

It’s quite a basic hotel with small rooms and single beds pulled together with an uncomfortable gap in between them. There’s nothing wrong with the hotel but I wouldn’t pay to stay there on a holiday. For a place to sleep for work trips it’s totally fine. However for a business trip the desk depth is really difficult to use with a laptop.

Modernes und sehr sauberes Hotel. Die Zimmer waren komfortabel und ruhig. Super MVV Anbindung mit U und S Bahn. Supermarkt, Bäcker und verschiedene Lokale bequem zu Fuß zu erreichen. Das Team war sehr freundlich.

Das Frühstücksbuffet war außergewöhnlich, reichhaltig, vielfältig. Es ist sehr zu empfehlen. Die Anbindung an den ÖPNV ist sehr gut. Es hat uns super gefallen. Würden wir jederzeit weiter empfehlen.

Neues und modernes Hotel. Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend, gastfreundlich und nett. Die Lage ist für die Durchreise perfekt, allerdings ist es relativ weit von der Innenstadt entfernt. Dafür gibt es aber sehr nah eine U-Bahn Station. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Neues und modernes Hotel. Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend, gastfreundlich und nett. Die Lage ist für die Durchreise perfekt, allerdings ist es relativ weit von der Innenstadt entfernt. Dafür gibt es aber sehr nah eine U-Bahn Station. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Nice hotel in Neuperlach, an easy 20 minute subway journey into the center. Modern decors, a solid 3 to 4 star. Gym is very small but I was the only one there so fine. Breakfast buffet looked nice, we didn’t try it. Italian Cantina close by is a very nice restaurant.

Very friendly young man at check-in ! - even though we were tired and a little demanding about parking and charging our electric car. Nice rooms. Really good breakfast. Stayed overnight on the way to Italy - also stayed overnight last year. The restaurant closed, even though we had been told it was open :-( but found a super good Italian restaurant close to the hotel.

Bin wirklich sehr überrascht, von diesem hervorragendem Hotel. So einen Luxus hat man selten. Zimmer perfekt ausgestattet, sogar mit Tablet. Die Anbindung zu den Öffentlichen um die Ecke, der Park and Ride Parkplatz kostet für 24 Std sage und schreibe 1,50 €.Das Frühstück bayrisch geprägt mit Weißwurst, Bratwurst, Obatzten, Sekt und und und. KEIN Plastikmüll, alles frisch. Bin hoch begeistert und HIER IMMER WIEDER !

Hotel was fine. Rooms very small. Food at restaurant was very bad and overpriced. Sunday dining option was a buffet only. A plate of buns and a plate of awful burgers. A tray of over cooked salmon and a tray of rice. It was appalling. The burger was the worst thing I have ever eaten and had hard white lumps all through it. €25 per person plus €5.50 for a diet coke. Was the worst food I have ever eaten and the worlds most expensive hamburger. Avoid at all costs.

It was a good, decent hotel. The beds were comfortable, the staff was helpful, and the breakfast was good. It was within walking distance of the subway and also there was a grocery store nearby, which was very convenient. Downsides were the room was very small and the air conditioning didn’t work so well, so we were sometimes too hot.
