Handy property easy walk into Town, Natural light in bathroom, Automatic block out curtains, all tea coffee microwave, kettle toaster etc amenities to make it an easy place to stay. Tesla Charger was a massive bonus if you have an EV

The person at reception was helpful but had strong BO. The linen and bathroom were clean. The floor had dust bunnies. The roof of the bathroom is in need of repair and paint. There were cobwebs behind the doors. The TV remote was not easy to select stations. The AC cut out one morning. No outside lighting late at night.

Lovely rooms and conventient location for basing yourself near Bright and Lake Buffalo, cost friendly, and exceeded our expectations. Owners are lovely, very friendly and helpful. Spa bath in units is VERY deep! You do need to step up high to get in and out and and shower is over tub too, suited us just fine, but if you have any mobility issues just be aware.

Everything was very nice. The photos online do not do justice of the actual room. In reality the rooms are better. The only feedback i would give is to have more hot water for the room with the spa. We filled it once but then there was not enough hot water to maintain the right temperature of the water.

Perfectly located for cyclists. Bike cage to secure bike. Happy to store my panniers earlier than my arrival and after my departure and also did that for my companions not staying at the motel for half a day. This allowed a car to transport bags uphill to Beechworth

We arrived after hours, but the motel had a proactive and easy check in service for us. Room is super clean, new bathroom and everything in working order. We stayed 5 nights and everything was good. The BBQ area is really cosy and lovely. We didn't use it, but will do so when we return next year!

Perfect stay for budget trip to skiing at Falls Creek or Mt Hotham. Have personally stayed here several times over more than 10 years and never been disappointed. The decor may not be to everyone’s liking, however the comfort, quietness and cleanliness cannot be faulted.

Black mold in the bathroom that made the room smell musty. Our clothes were contaminated with the smell. Not safe for humans unless thoroughly cleaned and properly ventilated

We were allocated a room that wasn't in a good location - close to reception and the main road/entrance. However, the worst thing we found was dirty bed sheet that appeared to have blood stains. To the motel's credit, they immediately changed the room for us. In this period with heightened COVID awareness an unclean room is difficult to accept.

This property is in desperate need of renovation and does not deserve the 4 star rating it holds. Cracks in the paint work, uncomfortable bed, dust coated surfaces, pink mould around the basin sink hole, WiFi that keeps dropping out (to the point it is unusable).. the list goes on. Its one saving grace is it's close proximity to the centre of Myrtleford.

Had a really great stay here and would recommend to anyone. When I opened the door, I was truly amazed to see the room was so spacious and really well set out. The bathroom was also a great space for the sink and shower. Some places your shoulders would touch both sides of the walls but this definitely was not that. Going there at the end of July, you want the heater to work and it certainly did that. The bed was really comfy, especially since I had been having terrible back problems during my holiday so the last thing you want is a block of concrete to sleep on. This was great. In fact, I also fell asleep on the lounge in there. The fella on reception was a top bloke too. Some places certainly could learn from him. I will certainly be back :-)

We keep coming back every year at Easter. This year we arrived late, after the Reception had closed, and when I entered my room I realised I had made a mistake and booked the wrong room type (I needed twin beds and got one queen bed, my mistake). I managed to get hold of the reception and they went out of their way late in the evening to fix the issue and give me a different room. Thank you. They do not provide room service on public holidays and it would have been nice if they had provided extra clean towels to make up for this. Having said that, had I asked for extra towels I am sure I would have received them.

I got called about police and shooter incident and then , I didn’t get a refund. Very spooked and disappointed in owners non refund policy. As I would have totally stayed if not surrounded by police.
