Very updated and pretty. Parking lot is small and you will get ticketed if you park in the wrong spot. Breakfast is not up to the caliber I would expect for a hotel with a Chophouse

There was literally no where to park when we came back. Only parking available was paid parking in a neighboring lot. For what we paid for the room I would think we should get a parking spot. Wissota is a great place to spend a $100 on a poorly cooked steak though!

One of the rooms we reserved did not have a shower curtain and dirty wash cloth was left in shower which cleaning staff obviously missed. The bedding protector beneath the sheets did not fit snugly and kept sliding off which made it very uncomfortable to sleep.

The staff was friendly both on arrival and departure. The breakfast area was clean, well-stocked, and the staff was very friendly in the breakfast room. I was disappointed with the cleanliness of the room as the bathroom floor was obviously not swept/mopped because there were several bobby pins on the floor. which were not mine or my daughter's.

The Cobblestone has an ideal location in downtown Point. Walking distance to downtown restaurants and bars. My only complaint was how loud it was. As a newer hotel I would figure that the sound proofing would be really good but it was not. We had 3 rooms of family members in various areas of the hotel and we all could hear people walking and/or running in the rooms above us. Doors slamming was also loud. Make sure you ask for a refund on the safe charge upon check out if you did not use the safe. I think they put it on the bill hoping people don’t read the little sign by the front desk explaining that you need to ask to have it removed.

This hotel is beautiful - the rooms were immaculate and the common areas are also well maintained. The check-in process was easy and the front desk clerk was friendly. Bedding and pillows were extremely comfortable. Only concern is that there was quite a bit of noise coming from the room above me - not sure if there was just an espcially loud walker.

Upon check in I requested housekeeping services, each day of my three day stay. Day one when I returned no housekeeping for my room, so I had to ask for additional towels. Second day, again no housekeeping, even as I saw rooms being cleaned on my floor. It appears the hotel doesn’t have sufficient staff. The only staff person I talked to or saw, expressed frustration with me even asking for room service and was very unfriendly. I’ve stayed at this hotel at least 4-5 times for 2-3 nights. For the rate paid I expect housekeeping and a welcoming front desk staff. That was not what I experienced.

The bathtub was clogged. When we went to shower this morning the tub filled with dirty water from the drain. When we checked out with the front desk staff - Emily, we made her aware for maintenance, she said there was nothing she could do for this inconvenience because we “prepaid”. Otherwise if we would have booked through Cobblestone then she could have provided a discount for the unusable shower. The lack of care and customer service felt like a major brush off. It doesn’t matter where you book, the hotel should care that their facilities are in working order.

Did not like that there was no personnel/receptionist at front desk for check in/check out and other inquiries we had during our stay. We’ve stayed here several times and it’s always been very clean and quiet with a very friendly staff. The prices are good and it’s great that they allow pets. It’s weird, however, that there is no fan in the bathroom. The breakfast is very basic with no gluten-free options.

It’s an ok hotel. Not great value for the money in Stevens Point. Breakfast buffet was empty of most hot foods both times I went. Bananas were totally brown/black. Room was nice enough but nothing special. Restaurant prices are very high.

This is my second time staying here and will probably stay here again when I travel to Stevens Point. It has a great location near the beautiful parks and down town area. My only complaint is that the continental breakfast was not the greatest. It started at 7am on the weekend and by the time we came down at 8 a lot of things were gone.

Cobblestone was fine. Nothing great and nothing bad to review here. Very average hotel with average facilities. It was frustrating that the breakfast that was set out at 8am was all that would be cooked when it ended at 9. Settled for one piece of sausage. Also frustrating a hotel bar closes at 10pm on the weekend - but I could’ve figured that out before I booked. Overall, not a 3 star rating for anything bad - just don’t deserve a higher ranking for anything good.

it was nice. The property was clean, modern helpful staff, but it was noisy. You could hear the water running through the pipes when someone was showering. You could hear footsteps above you as well as people in rooms next to you. Our room was next to the elevator and you could hear the elevator run every time it did

While this was our third stay at the Cobblestone Hotel, and we enjoyed it, we did have a couple of communication concerns that could have been better addressed by management. •During our stay the parking lot directly behind the hotel filled up quickly and no spaces were available. There was a parking lot just beyond the hotel but most of the parking spaces were signed that parking was by permit only. The hotel staff could not tell us how to obtain a permit so that our car would not be ticketed or towed. That was stressful. •There wasn’t information in the room stating where ice machines were located. We tried using the room phone to call the desk but kept getting a busy signal. Instead, we had to go down to the desk to find the ice machine location. •The elevator was very slow.
