Lovely staff! My family and I enjoyed our mini vacation here and had a great time. Staff was very friendly and attentive. I was able to use the facility’s gym but it did seem neglected. It was super dusty.

I got this room based on the pictures and what was showed online to be available. This was a short trip for my family and I deeply regret staying at this hotel. The pool was green and dirty, yet when we told management about it they said it was fine to swim in. I wouldn’t let my children swim in it. The ac doesn’t work in the hallways. The room we stayed in wasn’t the cleanest and the bedsheets had stains and hair all over them. They finally got the pool cleaned but as we were leaving, so we never did get to swim. Some staff members were nice, while others acted like it was a burden to deal with you. Other guests were incredibly loud and had their TV and music going nearly all night. And other guests were at the pool with their music blaring and after pool hours - late at night! Not sure why they wanted to swim in a nasty green pool but okay… The breakfast was the only positive about our stay there.

Room was great. Didn't like that the back door to the pool would lock. You had to walk all around to the front to get back in. I approached the clerk and he just told me that we keep it locked. Please inform the guest because it was a lot of people upset

The staff is friendly and the rooms are clean BUT it's semi truck traffic central with a huge Flying J gas station and massive semi truckstop a block away. The semi traffic is nonstop all hours of the day and night. It's also dirty and dusty in front of the hotel. There is a large open patch of dirt just outside the paved hotel parking lot and semis drive through there and kick up the dust. They also park there overnight and idle. My car, which I had washed before the trip, was covered in dust for the first few days from all the semi traffic, but luckily it rained hard for two days, but then it all truned to mud tracked onto the hard surface of the road by the semis. On the backside of the hotel right adjacent to the outdoor pool is a semi-truck wash that always has a line up of semis idling and waiting to get washed. You can smell the cattle trucks and hog trucks waiting to get washed. The hotel is also situated on the 3 lane frontage road to Interstate10. You have the frontage road of three lanes of traffic and next to that is the interstate with 3 lanes of traffic. You can imagine the noise, smell, and traffic congestion surrounding the area of the hotel. I feel it was overpriced for all the annoyances and noise surrounding the property.

The 1st room had roof leaks, bed comforters had yellow stains and pubic hair. There was a whole in the wall and the it was dusty. I let the front office clerk know and she showed me another room. The second room the bed comforters were stained, walls were dirty and scraped and the room was very dusty. We were there due to a Medical Emergency and couldn’t find 2 rooms near by on New Year’s Eve so I asked if the housekeeper could please change the sheets and dust since I was traveling with small children. They said housekeeper was gone for the day but they would show me another room. Third room was worst, AC unit was coming of the wall, roof leaks, it smell rotten and the dirtiness of the bed was disgusting. I decided on the second room but asked for clean sheets, comforter pillow cases, etc and changed them myself. When, I was changing the pillow cases one of the pillow was stained with a big splash of blood. That evening we just bathed and slept and didn’t unpack anything. We had booked for 2 nights but I was not planning on staying there under such disgusting and horrific circumstances. In the morning we showered and I threw away the clothes we had when were there. I explained to the receptionist and Manager that we couldn’t stay there because of those conditions and they said that was fine but that they wouldn’t reimburse me the second night on both rooms. If I had an issue to contact Expedia, and all Expedia could do for me was give me $30 credit to use at another hotel.

This stay was an absolute disaster. The room was dirty, there was a hole in the ceiling, the comforter was dirty. The first female at the counter was rude, both room keys didn’t work. We came back to the hotel and the front deck clerk (male) was sleep on the couch. We asked for additional towels (only one set in the room) and after about 10 minutes he comes back with pool towels and said he couldn’t find any. The shower was full of mold. We will never stay at the brand in the future!

We were very disappointed after checking into our room. The carpet in our room was filthy. The room needs new carpet. We requested a handicap room and the only thing that was handicap was the bathroom. The room had two queen beds and there was NO room for a wheelchair to move around, The curtains did not fit the window so the parking light lights shined right into our room. The nightstand had a broken edge. In the morning when we went down for breakfast, there was not an attendant cleaning the food area. There was food, syrup and pancake batter all over the counters. The container for bagels and bread did not have tongs to pick up the bagel so people used their fingers! The bath towels are so old. Our room was stocked with only 1 washcloth, 1 hand towel and 2 bath towels. I know we could have requested more but we shouldn't have to since we had two people in the room. The only good thing I can say is the water pressure was good, the TV worked but the microwave didn't work correctly. We rented two room one for us and one for my daughter and her family. It was not a good experience for a weekend getaway. I payed $151.00 for each room. I felt totally ripped off. We will not be booking at LaQuinta again.

Only downside was the tv in the room I was in wasn’t working properly and had a blue tint to it. Only stayed one night so didn’t bother to complain about it to the front desk, but might be something that would bother me had I been staying a few more nights.

The parking lot is very small. The TV is terrible. The screen had a blue hue to it. The apps on the TV would not update saying it was a problem with the connection, but the TV was connected to the Wi-Fi and the TV only have four working channels. The worst part of it was the TV.

Couple for one night stay. LaQuinta typically is a safe go-to for me but this was the worst one I’ve ever been to. The first room smelled of old wet carpet. Got a new room. The hallway was hot and damp. The toilet was loose from the floor. Everything seemed shoddy. There is a street lamp on the west side of the building that floods the west rooms with light. Had to arrange furniture and pillows to stop some of the light from pouring through the curtains. Nothing seemed very clean. I usually like LaQuinta’s breakfast but skipped it this time. The fellow working the desk was friendly and helpful.

Good overnight stay. Bed broke in the middle of the night due to being on 4 singular little stilts with no support. Half the stilts were not even screwed in. Just sitting under the bed.

Front desk called from a different area code and did not leave any messages til about the 4th call stating that they were going to cancel, since we planned to arrive late either way, and by the time we could call back realizing it was the hotel calling to confirm our stay they canceled the booking. Luckily I was able to call back in traffic upon getting closer to the hotel to advise them that we were checking in soon and almost on property. They did fix it and book the room back, but if they would've called from the hotel area code, or leave a message upon the first attempt, we would've definitely given them an answer if they gave us the chance. Other than that it was okay

After we were given the wrong room to begin with, we were lied to about an extra roll-away bed, it took us about another 30 minutes of arguing with the desk clerk and they made a phone call...all of a sudden, the roll-away bed that was not available---suddenly was. There were other things that bothered me about this stay. The really only good thing was the "housekeeper"...she was very nice.

Two of the front desk employees had such a strong accent (Indian, Pakistani or Iranian?) that it was very difficult to effectively communicate with them. The 3rd (a woman) spoke great English. Although I pre-payed through Expedia, I later found out that they also charged me for the room on my debit card (which was required for incidentals). They eventually resolved the issue by reversing the charge. The elevator and the 3rd floor hallway had NO A/C, but our room did. The breakfast was pathetic.This used to be a good property, but has gone downhill.

The staff was very nice and everything was very clean and tidy, but the motel on the inside was a little dated and there is construction around the property so everybody knows how that is. Overall, we had a very good experience staying there.

Checkin was very concerning because front desk person did not speak clear English. He said I needed to pay but I had paid online. Then he said he still needed my credit card to run for any incendiaries that I might use. Then he handed me a receipt to sign that showed a charge for $98.33. I ask what that for and he said it is what I paid for the room. That was not the amount I had paid for the room online. So either he was trying to scam me or he really didn’t know what the charge was for. I definitely will not stay there again.

The people on the top floor were very loud n running around and we told the property manager nand he said there was nothing he could do about it and this was like 12 am and 1 am all the loud noise so never again will we stay there !!!!

Good location, well lit property, nice surrounding area. Fitness Center wasn't huge but fine. Great breakfast, good water pressure, good TV selection although the picture/color on the TV in my room was dull. Nice staff. Anything to "nitpick" at was nothing I had to actually complain to staff about and wouldn't prevent me from staying there again.

The hotel is convenient to shopping and restaurants. The staff were very helpful and knowledgeable of the community. Lobby, reception, halls and room were very clean. The only minor issue is the hotel is going through a reno and some materials were in the hall areas. This was not a big deal but it was the only issue that I saw. This hotel is very well run.

Excellent stay. Front desk clerks were super friendly. Room was clean and functional. Beds were comfy. I even ma aged to do a load of laundry. Breakfast was ok. Eggs and potatoes, sausage, make your own waffles, fruit, bagels, etc. Juice and coffee.

Everything was great, The bathroom door had water damage on it and It looks like they tries to fix it with no luck, The free breakfast was meek, just cereal and powered eggs with no yogurt which is standard and lack of frersh friut.

The rooms are clean. Pillows are small but they have four of them on the bed. Had to ask for a TV remote, could not call the front desk for it because the phone did not work. But still a good place to stay. It had the best breakfast that I have seen in a long time in a hotel.
