Wow, we spent 3 nights here visiting family in the area. So clean, great fresh breakfast offerings. Two brand new clean Weber grills out on the patio and the hotel has a grill cart filled with bbq utensils and a basket of spices to use! so we ran up to Sprouts nearby and bought lamb and steak and cooked with the family it was great.

This was a comfortable room with a full kitchen and comfortable bed. We had our takeout food one evening on the patio near the pool. There were bar-b-ques that we could use as well. This hotel was like a home away from home.

The elevators were out of service most of the time, especially on our arrival. I had to use the steps to get to our room. I have knee problems and it make it difficult to up and down the stairs.

Hotel was as expected room was clean staff friendly. From the parking lot you could smell a very strong chemical cleaner smell, I thought it might be a vent from the laundry. Unfortunately it was not. The smell in the room could only be described as intense. It smelled like fabulouso and was incredibly strong. It was really overwhelming, the lobby the whole place and the parking lot smelled awful. Almost got used to it by morning but not quite. Everything else was fine kitchen in the room was good all of it. If I had been staying more than one night I would have gone elsewhere.

We stayed at this hotel two different nights in the same week as it was close to the airport and fit within our travel plans. We intentionally chose this hotel because it’s a Marriott and have always had good experiences. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were spacious however we found the beds very hard and uncomfortable. The rooms also were not very clean. It looked like no one had vacuumed and, on our second night, one of the rooms had ants all over the counter. The staff was helpful and we were able to switch rooms quickly. If we travel in that area again, we will most likely stay at a different hotel.

Very clean. Very nice room equipped with full kitchen- stove, frig, DW, microwave, dishes, pots&pans. Beautiful bathroom with real, soft towels. Great TV and service. Best breakfast ever. Couldn't be more pleased. Would highly recommend.

The hotel was great for our 2 night stay. The room was very well appointed, lovely kitchen and great shower. The bed was comfy and large and the room was quiet with plenty of space for 2 adults and a child. The area around has plenty of shops and fast food options if needed. We stayed to visit the Everglades and it is a short drive to the National Park. I would definitely recommend the hotel. The only area of improvement would be breakfast. Although I appreciate it is included, so wouldn’t be a large selection, the room it’s provided in is very small and it got very busy with no where to sit in the small dining area. I advise to go early or grab something you can bring back to the room. Otherwise, it was a great place to stay.

Staff are excellent and best I’ve interacted with in a long time. Breakfast was very good. Walkable to some restaurants. My only issue was the room smelled highly of cleaning chemicals, which was overwhelming. Maybe some wouldn’t mind it, but it was too much for me. Everything else is too notch.

Hotel is still nice, room comfortable. We notice some wear. Our sink had cracks that could only have occurred if something very heavy dropped. Breakfast was excellent for a buffet. Area is becoming even more congested and difficult to navigate. Too much housing development especially near the Everglades National Park.

There needs to be more than one hook in the bathroom The bed was too firm. The breakfast buffet was just average. Other Marriott Hotels offer freshly made waffles. We were disappointed in the Eggo waffles. The coffee wasn’t very good either.

Room was nice, clean and updated compared to other options in the homestead area. Staff were friendly and helpful. Good breakfast options. Only issue was the the floor got wet near the window when it was raining. The staffs only answer was “when it rains this hard it is normal for a leak” and they wet vacuum/spot dryed with towels to solve the issue. It wasnt raining that heavy for Florida, Ive never heard of leaks being normal with heavy rain…

We stayed at a standard room which had almost all the kitchen stuff except an oven, but the room size is too small, there was only one chair we can share, one person had to sit on the bed all the time, we stayed 3 nights there, luckily we had a lot outside activities.they may have larger rooms available. Their standard room definitely fits two people comfortably.

The room size was great but the staff was pretty rude! On top of the fact that out of a 4 day stay I asked once for room service and they didn’t make the bed nor put fresh towels nor take out the trash. AND my daughters xl bathmat went missing the day they supposedly went into my room to service it. Not recommended at all!

Great place to stay if you are heading to the Homestead Raceway. Easy access 10 minutes. Also great location for Biscayne and Everglades National Parks right in the middle for both. Plenty of easy walk places to eat and Publix grocery stop across the street. Would definitely stay here again. Very clean, service was great, and breakfast in the morning

We stayed at this hotel simply because the location was fairly close to the Miami airport. The gentleman at the front desk was very friendly and gave us a great tip about taking an airboat ride at a local alligator farm rather than driving an hour north like we had planned. The room was very spacious and comfortable. Breakfast had both hot and cold options and plenty of indoor and outdoor seating.

Comfy room and bed. Loved the moving desk!!! My only issue was the breakfast. It was warmed up frozen biscuits and waffles. Not good!
