名古屋出張時はよく利用します。立地条件が良く、名古屋駅から歩いて近くにあり、コンビニも１Fにありますので不便ありません。問題は敷地内駐車場が５.６台しかなく。チェックインが遅いと提携駐車場に案内されます。室内は設備もよく、ウニっとバスではなく、バス、トイレが別なのが私のお気に入りです。

Walkable from Nagoya station around 5mins. Just below the hotel there is 7-eleven and another bigger 7-eleven just across the hotel. There is also a 24hrs supermarket further down from the bigger 7-eleven where you can grab some decent food to heat up in the hotel(hotel has microwave, ice machine and washing machine at certain floors.) For people who like animation, Animate store is just beside the hotel. Check in is at 2pm but you can leave your luggages while you explore nearby area. Check out is easy by dropping your card at the auto check out machine. Overall a very pleasant stay. :)

洗濯乾燥機が使えますが、複数の階に分かれているため移動が少なくすみ便利です。　車の利用についてはホテル裏は4台くらいしか停められないため基本は提携先の駐車場になりますが、そちらも満車に近いため時間帯や休みが近い時は車での宿泊はやめた方がいいかもしれません。

Relatively new hotel with nice facilities and close to Nagoya station. I would give it 5-star rating except we were not allowed to check in early by only 30 minutes (1:30pm instead of 2pm) even though the room was available. The front desk is not very friendly when asked about body lotion etc. (there are none). We requested a quiet room at booking but were disappointed that we still had to discuss it with the front desk when check-in and ended up being given a room facing a busy road (and the shrine). The laundry facility is available on multiple floors and the machines were quite new including washing/dryer combo machines. Walking distance (less than 10 min) to the station where there are lots of dining options. The breakfast buffet was excellent with many Japanese and Thai/Vietnamese dishes.

Very close to Nagoya station, my room was large for Japan, with room for working on my computer. The Vietnamese restaurant associated with the hotel, was good and convenient, when I did not want to brave the decision making involved in selecting as restaurant in one of the restaurants around the hoetl The breakfast there was a bargain when made with my reservation.

Both hotel exterior and interior look new and modern. The rooms are small but otherwise clean and functional. Everything you need is there. The separation of dry and wet areas in the bathroom is appreciated. Bed is comfy. Could consider providing a wider variety of disposable amenities/toiletries at the amenity corner beyond basic stuff like toothbrush, comb and shaving kit.

Terrible check in. Gave us a room with NO window (they claim it has a window, but it's actually a fake one). When I complained and asked for change they blamed us for not making a request with window in advance. But actually all their photos on the website have windows and they didn't state the room has no window. Almost all staff at reception desk don't speak Eng (at best very limited), they rely on using a translation device for two-way communication. And the change of room process was extremely slow. No apologies at all for giving us a windowless room while there're better ones. When we asked for 2 more bath towels by phone, a staff came up with 1 bath towel, I said we couldn't share towel, she said with poor Eng that one person's only allowed one hand towel and one bath towel. Is this a hotel or a prison? The rate was not cheap at all! Then she came again and gave us 4 bath towels and each day replenished another 4. So eventually our cabinet was filled with a stack of unused towels and PJ (They kept refilling PJ even when they're not used). Staff are cold, mechanic, unhelpful and inefficient. Room facility is OK, except for the original room with no window which features a separate toilet seat in a dark cell with no window. Hospitality is non exist here.

Location was okay, around 7-8mins walk from Meitetsu Nagoya station. 7-11 was just downstairs, and a Lawson 2 mins walk away. But there wasn\'t much restaurant choices nearby. Room size was acceptable, we were able to lay open 2 large and 1 medium suitcases. 3 major setbacks: Firstly, there was a small blood stain inside the toilet in front of the toilet seat; Secondly, we asked for a few more towels, but found there was a piece of lower-body hair on 1 of them; Lastly and most importantly, when we entered the room, there were just 2 "thin" and "soft" pillows for the 3 of us (2 adults and 1 child). We asked the reception for more, but they said because the hotel was fully booked, the entire hotel did not have any left. So we asked them to give us a couple more towels to be placed underneath the pillow.

The hotel staff was wonderful! Helped us retrieve things we left in the room after check out and stored a lot of our luggage as we waited to catch our train to next stop. Clean, and good showers and good breakfast. Excellent location for train station.

荷物を預けていたので、カウンターでチェックインをお願いしたところ、名前や住所電話番号などをシートに記入させられたあと、今度は自動チェックイン機でルームキーを作るよう言われた。二度手間のように感じた。自動チェックイン機のそばには荷物置きもなかった。こんなことなら、まずはチェックインしてから、クロークに預けた荷物を受け取りたかった。
