Check in was quick and easy even though we checked in after 8pm. Rooms were very clean. Water pressure was good. Our small dog was welcomed. They offered a nice variety for breakfast including waffles, bacon, eggs, muffins, fruit, yogurt, bagels, and cereal. Location had several restaurants in walking distance as well as easy access to the Monon trail for a quick walk. Will definitely stay again.

The staff did not advise us that the pool was closed. If we had known this information we would have booked a different hotel! Also they allowed other guests teenaged children to run hallways and yell until well past midnight!!

We ended up paying cash for our room… The person at the service desk did not know how to do a transaction using cash and we ended up receiving a $25 refund and it took forever to get the refund so we said forget it keep it because again it was a cancel transaction. The pool door was broken. It took a good 10 to 15 minutes for somebody to figure out how to get into the other side of the pool to unlock the door for the main pool.

Front desk repeatedly couldn’t find our reservation. Pool was broken-wish that would be posted somewhere before we booked. Found a clump of hair on the bathroom floor when we first got there. Breakfast was ok. Beds were comfy. It was conveniently located to Grand Park, which is why we chose it.

The hotel was great, however, the key system was down and you had to be escorted to your room every time you left. With no key, you had to ask to get into the pool, the gym, the ice room, etc. It definitely felt like you had zero freedom and had to wait for an “escort” and ask to do anything during the stay. It was easier to just stay in the room - super inconvenient. We even swapped off at breakfast so someone was in the room to let the other in. I’d have much rather eaten with my family. Also, most times the front desk would ask to see my ID to get access, but there were times they didn’t and just let us in with a room number - didn’t seem very secure at that point.

Loved our stay. The guys at the desk recommended the neighboring restaurant for dinner vs the long drive back to Indianapolis, and we were so glad we listened. Grindstone had delicious and HUGE offerings. Super convenient. Allowed the kids to enjoy the pool more.

Breakfast had a variety of options from eaggs, bacon, oatmeal, potatoes and waffles. Even had a cereal . Would of preferred more fresh fruit options. Rooms were good bathroom walls were little dirty by shower . No trash bags avaialble in cans. Staff was helpful when needed any assistance. Was not able to use the pool . Never heard anyother guests.

After unloading and unpacking, discovered several frustrating issues. Sink immediately backed up when used and should have been reported/resolved during routine cleaning. Air vent made scraping noises as it ran non-stop, keeping us up during the night.

There was no shampoo in the dispenser. When we called we were told we would have to come down and get it from them. They wouldn’t bring it up. The soap dispenser was broken off the wall and just sitting in the shower. Not sure if they actually cleaned this room. They clearly did not check the bathroom

Facility was easy to find and check in was fantastic. Desk Clerk corrected an error I had made with the reservation. Room was comfortable. Problem was no shampoo in shower dispenser. Told new desk clerk next morning. Returned that evening to no new towels, nothing straightened in the room and no shampoo. Next morning told another new desk clerk. Returned to nothing done in the room, no new towels and no shampoo. Very dissapointing.

We’re on 2nd floor and the whole night we can hear footsteps coming from the 3rd floor room above our room….i didn’t have a good sleep…honestly it’s so ridiculous…and thermostat was not working right in our room….and the ice vending machine station in our floor is closed…we went to the lobby to get some ice….

I have never stayed in a hotel that you couldn't completely cover the windows and darken the room. There was a sizable gap that could not be altered and I could see parking lot lights and early morning light. Also, I forgot toothpaste. The front desk "ran out" the complimentary tubes and did not even have any for me to buy in the kiosk store. This was very disappointing and the staff was not very helpful about this. Someone needs to run out and get some because this is a service that guests just kind of expect when they infrequently forget items in an upper level hotel.

Convenient access off a major road. Very close to many restaurants and shops. Only a short walk of less than a mile to a nice park with 3 pickleball courts and a playground. Also right next to the Monon Trail and close to Grand Park.

This property was perfect - minus not having a Hot Tub. The Monon trail behind the property was perfect for a walk with the pup. Staff were very courteous. The egg omelettes may have been suspect - but they always are, and you always eat them anyways. Good stay. Recommended.

This hotel has a pleasant outside appearance. The desk clerks were very professional, friendly and friendly. Jack even remembered me from staying last fall and welcomed me back. Room was clean and beds and pillows were comfortable. Breakfast was fresh and delicious.

everything a 5 star. Coffee machine was broken for the last 2 days, they should have done something| They should have bought a KEURIG coffee machine for the guests, and make individual coffee for them, tea and hot chocolate.At Starbucks, they sell coffee in a large box.
