Breakfast was great but pool was small

The pool was incredibly small(9 person capacity).

Really nice stay, the staff was very helpful. Rooms were nice, and facilities were clean. Kind of a small pool for the size hotel, but that’s a pretty small complaint.

Nice clean newer property. Suites are nice. Bathrooms nice. Bar a plus. Breakfast OK.

Clean comfortable and enjoyed the bar.

All was well. Workout room was open 24 hours and all kinds of machines available.

Our stay was excellent. The room was huge, the room and all facilities were super clean, the gym was more than sufficient, and the pool was small but fine for a quick swim. I would highly recommend staying here.

Light in bathroom is super bright and automatically turns on in the middle of the night with no way to turn it off. Maintenance guy has a “trick” by using the breaker…. No water pressure. Foul smells in hallways and in elevators. Smelled like a dead animal. Maybe dead mice in walls? Management has zero control of multiple young baseball teams that stay there. They ran rampant the 4 days we were there well into the early morning hours. If you plan on sleeping. This hotel is not for you. The hotel is literally in the middle of an d farm field. No restaurants near by. Very inconvenient. We travel a lot. Never again.

There for NBA game and Thanksgiving, great location, parking sucked.

We were verbally abused by a bartender who closed her station early and cussed at my wife ( who does not drink). Our room was dirty and had a splatter on the ceiling. This was a have to stay due to a wedding, but we would never stay here again if we had a choice.

It is a new, clean and well maintained property.

After the terrible experience we had at a Baymont by Wyndham in Hobart, Indiana - this place was a breath of fresh air! Literally LOL the last place smelled terrible. The room was perfect and so clean. The staff was awesome. Breakfast was good! Pool was nice and clean. If I'm ever in the area, I would most Definitely stay here again!!!

Hotel very clean and room was nice and large with huge bathroom and walk in closet.

Hotel was clean and employees were friendly, however there were several features about our room that we definitely did not like. We got a room with a king bed and sofa bed. First, the entry to the bathroom was at the end of the king bed, and instead of a regular door it had a frosted sliding door. While this looked trendy unfortunately the moment the bathroom light went on it glowed very brightly and made it difficult to sleep as it lit up the room even with the door closed. It came on automatically and stayed on for about 10 minutes. There was no option to just leave a light over the toilet. The mirror lights directly across from the doorway were extremely bright and lit even the bedroom at night. The shower head was also not great. Water sprayed everywhere and didn’t focus on the body so it was hard to get rinsed. The sofa bed was extra long and when opened it was wider than it was long, so you had to sleep sideways instead of with the sofa back at your head. Had a big gap there and pillows could fall off the left side where your head would be. If 2 people had tried to sleep on it one person wouldn't have been able to get out easily. The water bucket was not insulated, it was just a plastic bowl, so ice melted fast. And the elevator had a sign Max 6 person, large fine per person charged to each guest if elevator gets stuck with more than 6 on it. REALLY?? Bed was also very hard. Did not sleep well. Oh well. No more Marriot for me.

You definitely do not want to stay at this hotel during the weekend in summer unless you enjoy kids running up and down halls banging on doors. It is extremely noisy since most of the people staying at the hotel are large groups of families with children who are left completely unsupervised. The hotel tries to manage it but it is still very noisy in the evening.

I like the room a lot a little more lights would be nice

Great property! Very clean and very safe location with lots of restaurant options nearby. Near sports complex, so lots of youth baseball families staying in the hotel. A little loud because of this, but overall great place to stay.

Good stay overall….small TV for my liking.

Hotel was fairly new and room was quiet, clean, and comfortable. Nice staff everywhere and breakfast was good, but not incredible. Arrangement of bathroom was a bit awkward, and no way to block light from streaming into sleeping area with opaque glass barn door.

I only have two complaints with this hotel. The shower in my room (524) was not sealed at the bottom of the door, so when I got out of the shower, there was water everywhere on the bathroom floor. The second complaint was the breakfast. If you like rubber eggs and biscuits and gravy with no gravy, then you'll love this! Otherwise, you're better off driving to the mcdonalds a couple of miles away and getting breakfast. This seems to be a new developing area, so be aware that there isn't much around it. Within walking distance are a Wendy's and a gas station. Anything more than that is 2-3 miles down the highway.

The customer service of the staff was outstanding, especially so the person preparing breakfast. She would treat us as in a restaurant.

Staff was very professional and friendly. Room was clean and well kept everything work as it should. I would book a stay there again and recommend to friends.

We had no hot water, and when I called the front desk, they giggled and said we will call maintenance.

I paid with Expedia but hotel front staff stated that payment didn't go through, so they charged me again. Got double charge. Has this happened to anyone before?

Unprofessional staff! No knowledge of conditions ans area surrounding the hotel. Could not answer questions and were not reliable. No manager was ever available and they are quick to charge and not call back.

Very convenient to Grand Park, easy walk to restaurants and Starbucks. Love a free breakfast!

Property was in a convenient area to many local amenities

This is a pretty new hotel and so is in great condition. I like the generous-sized bathroom and look of the office, which is a framed slab that also looks like an open-concept wall. The property is on the edge of the Indianapolis metro area's affluent suburban belt so safety is not a concern. Easy access to US-31 is nice but you do have to drive if you want anything outside of the hotel.

this is a great location if you are in town for Grand Park.

Everything was great except for the continental breakfast.
