The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was substantial, clean and well -serviced. Only having 1 working elevator was inconvenient. There were long waits to move through the floors depending on if it was goin up on down and where I needed to go. Also $10 per day additional parking fee was a surprise I hadn’t expected. It’s a nice hotel and in a convenient location.

We areived with our kids, only to find out the pool was not open. We choose hotels specifically with pools and could have gone to a more affordable one, if we would have known this! This girl working was very nice. We booked a King suite and unfortunately the bed a pull out were both hard as a rock. We will not being staying here again, especially at the price we paid! I only gave 3 stars because the front desk girl was so nice, otherwise it would be a 1-2 star

Parking is very inconvenient back of hotel to LL and out back door. we checked in Wed and one elevator was broken the whole time we were there. checked out on Sat. Breakfadt buffet very minimsl. need mire vsriety of fruit. check in staff OK not overly friendly

The only problem was one of the two elevators was out of service, but it was not the staff's fault. Kids were jumping up and down in it and the result was it needed repairs. Front desk staff was most helpful and we had a light cleaning after the first of two nights we stayed, which was great. Recommend it highly.

The reason I am giving this motel 2 stars is because the pool was broken or out of order for our stay. We were there for a weekend of playing baseball definitely something that would be necessary. They did not offer any discounts towards our stay either. Other than that, everything was really good.

While leaving the hotel Monday morning to the parking garage, the sidewalk was so slick from ice, that i fell on to the ground. No salt was poured knowing the weather conditions. There was also a lot of ice on the stairs in the parking garage.

It’s a beautiful hotel but the parking is difficult. It requires a lot of walking. The front of the hotel is very inconvenient for unloading and check in because there’s little parking space and traffic is right next to you!

It was clean and convenient. The coffee and breakfast were good. My room did not get serviced (no one came in to make bed and freshen up the room) and the toilet didn’t always fill up. I had to take lid off and mess with the flush mechanism.

Very convenient off of 435 l breakfast was lacking in variety. Hallways smelled very musty. Room air cond temp conrtol pretty funky. Way too much humidity. Clothes felt damp in morning and also when we got back in evening. Parking on back side with entrance on lower level very inconvenient

We liked the hotel and the staff at the front desk were very nice. There was a nice variety of food at breakfast and they kept everything filled. Our only complaint was we were there for 2 nights and our room was never cleaned. We had to go ask for clean towels so we could shower.

This was a very nice, clean, comfortable, safe property to stay at. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The only downfall was the television did not work in our room. The staff came into the room but didn’t really know how to fix it. She stated that they were and have been experiencing issues since their system upgrade. She did switch us to a different room that did have a somewhat working television, but even that television had problems and was frequently pixilized.

I’m writing this review at 5:40 am because I couldn’t sleep anymore on the terrible mattresses in this hotel. My 10 year old daughter just woke me up because her back hurt from sleeping on these beds. In my opinion, there is one thing that hotels MUST get right, and that’s the comfort of the beds. Everything else was good about the hotel, but the beds felt like I was sleeping on a thin futon mattress back in college. The worst nights sleep I have ever had in my life at a hotel.

No light over the toilet, so you’re going to the bathroom in the dark pretty much… also lots of construction happening in Lenexa, walls/windows of hotel room are paper thin so you could hear bulldozers at very early hours of the morning (starting as early as 5am some mornings) which doesn’t make for a good night sleep. I understand city construction is not the hotels fault but they should consider better windows, especially since I could hear people’s conversations outside when I was 3 floors up. Otherwise the hotel was pretty clean and staff was nice.

We very much enjoyed our stay at Soringhill Suites! Check in was quick, hotel was clean, breakfast was great! We would have liked a light over the toilet in the bathroom. The other thing is it would be nice for the milk fridge to be counter height. It is hard for someone with back and knee problems to get so low to the ground get their wanted milk and/or yogurt.

The hotel was nice and in a good area. The only negative was the location of the bathroom and the fact that it was a sliding door with a poorly working slide mechanism. The bathroom was right in the middle of the room where the TV would normally be. The TV was tucked away in the corner and visibility wasn’t the best from the second bed.

The staff was friendly and helpful. Service was great. Breakfast had variety and was tasty, even had gluten free bread. The rooms were clean. It’s a bit of a walk to get to the parking lot. Depending on what you are used to paying, it’s a little pricey. Local markets and entertainment is within walking distance on the weekend.

Everything about this property was perfect, the breakfast bar was great with lots of options, the pool was heated, they had a fitness room, check in was so easy and my room was amazing. Comfy beds and big updated bathroom. Mini fridge and microwave in room! They hotel from the lobby to the our room was very clean and all employees were very friendly. I would definitely stay here again!!!!!!! It's in a very updated newer, nicer area! We really enjoyed our stay NO COMPLAINTS
