Very convenient with parking. Weight room and small swimming pool. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again !

This hotel was very disappointing, the pool now closes at 5pm, the pullout couch was missing the mattress, the tub was peeling, hair in the hair dryer, noisy air conditioner, people loud above us until 2am, and the breakfast cafe was not open when we had to leave at 6:45am, even though on the phone when I called prior to booking they told me it opened at 6am and at check in they told me 6:30. At 6:30 the only thing available was a pastry, none of the hot menu items I prepaid for when I reserved the room. The manager was supposed to call me, but 24 hours later I still have not received a phone call. Do not recommend this hotel. Terrible Courtyard experience.

WiFi has been horrible my last few stays. If I’m paying $6.95 a night for 2 nights, why isn’t it working? Please fix it

Pool was closed

Our entire stay the Televisions on property were inop. When I called to ask about compensation for the inconvenience I was told they are unsure. On a snowy evening where my husband I do not want to leave the premises not having a television and no reconciliation was disappointing.

We were looking forward to the pool, which was closed. We always look forward to the free breakfast when we get hotels and in this case, there was only breakfast one day due to the cooks not showing up that was disappointing.

Clean modern hotel with core amenities including breakfast, bar, parking, and pool. Situated in the midst of several office parks and too many restaurants choices, but otherwise very convenient. Very friendly staff.

POOL IS CLOSED!!!! The Housing Keeping Staff, Front Desk and Cafe were great. Did You know that there is a all Hotels in the State of NY are required to have Life Guards? What? So the hotel that had a pool list as an amenity available when I booked and people were swimming in on August 16th according to ratings on the internet DID not have their pool open. They blamed Expidia for not having the information, they blamed Corporate for not Adjusting there Website with a warning and they did not discount the room or provide any offer to make up for the loss of not being able to use the pool. They stated all the Hotles have know qbout this for months and because they could not find/hire someone to life guard it is closed. The final statement made to me was the POOL is not a guarenteed accommodation. If I was concerned about the pool I should have call them or book directly with the Hotel.

The pool wasn’t open

I didnt like we had to walk across to the pool in a different building, across from where we stayed. I didnt like the parking situation where i jad to park the car around back or on the side then walk to the front of the hotel. There shouldve been access to a backdoor/sidedoor using the keycard.

The common areas, especially the elevators, were very dirty although the rooms were clean. Improving the cleanliness of the common areas would make a big and positive difference. Front desk staff were friendly.

Everything was so clean. Check in was smooth and check out was perfect!

We booked a double bed , one bed the sheets were dirty and like rice grains and we had to call for clean sheets. Looked like only pillow case was changed.The bathroom stall was dirty and there was only two towels. I would not stay there in the future !

Blood stain on sheets

My check in process went smoothy. The lady who helped me was courteous and professional. The lobby and hotel itself was clean. My room was clean, but reeked of marijuana smoke. The parking lot was full and I had to park quite a distance from the hotel. There was also dog poop all around the sidewalks and walk ways. Please get some bags and a "doggie waste station ".

The room was dirty and smelly

there was hair on the bed cover; there was hair on the bathroom floor; and the bath soap was empty

The room was VERY SPACIOUS 2 king-size beds plus a pull-out couch.

The walls are paper thin allowing me to hear talking and other activities in the rooms next to mine. I could hear the water running and knew when they used the bathroom. I am a very light sleeper and it interrupted my sleep several times. I should not hear the toilet flushing or hear intimacy actions.

I was greeted so kindly upon arrival, and the place was clean and convenient at an affordable price; however, before booking i had read many reviews about loud guests at all hours of the night. I thought to myself what are the odds that loud guests would be staying the night I go and the odds were surprisingly high. I know it’s my own fault for not calling the front desk, but the noises would stop for about a half hour or hour, and i would be convinced it was over and then nope. By the 2nd/3rd time i woke up it was 2am and i was genuinely scared to even leave my room with all the yelling and banging and slamming. The walls were thin and i could hear sometimes word for word conversations. I wouldn’t stay if you’re looking for a quiet and low key place but if you don’t mind noise and aren’t easily bothered then it’s affordable.

Room was small but well designed to include couch & large bathroom. Bed was very comfortable. Room very clean.

Rooms were serene. Mattress were very comfortable and showers were powerfully wonderful. Lighting in the room was excellent.

Awkward environmental design, plumbing issues.

The room I stayed in had the waste water line in the wall. At night you could hear the water going down the pipe in the wall when someone took a shower or flushed the toilet. Other than that, the room was good.

Bed quality substandard. Mattress had a detached topper that regularly moved around. Assume it was supposed to make an old mattress seem better.

The person who checked me in - Shannon? I think? Was literally the most remarkable ray of sunshine. I was so exhausted and had a terrible day, but she provided the most amazing customer service. Went above and beyond. She's the reason I'm taking the time to do this survey!

Staff was very personable and curteous to us.

The staff are amazing there. Any issues that might come up they are fast to resolve it. The management there is beyond fantastic.

They did not honor my reservation! Expedia sent me confirmation and I chose pay when you get there (as I sometimes do). We arrived at 11:30pm and was told there were no more rooms. How frustrating! The hotels overbook in anticipation that some may cancel. We drove 5.5 hours to be told we did not have a room. Initially it seemed like we were just going to be turned away. However, after I asked what can be done, Asia (sp.), front desk associate, began calling around to locate a hotel close by with vacancy to accommodate us. There was not. Not sure what happened but after almost an hour a room became available in the hotel. We needed 2 queens but they only had one king room. We decide to take it since it was so late and my kids and I were exhausted! We would change to a 2 queen room the next day. Well, the next day we waited and no rooms were available by 2:30 pm so we decided to stay in the room we were in. Upon checking out I noticed I was charged for the room change anyway! Ugh! Front desk associate adjusted this and I was credited for the room. Overall our stay was okay.The facility is clean. The parking lot was full each night. The gym was roomy for a hotel gym. Had plenty of cardio machines and some free weights. Staff was helpful and polite. There’s a Starbucks in the hotel. I would stay again but would definitely call the hotel directly to confirm reservation if using a third party like Expedia or Booking.

I did not receive the correct room. The manger was rude and not accommodating. Manager guaranteed I would get a refund within 24 hours for the second night I canceled because of the how I was treated. It's been 72 hours and no refund. I was then was over charged for the entire stay and then charged without notice at a higher the rate because I changed my reservation due to the managers horrible customer service. Worst experience I ever had

Poor service from front desk and onsite food service staff members. No one at front desk for 10 minutes upon arrival. When needed card key reset, staff member took her time, and paused to chat with another staff member. I travel often for busy and family. I doubt I will ever stay at this hotel ever again. Perhaps this hotel does not need my business.

I booked this and paid for it in advance through Expedia but when I got there they said they had no rooms available!! I had never heard of anything like that before! I had no place to stay that night and Expedia was not able to help find me another place. Crazy!!! The lady at the Marriott said that it happens sometimes but how is that even possible???

We left a bunch of clothes in the hotel room went back the next day to retrieve the items and were told that nothing was found by housekeeping. Then we found out that the room was never reserved by new guests so we thought what we left there should still be there but NO. We will never stay at this property again

The hotel is located in a business park and very easy to find. There’s a good amount of parking. It was very quiet and I could easily fall asleep. The staff was both friendly and helpful.

This is our go-to for business overnights in NY. 20 minutes to Manhattan. Free parking, very spacious rooms and bathrooms. Quiet, friendly, super clean and half the price of Manhattan. Walkable to a wonderful park, food in lobby. Really well run.

If you are looking for a place to stay outside of the city, this was a great stay. Rooms were clean and the hotel is located in a safe area.

We arrived early and our room was ready. Check-in was seamless and the front desk was very friendly and courteous. The room was comfortable. There are restaurants and a Starbucks across the street. Untermyer Park is within walking distance or a quick 5 minute drive away and it has beautiful gardens and walking trails with views of the Hudson River. The hotel location was good and about 30 mins from LaGuardia airport.

Great place for stay in Westchester for events. Extremely accessible to the high and NYC

This is our go to hotel anytime we need to go to NYC. 20 minutes away from metro system and big, comfortable rooms. Free parking, many food and shopping choices nearby. A beautiful park 10 minute walk away. Great bed, Affordable with kind employees.

Easy to get to and close to shopping and restaurants

We checked in late in the evening and had to be in NYC by 7:00 am. No time to use the facilities. The restaurant was not open when we checked in before 7:00pm or checked out.

Nice hotel, good staff, clean room, and lots of dining options within walking distance. This hotel does not offer breakfast buffet. The residence inn right across the street does. Overall, I’d stay there again and will recommend

We had a nice stay. Not close enough to food or shopping, will need to take an uber. Staff never answered the phone or was at the front. Always had to wait at the front desk for someone to help us. But once someone came they were nice and helpful. The on site dining was never open. They kept the lights off and we had to ask multiple times if they were even opened. Good for a short stay.

Good hotel. Only downfall is no continental breakfast.

The hotel was nice, however, the cafe was pricey and the service was very slow. For the price per night, a continental breakfast should be included.

Staff was Amazing and breakfast was awesome

The breakfast was made to order and was 5 star delicious. Joe at the front desk was so very helpful and accommodating.

The room was superb. The staff was ok not the friendliest. The purpose of my trip was to celebration. Everything was great except for my breakfast experience. The service was slow. The food was scarce. The setup for the breakfast was really awkward having to go from one hotel to the next for breakfast. It was as if the way things were set up it was unable to handle the traffic of both hotels and maintain enough food for both hotels. Some of the staff was very rude cutting off lights in the kitchen while people were trying to get there food and shutting the doors on the guest while they were in the door way and hitting them with the door at the same time. I have never experienced anything like that at any hotel I have been to ever before. And I do travel nursing so I’m always staying in hotels all the time. On a positive note the hotel was very clean I loved my room me and my family were very pleased about that part.

The hotel is well situated, unfortunately, the restaurant was closed. there was no bottled water supplied or for sale.

This was my first time staying at a Courtyard by Marriott - it was definitely different. My family and I usually stay at the Hampton Inn yet this had a more business-only/adults vibe. The Bistro was nice to have, and the lounge space was good for people who are looking to relax and just enjoy the moment. The pool was not available due to maintenance which was a downside for my son and breakfast was not included in the price of the room. Nice yet I don't think it's for families with children who look forward to pools and breakfast waffles.
