beds were a little too soft, just my opinion. Thank you, Oh also the pool was not taken care of daily, a bunch of trashy people in it at night with clothes on. Just saying, So everyday it was cloudy and not enough chlorine in it. I own a pool in Vegas.

The hotel overall wasn’t horrible, but the maintenance of the hotel is lacking. The chairs in the dining area are peeling/cracked and pieces of the fake leather stick to you. The remote for the tv didn’t work. We called the front desk for help and couldn’t get anyone to answer. The shower curtain in our room was ripped and we couldn’t keep the water inside the shower. Good points… the breakfast was good and the omelets were really yummy. The bed was comfortable and the room was cold. There’s a lot of dining options within walking distance from the hotel and the hotel pool was great and clean. The front desk staff were friendly when we checked in and out. Overall, we just felt like the hotel wasn’t kept up to traditional Holiday Inn Express standards.

The parking is the only issue. Half of the parking spots are reserved so you have to park far by the car wash and there is hardly any light over there.

3 of our vehicles were broken into. Need to get secured parking or security.

The room was not clean, the pool was dirty, old and stunk. The hotel was loud at night. The staff did address the loud family above us. However, they were loud the second night we stayed. Would never go back to this hotel. Disappointed in this IHG property.

Our second night there our vehicle was vandalized and items where stolen from the vehicle. When I say vandalized they broke the rear passenger window. That same night 8 other vehicle where vandalized and items stolen. In the area there where other motels with the same issue’s. The replacement glass company had 17 vehicle in that day with broken glass from vandals. Moral of the story is don’t visit San Antonio until they get a handle on the gangs operating in the area.

Great beds, clean, and great staff. Charging for parking was a bit lame as it’s a very small lot and most of the time we parked along the roadway so it wasn’t charge worthy in our minds.

Angie went above & beyond for me! I missed breakfast & she brought me a plate she was able to scrounge up from the leftovers! Fruit (an orange AND an apple!), a bagel, a couple of Turkey Sausage patties & a pb&j Smuckers grape jelly crustless sandwich. Such a thoughtful gesture & certainly not what I'd expected nor have ever experienced before!!! Her actions will be remembered, shared by me & undoubtedly will help people with making decisions about choosing Holiday Inn for their next stay. Angie is most definitely an asset for the company & exceeded my expectations for sure. As far as everything else, the room was nice & clean with VERY comfortable mattress & pillows. Nice big TV. A safe. ICE COLD AC!! I used the laundry facilities, which are open at all times, with two washers & dryers. Payment is by card only. The breakfast was ok ... I believe the cheese & egg omelettes are premade. Edible just nothing to brag about. Sausage gravy was a bit runny & also a funny taste... couldn't tell if it was the biscuit or the gravy. They had a pancake maker but didn't try it... perhaps tomorrow as I will be extending my stay! Fruits, cereals, yogurts, muffins & juices are plentiful. Housekeeping never came... perhaps because I kept the tag on my door saying 'Not ready'. Today is day 3. Will edit if they come today. Overall I would rate it a 9 out of 10 stars. Parking on property grounds ? Expect to pay 3.99 per day....🤔

Sound insulation is not good. This hotel is close to highway and can hear lot of road noise. Charged additional parking fees in front of hotel that's not even covered. Doesn't feel safe in this area. They charge premium for the room for an average hotel.

Check in was quick and rep was courteous. Lobby and floors were very clean. Room was perfect for the occasion. Service staff was very attentive to room and swimming pool linens. Overall, a very welcoming stay. P s. the breakfast was very good. Restaurant level stuff!

Only thing i really liked but only used once, was the availability of eateries within walking distance. Front staff was very pleasant. Room appeared clean but was unbelievably dusty everywhere. The bathroom sink was very slow draining and it smelled of rotten eggs/sulpher. There were lots of new nails and some type of parts on window sill. Very noisey. Didnt get any rest that weekend. Paid almost $600.00 to 2 days for that.

Yes, yes Clean room

The hotel could have been cleaner. The floors were dirty and needed a good shampoo and vacuum. I was a little disappointed to see filth floors. The front desk people were extremely nice.

Leticia (front desk) was friendly and professional. Checked us in quickly. When we entered our room, it didn’t not look like it had been cleaned. There was leftover spaghetti and drinks in the fridge and a bag of fruit and crackers on the desk. The attached soap bottles in the shower had not been cleaned. There was a residue buildup around and under them. We did have fresh towels and sheets. We did notify the front desk and they said they would address. Property otherwise was clean and convenient to amenities that we needed and all staff pleasant and friendly.

The hotel was ok. The front desk was very nice. Only issue is the hotel is located along a highway that is being torn down and re built. The noise from 11pm to 4am was non stop. Heavy machinery and very loud noises if you face the highway. Microwave and coffee maker did not work, but the breakfast down stairs was very good.

Overall, we had a good stay. The WiFi was spotty throughout the stay.

Our stay was very pleasant, with comfortable bed and clean room.

Nice staff, quick check in/out process and quiet area. The hotel is definitely not new but appears well maintained. Bring your own pillows...they are fluffy and soft but so flat it's more comfortable without them.

Bed was as average as you get. Not uncomfortable but the sheets weren’t exactly the softest and most inviting. The pillows were great. Lastly, they had great options in the morning for breakfast. I recommend waking up slightly early to get access. Cheese omelets, bacon, turkey sausage, muffins and pancakes, yogurt and a selection of milk and coffee.

It was close to downtown and next to mayor highways. Breakfast was a little repetitive after a few days and needs a little more variety. Room was really comfortable along with the bathroom. Walk-in shower was great. Wi-Fi was adequate for surfing the web, YT and some streaming. Free parking is available.

We chose this hotel through this website that said free, self parking, or we could’ve chosen something closer to our event.The room was clean, although there were three of us. There was only two sets of towels. We had to go down and get it because the phone in the room was broken. The light at the entry to the room was broken, breakfast didn’t have enough cereal but many options but one of the customers came and took everything, and the worker did not replace anything. I let him know items needed to be replaced but we could tell he was bothered by us even though it was only 9am, it closed at 10a.

Lady that checked me in was not friendly assumed I was a delivery person then proceeded to not give me the bed I requested in my reservation. This used to be our go to hotel for business in San Antonio and I’m afraid that was the last stay at this hotel.

We have a couple of issues in the check inn, delay and wrong room, however the breakfast was great.

We enjoyed our stay at this property. Room very clean, bed comfortable, continental breakfast was good. Staff very friendly. Definitely stay here again when in SA.

They cancelled our reservation on Hotels.com and booked walk ins instead. So when we went to check in at 4pm there were no rooms avaliable. The lady at the customer service desk seemed completely fed up with her job before we even tried to check in. She told us our reservation was cancelled, the hotel is fully booked and there is nothing she can do. You wont be charged and then she moved on. I get there is nothing she could do since there were no rooms, but you could tell she couldnt care less. We could not find anywhere else to stay on a Sat night so had to drive the 4 hrs back home.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. It’s in a fantastic location—perfect for anyone who wants easy access to great food and shopping. There were plenty of restaurants, cafés, and stores just steps away, which made exploring the area super convenient. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful. While the hotel itself is pretty standard, the unbeatable location more than made up for it. I’d definitely recommend it for travelers who want to be right in the middle of everything.

Handy little hotel right off freeway and near airport that is a good value for the price. Good for families or folks in transit and on a budget. Many good and reasonably priced dining options nearby: Whataburger, Chipotle, In & Out Burgers, Red Lobster and a taco stand within walking distance. Rooms come with mini refrigerator and microwave so you can warm up leftovers. Great hot breakfast comes with hotel rooms with plenty choices for kids or adults. Remodeling so floors have work in progress. I grew fond of the buttermilk biscuits and sausage gravy. Items to buy at front desk if you feel like a quick meal in your room. Free internet with reasonable speed.

Signs about locking doors made us nervous. Broken glass in parking lot from a window. We had no problems though. Breakfast was slim picking.
