The property was beautiful and everyone was kind, well spoken and friendly. Dining in site was delicious and offered enhanced hospitality. We really enjoyed our visit and will be staying at many more Hilton's from now on.

Plenty of parking, clean rooms, bed was pretty good. No guide on tvs which is annoying. Breakfast was $15 a person for what is free in most hotels so didn’t eat it. Overall good hotel

Woman at the front desk was extremely upbeat and I had no problems checking in! There was a full pantry by the desk, even stocked with local products. The room bright, clean, and comfortable. The hotel could use just a touch of love. There were tiles in the room that were rocking because the grout had broken, and above the shower the paint was getting ready to chip. I still wouldn’t compare about my stay.

Smell of smoke in the room. This made it difficult to sleep. Smoking was allowed right out front with make it impossible to enter or exit the hotel. Nothing done when we raised the concern about the smoke coming from the room below.

Our room smelled like pot. Someone had been smoking in our room before us. There was also black mold on the shower floor. No extra blanket. I also don’t appreciate the fact that you all charge $30 without me purchasing anything! That’s not ok and you don’t refund the money for a week?! No not a good thing!

We enjoyed our stay. The only minus I would say is the room layout was strange and there was only one bedside table. Since my husband uses a cpap, bedside tables tend to be important to us lol.

When I got to the property, I was told that they overbooked and I was sent to the Holiday Inn. That was nothing compared to what we were hoping to have pool down had to get a cot as the room only had one bed and had to take it up to our room. Our 16 year old had to sleep in a chair. I was traveling with my husband and two children. It definitely wasn’t the Hilton very disappointing. If I wanted to cheaper hotel, I could’ve got one, but my children wanted to at least be able to swim, which never happened.

I attended a conference at the hotel and stayed there while attending. The hotel is everything that you want, clean, safe, up to date. What really sets this hotel off against others is the upstanding staff. I had nothing up great interactions with the desk staff, the event staff, housekeeping, etc. They really went the extra mile to ensure my satisfaction.

We reserved two rooms. Was told at check in we only had reserved 1 room. We showed them our confirmation that said two but again they said only one. The other party with us that we had reserved the second room for went ahead and paid for another room. The evening I went back to the front desk and showed them our original reservation again. He agreed he had made an error but that they couldnt refund us for the extra room they charged us for. We were told to call Hotels.com. No resolution to this yet.

Had to wait several minutes for someone to show up at the front desk for check-in (person was on a dinner break). Check-in person tried her best to accommodate our room location preference. She also provided a detailed list of all restaurants in the area. No info about hotel (e.g., hours of operation of the dining room area) was provided in our room. Like walk-in shower.

I appreciate that we were allowed to bring our 4-legged family member and that they have a dedicated and convenient potty area for dogs. We also liked the location. It is close enough to all the restaurants and shopping without being in a busy area. Check-in was a breeze even with having a pet. All the staff we interacted with were very friendly.

Everything was clean and well taken care of. We arrived late and even still the process for checking in was fast and easy. Only downfall, the breakfast is expensive and not anything better than your standard continental breakfast. Not worth it! But lots of things were close by to choose from.

Very disappointed to find out there is a charge for breakfast at this hotel! Have never seen this at any other hotel/motel we have stayed at! Other than that, it was very nice but we probably won't stay at this hotel again, that is ridiculous!!!

Beautiful lobby and rooms are very nice and clean. Area is nice as well. My only complaint is you have to pay for breakfast which I didn’t realize when I booked, or would have went where there was free breakfast.
