Looks to have been renovated, the hotel was well kept with numerous amenities such as a fire pit, gym, pool and basketball court. The room was large with kitchen and separate bedroom. Staff was excellent including Vanessa at the front desk and the restaurant staff kept breakfast refreshed. I’d definitely recommend this hotel.

Room was fine, large & comfortable, but we stayed because we like that it’s next to Treehouse brewery & has shuttle to town. Shuttle was out of order, car charging stations both out of order, one elevator broken & no coffee in am…could have been stay! I’ve stayed 2 times before and it was fine.

Great location, clean room, and very good breakfast. Staff was very friendly and addressed our requests in a timely manner. Negatives: pillows were very flat, we had to ask for extra ones plus we purchased an additional one. Mattress was very lumpy on one side and not comfortable. Also could not get the chargers to work with my Tesla and a hold of $25 was placed on my credit card every time I tried to use the charger. Luckily the holds were cleared within a couple of hours.

Aleyah checked us in, and she was awesome and informative. There was Social Wednesdays which is a great event, and the staff are so nice. Well lit, plenty of parking spaces. Complimentary laundry

The room could have been cleaner, found semi dirty utensils in drawer, and dirty QTip on floor. Not enough choice of pillows. The WORST part was the very rude young lady at checkout. She was busy flirting with a guy standing on the customer side of the counter. He was leaning there talking to her and when I walked up, she made me wait while she finished talking to him (He WAS NOT checking in or out) She never even made eye contact with me and continued to talk to him. Handed me my receipt while still talking to him and looking at pics on each others phones. Things like that will guarantee I never stay there again. Just very rude. There was an older lady who was very nice when I had to come back to the desk after. But the young woman has no business in a customer service position.

We stayed one night for a concert at the amphitheater. The hotel was very convenient to get to and from the state park and concert venue. Staff were very friendly, professional and helpful. The room was very nice, the beds were comfortable, but we did find a dried contact and half used bar of soap under the bathroom vanity. Breakfast was an average hotel breakfast. They could use a bit more seating room in the breakfast area. Overall, it was a great stay and I would recommend it.

The lobby and main areas of the hotel were excellent. However, the room left a lot to be desired. The sheets had a stain on one bed and the other bed smelt heavily of someone else’s sweat! Not pleasant.

We are very disappointed. We checked in on Thursday and here on Monday no one has cleaned our room. After finally finding a person at the front desk and talking with them about getting our room cleaned still no one has been here to clean. It put a real damper on our stay.

This is in the top five hotels I’ve stayed at this year for business travel. Room is large, well lit, nice kitchen, excellent shower and bathroom. It really was excellent. My only possible negative comment is I’m not a fan of the pillows at all. Would definitely stay here again.

I was in Saratoga Springs for one night to see a concert with friends at SPAC. There were 8 of us staying here and we all loved it. The property is either new or newly rennovated. The rooms are clean and comfortable and the common areas are beautiful and a great place for a group to gather. The best part of the stay was that the staff was super accommodating and helped us have the best time ever. I highly recommend this property.

Hotel is in a great location to attend Soac. Upon check in, I provided a credit card for the two rooms I booked. At 10:30pm that evening I received a call from my daughter who was in an adjoining room that another couple was sent to their room. It turned out that the person who had checked us in had not done so and never ran my credit card. My daughter and her husband were then told that my credit card was declined and that they needed to pay or they were calling the police. So at almost 11pm after a very long day and having been sound asleep, I went down to the desk to pay. There had been a shift change so the person at the desk did not totally know the chain If events. The following morning I discussed the situation with staff and was comped the rooms and was told that they would provide a Hilton reward to me. I Called the hotel and have yet to get a reward. It was a special occasions a graduation. We struggled to go back to sleep and needed to be up early. The overall experience was infuriating.

The property was beautiful and well cared for. I loved the firepit area. Our room was well appointed. It was spacious and the kitchenette was very nice. The staff was friendly and helpful. But it was sometimes hard to find or get someone at the main desk.

We normally stay downtown when visiting Saratoga for the races.However, we absolutely loved the location. It was very quiet, the room was spacious and the staff were friendly and professional.

Well maintained property and great management. One of the best locations to access the park and a mega brewery right within walking distance. It's far enough away from the main city, but close enough to access. Would recommend ands plan on visiting again!

This hotel is fairly new….it’s absolutely perfect for an overnight or family vacation. It’s certainly at the top of all the Homewood suites we’ve ever stayed at. Across the street is the Saratoga Springs State park. Absolutely beautiful!!!

We had a short, one night stay to see a concert at SPAC. Hotel staff was very kind and helpful, room was clean and everything was in good condition. Highly recommend. Also, you can walk to SPAC for a concert but I do recommend sneakers and keeping in mind the walk back is pitch black. It’s about a 25 minute walk each way.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. 5 stars to them!! The mirror in the bathroom had not been cleaned. Upon arrival to the room, the Kleenex box was empty. Great breakfast, but there were many guests and it seemed like only one woman taking care of food refills and keeping the area clean. She was hopping, and did it well! Overall, it was a good stay, and I would recommend to others.

This is one of my best hotel stays ever. Every customer service box was checked! At check in, the receptionists were friendly and inviting. They offered us a welcome gift. The hotel public areas were immaculate. Our room was spacious and clean. We did enjoy the courtyard area, it was very nice to unwind outside. We were also impressed with breakfast. We arrived near the end of breakfast hours. The staff continued to bring our fresh food. They didn’t make us feel rushed. Very clean as well. Thank you to all staff and management for making this a truly enjoyable stay.
