The rooms themselves are clean, but the hallways and the elevator were quite dirty. Stains on the carpets and sticky stuff on elevator corners. Pool was closed without an explanation. Pool was one of the min reasons for booking the hotel.

I selected this hotel in part because it had a shuttle to and from the airport. I called for the shuttle and after 40 minutes of sitting in the hot sun at the shuttle stop I had to call again. They finally came after more than an hour..

So impressed with this hotel. They have a 24 hour free shuttle from the airport. Just called when we were ready and they were there in about 15 min. They picjed us up at 2:30 A.M. The front desk is friendly and checkin was so fast. The room was clean and spacious. The shower is big with glass doors, no tub to steep over. Breakfast was great. I had a bagel and it was fresh. And oh, those blueberry scones were drlicious. They also had cooked oatmeal, make your own waffles, yogurt, premade omlets, sausage patties, cold cereal, and large variety of bread. Check out isn't until noon, which was nice. We are staying here again when we fly home, and I am so glad.

The main reason we booked the hotel was for a shuttle to the airport. The shuttle was broke down and couldn’t take us to the airport so we had to rent and Uber and pay $ 40 extra dollars for transportation. They would not let us cancel the reservation with a refund so we could find a hotel with a shuttle. The staff were friendly and the hotel was clean

The property is very nice. Overall we had a pleasant stay, but over four days housekeeping never came to clean our room. On the second day (which was when housekeeping was scheduled to come) I mentioned it to the desk clerk and he said our room would be cleaned on the next day, but it never was.

Very nice Hampton Inn. We have stayed here a couple of times. Our only complaint has been, despite staying for three or four nights, housekeeping has never come to our room during our stay. Don't know if this is because we have always stayed over a weekend or because they are very short staffed.

The location of this hotel was good near to airport and a Walmart across the road. I loved the room however there was pretzels in the chair and hair on my bed. I was only there for one night so when I was checking out at 4am in the morning I was hoping the lady would ask how was my stay so I could tell her what I found but she didn't. I decided not to bring it up as I did not have time as my ride was already outside to take me to the airport. I would suggest the hotel be be more attentive to cleaning the facilities and ensuring the coffee at the front desk is hot.

For almost $200 a night, I would have expected a bigger, cleaner room. Room service is only every other day. The hallways were not swept. I did overlook the fact of no microwave, however, at $200 a night, you expect a microwave!!! The breakfast was Ok. Not bad. There were a few stains on the blanket on the bed. And I went to get the extra blanket out of closet and it smelled, bad! I put it back and just adjusted the temp higher. I usually stay in Hamptons. This one was by the worst I've stayed in.

Hotel was just okay. Everything looked good on the surface (very nice lobby, updated decor, ect), but the actual experience of sleeping was quite poor. The bed was uncomfortable but manageable, but the real issue was the pillows. Easily the worst pillows I've ever encountered at a hotel. Throw in paper thin walls, and not much sleep was to be had. On the plus side, the bathroom and shower were top notch.

When choosing where to stay, I asked to see rooms at a few of the surrounding properties before committing. The lower priced ones were definitely lower for a reason. This property I still think was a bit higher priced than it should have been however there were many amenities that they offered that I did not use so I guess I understand the price. My only complaint about the property was that I could hear plenty of other patrons. Some having “fun” in their room. Lots walking and talking in the hallway throughout the night.

When we arrived, my son went to take a shower and the plunger that switched the water flow from the tub to shower was not working so that was a big inconvenience at first, especially after a five hour day of playing hockey. They did fix it while we were out to dinner. They had more diamond parking spaces than handicapped parking, this was very inconvenient and unsafe for those who needed the handicapped spots that did not have them.

Our AC did not work. I asked for maintenance. Not available on the weekend. I asked for access to the breaker panel to reset the AC. They would not allow me do it. The following morning they let me access the breaker panel. Had the AC going in 5 minutes. Property was sold out. Couldn’t swap rooms.

Great experience!. Came up from Florida to tend to my mom's funeral with my dog, and the staff far exceeded my expectations. Staff accomadated my needs including my dog's needs. Thank you for a pleasant stay during this difficult time.

I was so impressed with all the staff. They went above and beyond for our family. Even dealing with some breakdowns they were patient, listened and took quick action to make sure guests were cared for. The breakfast was also great - better than other hotels I have stayed in. All around impressed with this property. It’s no wonder their reviews are so good.

Check in and check out was super fast and staff were polite. We enjoyed breakfast the following morning and thought it was a lot nicer than most other hotel breakfasts I’ve had. Location was also great, we went to the Sleep Token show at Rocket Arena and it was only a quick 15 minute drive and away from the noise of the city. We’d definitely stay here again!

Check in and check out was super fast and staff were polite. We enjoyed breakfast the following morning and thought it was a lot nicer than most other hotel breakfasts I’ve had. One word …Fantastic … this was my first visit to Ohio from the west coast and I must say Morgan and Nicole went above and beyond to assist . The shuttle drivers were outstanding given the weather conditions and I will definitely stay again when I come to town for business

We were very impressed. Clean and fast service. Customer service went above and beyond even when we arrived after midnight. This is a great hotel and I can see why they get such great reviews. I’m very impressed with the customer care. Really helpful, attentive and fast responding staff.

Nice clean stay near the airport and can walk to dining and Wal-Mart across the street if you're headed out of town and forgot something.

A very clean hotel close to airport. Otherwise not an area to stay on as a tourist. Because it doesn’t seem to be close to touristic attractions, nor any restaurants and shopping in walking distance

Check in and check out was super fast and staff were polite. We enjoyed breakfast the following morning and thought it was a lot nicer than most other hotel breakfasts I’ve had. Location was also great, we went to the Sleep Token show at Rocket Arena and it was only a quick 15 minute drive and away from the noise of the city. We’d definitely stay here again!

Overall ok. Evening front desk was lackluster/ lazy. Breakfast area not supplied for large crowds/ 1 waffle maker and 1 toaster. Kids had to wait for kids choices; and were on time schedule.

We have stayed here several times before - unfortunately, this wasn’t a great stay. Upon arrival, one of our beds had a dirty blanket on it. The front desk attendant brought us a new one, which was helpful. The disappointing turn was that we stayed for three nights, and our beds were never made up. The bathroom towels were exchanged, but because our son left a t-shirt on one of the beds, neither were touched. When I contacted the front desk, they were non-apologetic and didn’t do anything about it. The rest of the stay was fine, breakfast was always well-maintained (even at the end of the breakfast hours), and it is a nice-looking property. But we will think twice about staying here again given that we asked for housekeeping services and didn’t get it.

I'm not sure if hotels.com or Hampton inn is at fault but every time I have booked an accessible room through hotels.com I would receive one. I arrived at the hotel right at 3pm check in and they did not have any handicapped rooms. I then asked if they had a portable shower chair but was scoffed at with a no. Since my room was non-refundable and Hampton inn offered zero options I just sucked it up with no shower for 2 days. Also the bed was terrible and hurt my back. The pool was closed both days, just added to the disappointment. Breakfast was pretty disappointing. the after all that happened on the first day we expected to at least a semi good meal to wake up too but that was not the case. When we got to the breakfast I went over to make my coffee but there was no Splenda I know it's nothing major but when I pay for a hotel to stay in I expect at least some quality. After that disappointment I went over to grab some protein but they only had some vegetarian omlets and sausage I know that some people enjoy that stuff but when it is a main source of brekfeast protitien it is important to have some variety because I personally ended up giving them to friends because they both didn't taste good. For the last thing I went over to use the waffle iron for some freshly baked waffles.I followed all the instructions putting the pan on, putting the waffles in for the right time, but when they where done I was left with some half baked waffles that got stuck to the pan
