Elevators were not operational when we had to depart.

The property was good, could use some late night food options and a few more hotel employees. I want to start by noting that they seemed a bit understaffed so that could be the cause of the following complaints; there were only 2 towels in the room so we called the front desk a few times but were never able to reach anyone, my husband walked down and waited several minutes before someone came to help but they did bring up towels about 30 minutes later, so patience helped there. There was no shower gel in the shower and the lotion on the sink was broken, we met housekeeping in the hall the next morning and notified them and they said they would get it taken care of....the shower gel was filled but the lotion was left unattended to, (not really a big deal), but that is all they did in the room, the beds were not made and the towels were not replenished. While getting ready for the day we had to evacuate due to the fire alarm going off. Not sure what happened, we were never informed of what the cause was or if there was an actual fire. A bit of a stressful sprint down the stairs from the 6th floor. The coffee was delicious and reasonably priced. The casino is open but there are no food options for late night.

The property and casino were average. The room was nice. However the shower turned ice cold on my husband and I was not able to shower. When I said this to the front desk at check out they smiled and said you are all checked out. I will not be visiting this casino or hotel again. You could at least acknowledge there is a hot water issue.

My husband and I took his 77 year old mom here for a one night getaway. We wanted to try the wineries in the area so figured this was a great spot to sleep. The rooms were $120 which I thought was a STEAL! We were on the 4th floor &the rooms were modern and very clean. Nice large shower head and nice toiletries. Loved the robes:) The curtains blacked out all the light which made for a comfortable sleep. THERE IS NO BUFFET which has not been the case since Covid. Many reviews said things were closed and I’m realizing this is what they meant. The food court was still open with three eateries, one of them being Smash Burger which we ate dinner. Burgers were like $10. They were pretty flavorful and had lots of options. There was a more upscale restaurant called Portico but we didn’t eat there. It looked really nice. The place was huge and I noticed a couple other areas that I wasn’t sure what was inside. We loved that coffee and pop were complimentary on the casino floor so we just filled up our cups before walking over to the food court hehe. In the morning I worked out in the gym. It was very updated and nice and clean. We ate breakfast at the Sociale Cafe which is located next to the spa and gym. We got omelettes. They were kinda small but tasted good & came with home fries& toast. They also have their own bakery& sell cinnamon buns, tiramisu, cheesecakes, cakes, cookies etc. WE WILL COME BACK!

The power was on and off and the elevators didn’t work. Otherwise start was great and would go back.

Comfortable accommodations at a very fair price. The adjoining casino is a lot of fun!

Only one gliche with the electronic key. Worked the first time,and i got into my room. Then went to get dinner ,and couldn't get back into my room,both keys did not work. Went to lobby issued me new key, and this one got me strandef in the elevator because key didn't work.Got to my room and 2 key didnt work either. Now my dinner was cold. Back to lobby they got maintenence guy and issued 2 new keys. They worked yeah but no comp gor inconvenience of having to eat a cold meal?

It’s a beautiful hotel. Wish they had a pool. Rooms are beautiful and clean. Very friendly staff! Really enjoyed our stay! Would definitely return!

Couples weekend. Checking in was great- friendly helpful agent who checked us in early. Much appreciated after driving 4 hours. Room large, clean, and comfortable. Casino very nice. Lots of food options on sight . Very close to outlet shopping.

The only thing it was missing was a pool/hot tub.

Dirty carpets and maintenance is rarely done.

Low rating and cleanliness score based on our room only... soiled linens. Dried blood on comforter and sheets that wasnt noticed until the morning because we got to the room late. Showed someone in housekeeping in the morning when we noticed and was told "it happens". Disgusting. Called front desk and was told to ask for the manager upon check out which i did and was told to send photos via email. I sent an email right away to the person i spoke with (initials LC). No reply. Sent another email 2 weeks later and again no reply. Casino great! Very disappointed in the lack of reply from managent.

Room was very nice. Common areas dirty. Elevator had sticky floors for all three days we spent here. Nobody cleaned the elevator. Same for the floor in the common areas.

The room wasn’t that clean! The bathroom stunk like a urinal! The beds were terrible I almost slep in my car! I would’ve go there again

Rooms are very clean and spacious. I was very comfortable staying here and the staff in all areas of the hotel and casino were very friendly and helpful. It all made for a very pleasant stay.

The exterior was absolutely beautiful. Walking into the building felt exquisite, it was welcoming and smelled fantastic! The front staff were wonderful and we were able to check in earlier than expected. When we got to the room it was very warm and stuffy. The conditions did not improve and the hotel was unable to provide a solution or fan. Sleeping was difficult in the swampy conditions. The cleanliness of the room was also disappointing. There was a very large clump of hair on the shower head, it was the size of a golf ball and impossible to miss. There was a thick layer of dust around the parameter of the room and around the bed - it looked like felt blanket. Despite the beautiful facility, condition of the room did not meet our expectations and will definitely affect any future stays.

The hotel is very nice, easy to get to and has ample parking. The lobby was nice and the staff were all very friendly. There were several restaurants and the food was good. The room size was large and the bed mattress was amazing. I wish I could have taken it with me! My only reason for four stars instead of five was the shower needed to be cleaner. Other than that, it was a great place to stay.

Small room with no sitting area. Bed pushed too close to wall so person sleeping on that side had no room to get out of bed to use restroom during the night. Floors not very clean, walking barefoot left feet black. Not enough towels and had to keep asking for more.

Beautiful well kept property. The room is just as the pictures show, really spacious, clean and with very comfortable beds. The bathroom is very spacious too. Loved our stay.

We made a last minute decision to go to the state fair in Syracuse. Knowing from previous stays that Del Lago had clean, spacious rooms we decided to book there instead of a Syracuse hotel. We are never disappointed with our stays at Del Lago. The front desk and hotel staff are very friendly and welcoming. Our room was spotless too. Very comfortable bed and pillow which is a big plus for us older folk. lol.

Room was so nice and modern . Bed was super comfortable. Room looked amazing.

The rooms were average size, the bathroom was large but laid out poorly. Nowhere to put your towel, light did not work on vanity, and the shower was oversized. Not terrible, but nowhere to prop your leg to shave.

Rooms were super clean and very very nice. The AC wouldnt get it as cold as we like but most hotels are like that. Overall it was a great stay and we will again.

We’ve stayed here before. It is convenient on our trip to Boston. This trip our TV kept losing the internet connection.

The hotel room was awesome! But not very sound proof. We could hear the room next to us very clear plus you could hear everything going on in the hallway. Other than that …it was a wonderful stay!! Great room and very clean.

Everything was really nice except for the pillows, which were very uncomfortable and much too big. The bedding was not real friendly as far as getting in and having it come up over your shoulders. Other than that, it was great. The shower was fabulous.

Room is big , clean and well decorated. Bed is comfortable.

It was comfortable and clean. Room had broken toilet paper holder, refrigerator was not very cold, and no fan in bathroom. Not enough hangers in closet. Otherwise stay was okay.

The room was just as pictured. The sheets were soft/great quality and the bed was comfortable. There was nothing to complain about expect that the bathroom doesn’t have vent fans.

We stayed in a very relaxing king room. It was spacious, the bed was very comfortable, the bathroom had the toilet, shower & sink all separated which is nuce for getti g ready!separa

We were very pleased with everything except the restaurant called Bourbon and Brews. There was only one waitress and she served young people that came in after us and another couple who was older. We left after we waited about 20 minutes and she served the people immediately that walked in and sat beside us.

Check-in was horrible. No customer service skills, no conversation and the attendant threw my license at me on the counter. Very rude for no reason. I handed him my license and credit card. No smiles, no welcome or to let us know details of our stay at the hotel. Other than that, we had a good time. Hotel is very clean and our room was very neat. Too bad the employees at the front desk suck!

Check in took a long time. Room dirty. Worn decor and stains. Dining was poor. Long waits with open tables. Staff unattentive.

Love it but not enough staff especially in the casino! Also upset me that I couldn’t enter contest at casino because they ran out of tickets there was still an hour left to enter drawing and I was denied a ticket! Had to earn alotbod points to enter and they ran out was not happy hotel is lovely and clean but not my favorite place to gamble staff is rude

We stayed at this hotel for one night and it was one of the most uncomfortable and disturbing experiences we’ve ever had while traveling. As a Mexican family, we were shocked by how unwelcome we felt the moment we walked in. The environment was extremely racially charged—from the staff to the other guests. We were constantly being watched, stared at, and treated like we didn’t belong there. It honestly felt like we had walked into a scene from the movie Get Out. People didn’t just glance—they glared. It was incredibly unsettling. At one point, our toddler touched something nearby and a staff member immediately warned us that “we’d have to pay for it if he broke it,” in a tone that was completely unnecessary. We weren’t being careless—we were simply existing in a space we paid for like anyone else. The entire time, we were met with judgmental stares and a clear message: You don’t belong here. We’ve traveled extensively and have stayed in a wide variety of hotels, and we’ve never felt so discriminated against in our lives. If you’re Mexican, Latino, or a person of color, I would not recommend staying here. It was not just uncomfortable—it was deeply offensive and hurtful. Hotels should be safe, welcoming spaces for all people. This one failed miserably.

Extremely friendly staff!! Enjoyed everything, especially the apple cider margaritas at Bourbon and Brew!!

Great service at the check in desk even with difficulty's with room cards they insured we where safe and made our troubles easy on us thank you night shift employee at front desk your hard work alone did not go unnoticed! We will be back because of you!

Property was in good condition and the room was very good. However service was not so good. Had to call housekeeping to clean the room each day. Only one of the elevators was working so there was a long wait for it. Unless you are a gambler, there is not much else to do as the resort is not located near any attractions.

So much to do in house plus winery trails very close

We ate dinner at the sports bar and breakfast at the cafe. The nice Italian steakhouse is only open thurs-sun so we missed out. You can drive to nearby towns of Seneca falls or Geneva for more choices.

Very quiet and conveniently located off NYS thruway.

A safe reasonable priced hotel right next to Rte 90. Includes a casino and food establishments. We like it because of its easy on easy off Location. We have, stayed here several times.

Good location right off of highway. We really liked the different food options on site. Close to many wineries and shopping.

Very convenient location and great price.

It was convenient to various locations for day trips: Syracuse, Skaneateles, Geneva, Seneca Falls, Auburn. We had a comfortable, quiet room - nice to come back to relax after sight seeing and an easy drive to restaurants and shopping.

The casino was nice. Limited to what you can do. It's pretty far from everything.

This is a nice place to stay. The rooms were nice, and the people were nice. The only issue is that the Expedia page for this place incorrectly states that a breakfast buffet is available, but that isn't true.

Would like to see more. Options for dinner - only had a food court & one very expensive restaurant.

Friendly check in. Room is big and comfortable. Come later at night not too much options for food. Grab and go cafe not the best. Looks like people don’t care about their job. Breakfast sandwich was greasy, bagel was cold.

Clean room. Great service in hotel. Room service great. Food in Italian Restaurant was not good or distinctive and very expensive.

The hotel side was 10/10, probably the most comfortable bed, sheets, and pillows I’ve ever slept in at a hotel. My biggest complaint was the staff, service, and food at the Bourbon & Brews bar. Staff was nice but inattentive, multiple guest having to beg to get their checks, the food was terrible and took 45 minutes to get, the taste of the beer was horrible.

This property was easy to get to, clean everywhere, including inside the casino and had friendly staff. Bar service could have been a lot better. Limited places to eat for a party of four, which was disappointing, but the food was good. Couldn't make an appointment for the spa (was told over the phone all was booked) but, upon arrival, appointments were available - didn't bother with this because we tried to schedule it and then did something else instead. Would definitely return for another show/stay.

staff was good but no places to eat . no buffet, restaurants open . disappointing as t booked two rooms . one of the things i like is to have a nice meal , didnt happen this trip

just a mini vacation the hotel was great and the service was also great. we had dinner at the steakhouse that was also very good.

The hotel was very nice and affordable. I highly recommend the Italian restaurant, Portico by Fabio Viviani and the Cafe's breakfast was very good as well and reasonable prices.
